I have used my PNB debit card at SBI ATM (ATM No. SIBW[protected], Sanjay Market, Rajajipuram, Lucknow for withdrawl of Rs 2000/- on 19.12.2016 but the transaction was failed. But, I got a message that the amount in my account was deducted. With a gap of 3minutes I used the card for the second time. Then, the transaction was successful. I immediately filed a complaint at Customer care of PNB, but I received a reply that the complaint is rejected due to successful transaction (as per the details received from SBI). Then I personally visited the SBI Branch at Rajajipuram, Lucknow, but they refused to accept my complaint letter and I was told to contact to PNB Branch. On my visit to PNB Branch, I am suggested to contact SBI Branch as the ATM pertains to SBI Bank.

Sir As everybody is aware that due to PM Modi's Demonetization drive, only 2500/- can be withdrawn on one ATM card in a single day, hence how can I withdraw 4000/- in a single day.

Hence the concerned is requested to look into the matter and redress my complaint

    My name is nirmal Kanta Tekchandani.On 18 January, 2017 at 10:21am I got call from no.[protected] that person introduce him from mtnldelhi and asked for atm debit card details.I did the same and after some time I got following message.Online purchase of Rs. 19999, 19999 and 10000 at paytm thru state bank debit card.POS no.is POS[protected]PAYTM, POS[protected]PAYTM and POS[protected]PAYTM.My sbi saving account number is [protected] and mobile number is [protected].He fraud me Rs.50000.Please make F.I.R. and guide me.I shall be very thankful to you.

      Dear Sir/Madam,

      i used the kotak mahindra bank atm of DR.mukherjee nagar on 19/1/2017 at almost 11:40 AM to withdraw rupee 10000 but the transaction take time to process and on the screen of the ATM UNABLE TO PROCESS was shown and then i went to my branch and have a cheque withdrawl of 10000 and i immediately get the sms alert of that withdrawl but the remaining balance shown that the amount debited twice from the bank even i get sms of only cheque withdrawl not any atm withdrawl please help me to get my amt.

        On 08 Aug 16 my ATM was fraudently replaced by some one in ATM of SBI branch BEHEA (Bihar). Branch code 003643. On 4th and 5th Oct 16 he has withdraw around 80000 Rs ATM cash 62761 SAHPUR. I have register FIR no 01/2017 dated 02 Jan 16 in Police station Bihia. The last withdrawl was of Rs 200 on 29 Dec 16 for Rs 200 from ATM cash 3384 SIWAN (Bihar). I am attaching the copy of last transaction that is of Dec 16. It will be easy to take out camera footage .

          On[protected], i booked three tickets from DMM-UBL and amount is Rs.704, through irctc, the amount is debited in my account but tickets are not reserved .

          The transaction details which i received through SMS is amount Rs.704 is debited on POS [protected] at IRCTC-PayTM txn#[protected].

            Amount debited but cash not dispensed... account number [protected]..contact [protected]...i have drawn amount in axis bank atm at 19/1/2017 but no amount came out of atm but amount was deducted from account... the amount was 4000...i want to resolve my problem as soon as possible...sbi customer service is not responding to my problem.. they are asking for txn id ..how i can remember the txn id that atm generates?? ..

                Gents,

                I recently went to submit KYC form in SBI station road guntakal branch, The behaviour of employees are rude including the top level employee(managers).

                They need to talk politely for each and every customer in English their is a proverb that is customer is god but this bank employees are thinking like all customers are there servants.

                Please advise all bank employees to make sure customers satisfaction not their satisfaction and also advise SBI employees to not to behave rudely for all other customers & do respond properly.

                Apprciate your expedite on this matter.

                        Sir, Yesterday it was happen i tried to withdraw 1000 from Bank of India and the machine said you're anauthorize, , then I move to next ATM as i really need cash, I went to SCDCC ATM (because near my location all the SBI are out of service) I tried to with drawn 1000 which was decline, I was thinking no 500 notes then I try again for 2000 ATM again said you're anauthorize, , but when I checked my account balance it was shows that I was with drawn 1000 from Bank Of India and 2000 from SCDCC, , both the bank I went and asked them they told me to make complain to SBI.. My account No is [protected].

                          1.Misbehave with my father, who is a senior citizen and avoid to open new bank account and told that i am a gunda(ill element) so i am superior and do not follow rules. For that proof you can watch the CCTV footage of your branch at 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM of dated 20/01/2017.
                          2. As our prime minister wants to make digital India, this type of action from a bank staff really creates obstruction in its path.
                          3. As I know the thumb impression is being match with AADHAR number for its proof, then how can a bank staff avoid to create new account only on this basis that you did not bring its original.
                          4. That is the branch where person have to take appointment for opening their accounts.
                          5. As I know little bit about the policy of SBI, it is the bank "who are with you all the way" but this type of action from a bankers shows he is not honest with his work neither fulfil the desire of the nation.
                          I request to do necessary lawful action against him.

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I am writing with reference to my TCRN AC85701830, I have been struggling to open an account in the SBI since more than a week, First of all the Service Manager at Sultanpalya Denied saying they cannot open an account in the Branch, Then I visited the Hennur Branch they also denied saying the cannot open the account, when asked to give me in writing for what reason they cannot open an account for me, they have clearly denied and treated very bad, as if I went there to beg. Seems like the clerks are preparing the regulations for SBI. The Service manager even refused to mention her name when request saying we want to complaint about the issue.

                            If this is the care then when is that not mentioned in any of the page online anywhere in the website.

                            Kindly Provide the clarity

                              The S.B.I. SBIN0005403 Alipur Khera branch employees behaviour is very bad.They takes many days for every work done.
                              Sir my saving A/c [protected] opened was on 09/12/16, But till today branch no provide me-My passbook, ATM, Net Banking.When I request for these, they said-This is not my work.I have visit many time to request issue above things.I have very urgent transaction work.I am very sad for this problem. Please solve this problem.

                                Dear Sir/mam,

                                My name is [removed]. Today (20/01/2017)i have visited SBI mandakini Kolar branch Bhopal for opening a saving account but i am very disappointed because of the behavior of staff member, he was taking very rudely with me. I was just asking for an offline form and he replied me so arrogantly that i was shocked how a national bank employee can talk to a customer in such manner. It was really very disappointing. He said that you have to do it online otherwise no need to open your account in our bank. Is this a response i should get from an educated employee of a nationalized bank. He don't know how to behave with women. My Humble request is, that your authority should take strict action for such instance.

                                  I had applied the sbi card, also completed two times verification. But now showing in online status is rejected. Me also submitted all types documents if they need.

A payment amount of Rs.1500 was done online by using HDFC bank Debitcard. Status of payment was showing failed, however amount was deducted from my HDFC bank account.kindly solve the issue about payment and inform me earliest.                                         Sir today I went to ICIC ATM neares to my home for withdraw amount 5000 Rs, but the mechaines says sorry systen error, kindly try some time, but few minutes later my mobile alert got a message that I withdraw 5000 Rs, Again I proceeded another ATM SBI there I withdraw amount 30000 Rs it not come out, again I withdraw 2000 Rs two times as same message, after I got mini statement seniority 5023, 3000, 2000, 2023 minus from my account. Please make refund my amount as soon as possible,
