My name is pooja thakur id is[protected]. I have applied for the post of sbi so. I have received my admit card but i got the examination centre which is too far from my home. My exam date is 20 jan 2017. I am unable to go there. So please kindly change my exam centre to ahmdabad or mumbai or pune.

    i have received a calls from [protected], [protected], [protected]
    three numbers in past three days we are calling from SBI mumai branch and you ATM Card is Blocked and we are dispatching the New ATM Card in 2 working days . You will receive the ATM card with Reward Points and she has taken the detials of my card and she has done the illegal transantion and i lost 30, 000 of amount. The transation has done to Airtel Money . Know i am help less to get the money bank . when i gone to bank complained about it.
    Bank people we cannot do anything in online hack system.

      I totally agree SBI is one of the trusted bank by the people, lot many people do not know where to approach and whom to talk regarding information on banking, I have not seen a single staff member in the current branch that have guided the people in right direction with respect. They just look at people with sympathy as if they are nothing, but you have to remember they alone put SBI as the most trusted bank. If your not interested in customer service do not attempt to be a bank employee just for mere bonuses given by the government, else at least try to love your job and not embarrass the base of the banking system! That would be shame on you. Even the security barks yes barks and pushes people, rather they could explain why it would take long. And please do not brag on how long it would take to do banking with SBI coz, it takes 10 times more time than that! Do not misguide people, be real and do real job.
      Wake up India, show some respect!

        I have closed my SBI credit card on June 2015 and paid total outstanding amount on closure of the card. They have confirmed that there are no due payable to them from my side and closed my card (Confirmation mail attached in this complaint). On Next month I got statement that i have to pay some due amount and raised my issue to them and they said i have still due amount to be paid. I have shown the confirmation mail to them and asked why due amount is still there in my card and they again telling that i need to pay the due amount. This issue was going from June 2015 till date.

        Kindly help to resolve this issue. I have attached conversation mail (Due closure mail also in the same mail chain) in this complaint for your better understanding.

        We have went to EKS pharmacy on 11 Jan 2017 and tried to swipe amount 577 in the merchant's POS machine. First time it got failed and again they have tried and it failed too. After that we have paid by cash. But Amount has been debited from the account twice totally 1154 (577 + 577). Kindly refund my amount back.

        I had added 4000 to my PAYTM ac on 28th Dec 2016 but due to insufficient balance that amount goes on hold.After 2-3 days my ac is deducted with 4000-/ and that amount is showing as lien amount. I just want to know that how can i convert my money
        into outstanding amount.and how much time it will take

          Hi sir/madam,

          I went to SBI to reopen my account, they said that it was reopened, but when I came back and checked it was not working so I called them about the Issue they told me to come to the bank then it was reopened, they gave me net banking and phone banking, but both of these are not working . I went to the bank sevreal times and contacted them several times but there isnt any kind of response from them.

            Recently i did fill up online sbi account opening application form but i am unable to download it. When i click on download 'completed application' option
            And after entering my tarn no. Which is sent on my mobile phone and my d. O. B. A message of "incomplete tarn no." is shone on the screen.. Even i enter correct and complete tarn no. Each time. I did contact with nearby branch too and they said it may be due to technical problem and they cant do anything.
            I have to download the completed application form and submit the print copy of it along with the documents as soon as possible bt i am unable to do so because of the technical problem.. Therefore i request you to please suggest me how to solve this problem..

              Sir, i am Mugesh.D from chennai.I used to apply education loan in near my sbi branch (jafferkhanpet 11653).i apply and submit all paper where they ask (eg. Photocopy of pancard, aadhar etc) on before 03 sep 2015 on my first year of college.but eventhough i complete my second year of my carrer.but they didnt sancation my amount.when i used to ask that question on that branch.they replaied me "a seilly reason".so kindly request you to take action my request.Thanking you.

                This is Vaijayanthi. I applied for SBI SO.My exam falls on 20th Jan and the centre for me is AUSTINPATTI PTR COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING&TECHNOLOGY
                DAHNAPANDIYAN NAGAR AUSTINPATTI MADURAI-625008.I am in Chennai and how can I go to madurai for writing a exam that too on a weekly day.Is it fair doing like this?I clearly specified the centre of examination as Chennai and how can you put the exam centre in Madurai.Then why are you asking the centre of examination in application form.I'm really frustrated.I need change of centre or return my application fee.

                      I took a credit card from SBI in the month of July and since credit limit was not what was promised to me so I asked the customer care people to close my ac they did it. Later on I applied for credit from citi back and they sent me my credit score which shows 650 due and some remark about SBI card. So I need NOC on that and PAN# AHOPY3069L.
                      So when I see my CIBIL score provided by CITI bank shows Error Reported date on[protected] which is closing date for SBI card.

                      I didn't get any call or email regarding this issue and even issue is not resoled as per my knowledge so how did they marked the issue as resoled. Can someone please explain me that. This is why I called SBI services as PATHETIC. I need this issue to be resolved ASAP so I can apply for personal loan.

                        मै काज़ी शरिक अन्वर खालिलुद्द्दीन बैंक में पैसे निकालने के लिए शाम 4:30 बजे गया था. बैंक काउन्टर पर भीड़ होने की वजेसे मै बैंक के अंदर एक तरफ मेरे दोस्तों के साथ खड़ा हुआ था. भीड़ खतम होने के बाद मै भी खड़े होगया और मेरे से पहले जो दो से तिन लोग थे उनको पैसे देने के बाद मेरा नम्बर आने पर केशिअर ने पैसे देना बंद करदिया और मैंने Request की तो मेरे साथ अरे तुरे की भाषा का वापर किया है इसके बाद मै बैंक मेनेजर के पास गया तो उन्हों ने भी वैसी ही बात की जैसी केशिअर ने की थी.और ये रिकार्ड सीसी टिव्ही में है

I get user id and submit the same to Asst manager named as Ramesh Babu SBI, Madanapalle IFSC Code : SBIN0000868, i request to give the PIN to Utilize net banking app several times but the Asst manager was not take the action, Hence i request u to kindly persue

                                I have an account in SBI branch

                                I have given a cheque of 1, 693.00 for account payee by checque leaf no 559249.
                                It got clear by SBI Main Branch, haldia Dock. Bank Details are as follows
                                Branch Name - SBI Branch, haldia Port
                                Branch Code - 01360

                                But Due to your branch negligence my account was deducted by 1, 69, 300.00 Rs instead of 1, 693.00 Rs.

                                My number is registered with SBI. I used to receive so many messages but this debit message i didn't get. Fortunately i checked my account with net banking on 17 Dec 16. Then i knew that my account was debited erroneously on 14 Dec 16. I have contacted same time to local branch (At Surat). I filed compliant. i contacted the respective branch. After so many efforts, dedication and patience my account was credited back on 20 Dec 16. Statement attached here. Where is my mistake? Why should i suffer?

                                I lost 7 days interests. 5 of my MOD accounts were cracked. If i didn't check my account online then what were happen? as such i didn't get any message. After complaint you took so much time. Branch manager told reverse transaction will take time view sat and sunday. no one will work. He was also saying that it can happen, its normal, due Demonetisation every one have more load. Are all these excuses?

                                Sir i am also an gov employee. i am a defence officer. I vl never give excuse of saturday and sunday. I have to complete my work within stipulated time with no mistake whatever the reason. Some thing happened with me that time of period then who will pay to my family? Heart stroke can be happen after see so much amount of deduction.

                                Will u able to do some justice?

                                  With the reference to this account even after 8 months I am not able to get a Insta deposit card inspite of full filling all my formalities and I have visited the branch at Rajajinagar industrial estate branch code (SBIN0000762) as IAM a trader IAM not able use my account to pay cash because there is a transaction charged for the money deposited in to my bank even at the home branch so please issue me a deposit card and do the needful I expect a reply to my email id

                                  I have opened an S/B account No [protected] in SBI.TRAHI ACHYUTA NAGAR branch.
                                  I received ATM card dated 02/02/2015 . Still i am waiting for PIN number.
                                  But till date I have not received the ATM pin.
                                  Kindly advise the said branch to get the Pin.

                                  Actually I had applied SBI debit card before 15 days still I didn't got my debit card I had a raised a issued for this in SBI bank but they are telling it has delivered but debit card didn't got actually 1 call also didn't came from courier how they will do like that kindly issue and resolve this problem

                                      Dear sir, I have an account in state bank of india gurgaon branch.Now I have moved to Mumbai and my phone number also changed. I visited mumbai (Malad west )branch of SBi and lady sitting in the concerned department is not willing to accept my request. She is asking me to go to Gurgaon branch to make the changes. This is ridiculous. Is this the procedure to change a registered phone number? or that lady simply wants to relax in the office hours and doesn't want to do her job? Please let me know how to go further on this as it is not possible for me to go back to Gurgaon to get the number changed

                                      SBI buddy account locked one week customer care not response so please help you
                                      I applied for cheque book at my sbi bank last months but till date we not receipt cheque book,
                                      there is problem to pay ment.

                                        On 7th Jan 2017 i have tried to withdrawal amount from different ATMS and that moment all ATM network are not working. i have tried 7 times to withdrawal 2000 rs but first five times i got error message in screen that unable to process the request. last 2 times i am able to withdrawal money. 7900 rs of money deducted from my account. Kindly revert these amount ASAP.

                                        On 03 jan 2017 i tried to withdraw money from icici atm with my sbi atm card. Rs2000/- for two times. Money of Rs4000/- total debited from account but not depended from machine. Bank personel told me that money will refunded with in 24 hrs but till now I didn't get my money back into my account.

                                        Sir my account for some of the money has gone to the lien amount, so please recover my money today.
