Sir I opened Current AC & Applied For POS MEachine on 01 12 2016, Completing All Foramlty, They Told Me to Deliver POS in 7-8 Days, Til now I hv not Received POS mechine, When I call Them They Say 2-3 days, Now Its Going 1& half month, i askd them for The Deadline They Say i[censored] are in hurruy U Can Go To other BANKS.

    On dated 11.12.2016 when I was gone to update my passbook in SBI main branch Rupnagar, Punjab then bank employee update my passbook in wrong way from that result in my PB entry comes with fine rs. 230. I have already make a complaint with ticket no. [protected] but no positive response has taken by his customer care or bank complaint office.

              I deposited 1 cheque in SBI bandgarden branch pune on 05/01/2017, still today cheque is not clear,
              since from 10/01/2017 i visit branch then manager samir nandedkar AND MR. CHITRE is not behaving properly and not tell the status of cheque,
              the person whom i want to give money, i am able to give money because of sbi
              i sumbit HDFC CHEQUE FROM MY WIFE ACCOUNT,
              WHEN I ASK CLARIFICATION THEN HE DIDNT TELL ME STATUS, STILL HE IS SAYING IT REQUIRE 4-5 DAYS,

                On 17th January 2017 i have visited Chiplun SBI ATM and they
                closed the ATM Room for more than one hour.
                Peoples were waiting for more than one hour.

                SBI Chiplun Branch having in one Room 3 ATM machines.

                They should install ATM machine in different locations. It is difficult
                for customers to come from long distance for ATM.

                Pls look in this matter, if there is one machine it will take few minutes
                to deposit money, but there 3 machines and it takes to much time.

                  Dear Sir,

                  I had submitted two challans at SBI GVMM Odhave Branch of Advane Income Tax of Rs. 100000/- in the name of Banvarilal Gupta and another cheque of Rs. 50000/- in the name of Sumitraben Gupta. The said advance cheque challans are not cleared still.

                  This is happening regularly, even local clearing cheques are not credited to account after passing a week or more. I had made complaint twice in last ten days for clearing cheques deposited by me in my account.

                  This is serious matter, which will affect reputation of the State Bank bank.

One week completed but cash not refund.

                          I have taken one credit card from SBI in 2010 but it was stolen and same has been informed to SBI customer care to cancel this card. But actually it was not cancelled due to any reason. But now I don't know the credit card no., Two months back again I have applied new SBI credit card (FBB) but not issued because they are saying credit card already issued to you in 2010. So request you to kindly check and cancel the issued credit card on my PAN (ASQPK7961G).

                                My housing loan No.[protected] closed on 07.10.2016.Despite my repeated submission to BranchCustomer care.LHO Important loan document original stamped kabaja karar(saledeed) not given on the plea that I should produce receipt of documents .It is surprising that how equitable mortgage is created without such a important document.It is likely that said document may be misfilled or misplaced or given to some agency for security purpose

                                        Please find below the mail which was written to the manager of sbi nri branch 42 C J.L. NEHRU ROAD KOLKAT 700071. Instead of calling me to my registered mobile in their system to sort out the issue the manger wrote me a useless mail showing not interested to resolve the issue in an amicable way. Both the mails are pasted below and I need to know what action can be taken for this irresponsible behaviour and harrassment from sbi nri branch

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        Myself Samir Kumar Mukhopadhyay having aforesaid NRE account in your branch which I am unable to access online for last 3 weeks as it is showing password has been expired. I am unable to reset even the password online, as the process is not known to me . Even I tried for OPT but not getting the response in my mobile.

                                        Secondly, I had given my mobile number to your branch so that any daily transaction can be sent to me from your side by sms. But unfortunately, very recently I had issued a cheque, wherein I had received a mobile information stating that the check has been received by your branch and I have never received a sms with regard to the clearing of the same cheque.

                                        I had called this morning to your branch and spoke to a representative and explained him everything as above. After listening everything the Gentleman simply hung up the phone. The reason not known to me, probably only he can explain for this kind of behavior from his side

                                        I called second time, the same gentleman this time so ignorant to hear my plea, without assuring me your best services towards customers, he started talking to me like a typical clerk of West Bengal Govt office speaks (like as he said, SMS is not our responsibility, instead of telling we would look into this matter and try to sort it out... like a positive frame of mind / approach was missing on his deliberation).This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous to me.

                                        I am holding my account in your branch since 1988, but never came across this kind of negative approach / ignorant personality in your branch, especially being NRI branch.

                                        Even the gentleman was so snub to me when I asked his good name he simply refused to tell his own name though I told him my name. What kind of person are working in SBI NRI branch, who are unable to spit out his own name?

                                        I am really shocked and utterly surprised too by the childish behavior of the gentleman. I have not made any official complaint yet which I do not wish to, as I consider him like my big brother and I believe, if someone makes a mistake he should be given an opportunity to rectify his shortcomings.

                                        I must say the ladies working in your branch are very very co operative, especially I would name Mrs.Sharmista Biswas, she is so accommodative whenever I approached her she always helped me an extra mile. She is an asset to you as per my review being a gullible customer to your branch

                                        It is my earnest request to you before things get worse / explodes further, please give a good advice to MY BIG BROTHER how to deal with NRI Customers. Otherwise reputation of SBI NRI Branck Kolkata will remain a question mark.

                                        I believe you would look into this matter and revert accordingly.
