Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing with reference to my TCRN AC85701830, I have been struggling to open an account in the SBI since more than a week, First of all the Service Manager at Sultanpalya Denied saying they cannot open an account in the Branch, Then I visited the Hennur Branch they also denied saying the cannot open the account, when asked to give me in writing for what reason they cannot open an account for me, they have clearly denied and treated very bad, as if I went there to beg. Seems like the clerks are preparing the regulations for SBI. The Service manager even refused to mention her name when request saying we want to complaint about the issue.

If this is the care then when is that not mentioned in any of the page online anywhere in the website.

Kindly Provide the clarity

    The S.B.I. SBIN0005403 Alipur Khera branch employees behaviour is very bad.They takes many days for every work done.
    Sir my saving A/c [protected] opened was on 09/12/16, But till today branch no provide me-My passbook, ATM, Net Banking.When I request for these, they said-This is not my work.I have visit many time to request issue above things.I have very urgent transaction work.I am very sad for this problem. Please solve this problem.

      Dear Sir/mam,

      My name is [removed]. Today (20/01/2017)i have visited SBI mandakini Kolar branch Bhopal for opening a saving account but i am very disappointed because of the behavior of staff member, he was taking very rudely with me. I was just asking for an offline form and he replied me so arrogantly that i was shocked how a national bank employee can talk to a customer in such manner. It was really very disappointing. He said that you have to do it online otherwise no need to open your account in our bank. Is this a response i should get from an educated employee of a nationalized bank. He don't know how to behave with women. My Humble request is, that your authority should take strict action for such instance.

        I had applied the sbi card, also completed two times verification. But now showing in online status is rejected. Me also submitted all types documents if they need.

            Arn no[protected] name Yogesh Sahebrao Shinde I applied online for passport in Nashik on 10/1/17 . A payment amount of Rs.1500 was done online by using HDFC bank Debitcard. Status of payment was showing failed, however amount was deducted from my HDFC bank account.kindly solve the issue about payment and inform me earliest. The amount was supposed to be refunded in & working days, but still not done. Kindly do the needful at the earliest.

              Sir today I went to ICIC ATM neares to my home for withdraw amount 5000 Rs, but the mechaines says sorry systen error, kindly try some time, but few minutes later my mobile alert got a message that I withdraw 5000 Rs, Again I proceeded another ATM SBI there I withdraw amount 30000 Rs it not come out, again I withdraw 2000 Rs two times as same message, after I got mini statement seniority 5023, 3000, 2000, 2023 minus from my account. Please make refund my amount as soon as possible,

                        I have cheated by insurance corporate agent Bonanza assurance advisors pvt. ltd. Ahmedabad branch.

                        They offer me ruppes 2lakhs mediclaim policy with SBI shubh nivesh life insurance policy upto 15 years, means upto policy premium term, they promise to give me mediclaim along with life insurance upto 15 years.
                        after many complaint they issue fisrt year policy, now they are not listening .
                        I have paid 3th premium wright now.

                            I submitted the application for the education loan in the month of 12 july 16 in the SBI Majhiwan (branch code 17074) and submitted the all documents to the branch manager.In the month of 30 nov 16 it was informed that PAN card of candidate had not submitted .Then i applied for PAN card and submitted the acknowledge of PAN card.however the loan is not sanctioning from the said branch.

                              Manager in Shanti Nagar SBI branch has refused to create an account because I don't have santinagar address proof. I am resident of Eluru and staying near by Shanti Nagar I walked in to Shanti Nagar branch and ask the manager to open an account and she refused to open an account because I am not a resident of Shanti Nagar and she was very rude with the customer and I want to know my ride where I can you open my account within the branch or not because I am a resident of a Eluru in Shantinagar is one of the zone in Eluru

                                Me & my husband have a home loan max gain account with SBI at floating rate of interest (A/c #[protected]). We had requested SBI to change rate from currently linked to BPLR to MCLR.
                                However bank is charging an unexplained fees of 0.46% which is totally unjustified. For an existing loan the bank has no actual cost to be incurred.

                                Presently the rate of interest on my Home loan is 9.5%. Where as if I convert to MCLR link the rate will be 8.5 %, which the bank is offering to its new customers too.

                                RBI is requested to check the same in the humble interest of the borrower

                                  I bought a laptop from Amazon when it is delivered to me it was faulty so I returned it but money is not credited in my account I complaint it to Amazon then they provided me a reference no and told me to file charge dispute, but State bank of India is not ready to file charge dispute they even don't know what to do with the reference no, now Amazon keep telling me to file charge dispute and SBI is not ready to file charge dispute both companies are not help full SBI officers don't know how to file charge dispute or what it is

                                      My account showing Lien Amount 5laks I went to home branch they gave me a number who locked my account. I call to them that branch manager is a Lady she said your brother is not paying personal loan due to that reason your account is locked bring him to here we will unlock that account. I didn't signed any document or didn't gave any surity . Before that I didn't even that my brother had a loan. How could she lock the account for my brother's loan. Is there any rule that banking sector for family is responsible for loan. I tried to gave online complaint SBI's is worst in Website Maintenance.
