Recently I observed that SBI charging interest rate 9.5%, though current home loan interest rate is 8.5%.

    I submitted the application for the education loan in the month of 12 july 16 in the SBI Majhiwan (branch code 17074) and submitted the all documents to the branch manager.In the month of 30 nov 16 it was informed that PAN card of candidate had not submitted .Then i applied for PAN card and submitted the acknowledge of PAN card.however the loan is not sanctioning from the said branch.

      Manager in Shanti Nagar SBI branch has refused to create an account because I don't have santinagar address proof. I am resident of Eluru and staying near by Shanti Nagar I walked in to Shanti Nagar branch and ask the manager to open an account and she refused to open an account because I am not a resident of Shanti Nagar and she was very rude with the customer and I want to know my ride where I can you open my account within the branch or not because I am a resident of a Eluru in Shantinagar is one of the zone in Eluru

[protected](SBIN0000076) I had tried 03 times 1st 3500 2nd 4000 & 3rd time 2000 to withdrawal my money on[protected] from ICICI bank ATM my account are in SBI fatehpur branch but in slip my balance deducted and i haven't get money from ATM. Please help us still my money not refunded in my A/C.

        Me & my husband have a home loan max gain account with SBI at floating rate of interest (A/c #[protected]). We had requested SBI to change rate from currently linked to BPLR to MCLR.
        However bank is charging an unexplained fees of 0.46% which is totally unjustified. For an existing loan the bank has no actual cost to be incurred.

        Presently the rate of interest on my Home loan is 9.5%. Where as if I convert to MCLR link the rate will be 8.5 %, which the bank is offering to its new customers too.

        RBI is requested to check the same in the humble interest of the borrower

          I bought a laptop from Amazon when it is delivered to me it was faulty so I returned it but money is not credited in my account I complaint it to Amazon then they provided me a reference no and told me to file charge dispute, but State bank of India is not ready to file charge dispute they even don't know what to do with the reference no, now Amazon keep telling me to file charge dispute and SBI is not ready to file charge dispute both companies are not help full SBI officers don't know how to file charge dispute or what it is

          My sbi ATM card valid of from may 2009 but expire date and month is not mentioned so kindly intimate validity upto date of my sbi shopping-cum-atm card (Maestro). Validity of atm card required for make payment online wallet.

            Dear Sir am applied internet banking through online at 05/1/2017 then PPK no is UA21642763, that time am get a temp ID and am create the password, but that id not work, and application submitted to bank in 06/01/2016, but still now am not to get a kit in bank, every day am go to bank but security restricted in bank so am call to bank but ringing no response. already am miss my atm card so i need to net banking. my branch Ambur, My name is Poongodai, my SBI Account number is [protected], i am a pensoner daily am not able to go bank, please help me sir urgently i need an Net banking kit,

              My account showing Lien Amount 5laks I went to home branch they gave me a number who locked my account. I call to them that branch manager is a Lady she said your brother is not paying personal loan due to that reason your account is locked bring him to here we will unlock that account. I didn't signed any document or didn't gave any surity . Before that I didn't even that my brother had a loan. How could she lock the account for my brother's loan. Is there any rule that banking sector for family is responsible for loan. I tried to gave online complaint SBI's is worst in Website Maintenance.

                  Sbi 's two helpline number are there [protected] or 39020202 but thy never get connected where its paid number[protected] gets connected but keeps us 4 to 5 min on hault and it costs near about 10 to 12 rupee
                  i want to hault my credit card on FD and i had keep complaining to helpline but still needful has not done i have also paid Rs.714 statement without using that card . And also drained money near about 700 in calling customer care .
                  i m a centrl government employee thats why i have to deal with this kind of banks
                  else i never thought to be this with bank its really frustating .

                      Sir / Madam,

                      I Bipul Bhowmik is a customer of your branch having account number [protected] . On 23 Dec, 2016 i purchase one product from a company amount 8887/- by transaction no[protected] and i pay above said money to this company( NSI INFINIUM GLOBAL PVAHMEDABA) .

                      After i cancel this order on 2nd january, 2017 . The above said company said that they refund my money in 5 to 7 working days . But it is not refunded to my account till now. Then i send a bank statement to them from money dedit date & they
                      sent me ( ARN/RRN '74332747003700200625459 ) & told me that please call bank customer support .team .So i call sbi customer center they lunch a complane against it and told me some time if money not posted to customer account it posted to bank internal account .

                      So i get in touch with sbi bank branch but they are not able to trace my money where is it.
                      So i am tired what should i do? Please help me.

                        Actually i Purchased some items from amazon on[protected].so paid 1203 rs through my SBI internet bank. after paid i received sms from amazon. we did't your money from your acoount.so pls pay again. then i order that items as cash on delivery. that money still yet i did't refund for my account. so decide to register my complaint to SBI. now i am in out of country. so i try to online compliant.but now the main problem was I can't register my complaint. mainly i could't select branch locator.

                          Hello, I am trying use my internet banking account since so many days but I am not able to do so.

                          Whenever I tries to transfer fund, it says you have only view rights. And If tries to update same rights from e-service, it says no mobile number register. But I do receive the sms alerts from sbi on debit or credit.

                          It is so annoying that this big bank provides such pathetic service. We are moving towards digital India and companies like this are not improving their services at all.

                          Could you please help me in solving this problem?

                              A sum of Rs.13, 999 was deducted from my account but the transaction was unsuccesfull with amazon.in... even i have got an email from amazon.in of the failure transaction. i complained at sbi customer care but the result was that the merchant confirmed that the transaction was succesful but in real the transaction was unsuccesful so please kindly refund me the sum of Rs.13, 999 or I will close my bank account with SBI... I am maintaing this sbi bank account since 3 years so please kindly Refund me its a very huge amount for a student like me... Please help me out

                                  Hi sir as my name is srikanth I try to purchase of inox movies tickets on 1st Jan 2017 amount of 1608.74 as deducted from my account but the transaction was failed the didn't return my amount to my account the employer are very waste at work of sbi padma roa nagar branch hyderabad, ts.the assIstan bank manager don't know how to operate system .how blankly bank is choosing the member o[censored]neducated bank manager omg as I got msg my inox citrus app that
                                  Refund for an amount Rs.1608.74/- has been processed against the transaction CTX[protected] on[protected]. The ARN for the same is 74332747002700138420073.
                                  In case the amount is not reflecting, kindly get in touch with customer care department of your card issuing bank. The customer care number is mentioned on the back side of your card.

I visited SBI branch and asked about how to update mobile and receive net banking user id and password then branch manager told me give me a application with your account no and more details with your id. I have been given two time application 1st 6 months before and second 1 month before but my mobile number not updated and also i didn't receive net banking user id and password

                                      I have withdrawn 10, 000/- from HDFC bank ATM. In my bank statement narration is "ATM WDL ATM CASH 8025 +AON SERVICES, GURGAON GURGAONA", But only 8500/- (4 notes of rupees 2000 + 1 note of rupees 500[note number - 9DK 861449]) withdrawn.

                                      10000/- amount deducted from my account.

                                      Date - 17-Jan-2017(Yesterday) at 7:23 PM(around).

                                      Please refund my amount(1500/-) in my account([protected]) which is not received from ATM.

                                      Please let me know if you want more information here.
