With the reference to this account even after 8 months I am not able to get a Insta deposit card inspite of full filling all my formalities and I have visited the branch at Rajajinagar industrial estate branch code (SBIN0000762) as IAM a trader IAM not able use my account to pay cash because there is a transaction charged for the money deposited in to my bank even at the home branch so please issue me a deposit card and do the needful I expect a reply to my email id

On 3/01/2017, i made three transactions through hdfc main branch ATM Mathura, two was successful and one is failed but my balance has debited in all three transactions,
so ple revert my 2500/- as soon as possible.

I brought a smart phone of 13999 on amazon on 18th dec 2016.and then returned it back to amazon . then amazon processed refund but i didn't get it till now.
I have opened an S/B account No [protected] in SBI.TRAHI ACHYUTA NAGAR branch.
I received ATM card dated 02/02/2015 . Still i am waiting for PIN number.
But till date I have not received the ATM pin.
Kindly advise the said branch to get the Pin.

Actually I had applied SBI debit card before 15 days still I didn't got my debit card I had a raised a issued for this in SBI bank but they are telling it has delivered but debit card didn't got actually 1 call also didn't came from courier how they will do like that kindly issue and resolve this problem

      Dear sir, I have an account in state bank of india gurgaon branch.Now I have moved to Mumbai and my phone number also changed. I visited mumbai (Malad west )branch of SBi and lady sitting in the concerned department is not willing to accept my request. She is asking me to go to Gurgaon branch to make the changes. This is ridiculous. Is this the procedure to change a registered phone number? or that lady simply wants to relax in the office hours and doesn't want to do her job? Please let me know how to go further on this as it is not possible for me to go back to Gurgaon to get the number changed

        On 7th Jan 2017 i have tried to withdrawal amount from different ATMS and that moment all ATM network are not working. i have tried 7 times to withdrawal 2000 rs but first five times i got error message in screen that unable to process the request. last 2 times i am able to withdrawal money. 7900 rs of money deducted from my account. Kindly revert these amount ASAP.

        On 03 jan 2017 i tried to withdraw money from icici atm with my sbi atm card. Rs2000/- for two times. Money of Rs4000/- total debited from account but not depended from machine. Bank personel told me that money will refunded with in 24 hrs but till now I didn't get my money back into my account.

          i have sbi credit card, i received a call from this mob no. ([protected]) on today.He (Executive) told me that we are calling from mastercard/visa card verification department and he told all my details including my card number, full name and mailing address linked with that card and asked me to enter otp which has sent to my mobile number for verification, since he mentioned all my details i trusted he is from sbi only but finally its a fraud call, he used an amount of rs 7840 from my card. So please solve my problem and save me from this fraud.
          The wurst thing is these guys called me before also and same thing they did it for me but that time I didn't realise I was cheated. When I realised today I suspected the same and I am trying to contact SBI customer care and all other possibilities.

          Some one please give me any suggestion to get my money back

            On 07-Jan-2017 from RTG 30 GHANSOLI MUMBAI used HDFC ATM for withdrawal of Rs. 500, transaction commit failed but amount has been deducted from my Account No. ([protected]). Its been 2 days didn't receive amount back into account. First time this incident arose with account.

                I wanted to open a new account with SBI but the bank employees and the manager is forcing me to buy their accidental policy of Rs.500.
                I don't want to buy that. Plus their form has 4 options, which are of Rs.100, 200, 500 and 1000. When I ticked 100 Rs. They told me that this option is not available. I can only choose 500 or 1000 ones.
                I think this is not right to force some policies on the customer.
                Please take suitable action on this. The sbi branch, I went to, is Shahadatganj's.

                    I am using sbi debit card for online transaction regularly.
                    When today I am used card but transaction failed.
                    SBI message me= Dear customer, your txn at POS [protected] declined as the account is inoperative or locked. Please contact your branch for resolution.

                              With reference to my above loan account

                              • Sanction letter dt 29th Sept states that Interest charged shall be MCLR + 0.25% ( an additional 0.05% concession was done in spread by a special sanction by GM network 1 bringing the spread to 0.25 % instead of 0.3 %)
                              • The loan was disbursed on 19th Oct – MCLR on disbursal date was 9.05%
                              • The interest chargeable should be 9.05 % + 0.25% = 9.3%
                              • However interest being charged till date is 9.35 %
                              • At the time of disbursal I was told by the disbursing Bank manager that the additional 0.05% concession would have to be updated from back end and this shall be done within couple of months and then the interest rate would come down to 9.3% from 9.35 %, that system was showing at the time of disbursal . A signed letter to this effect was also given by the bank manager after my insistence for same before disbursal.

                              It may be noted that till date the interest rate being charged is 9.35 % instead of 9.3% and despite my follow ups at the branch nothing has yet been updated at back end

                                  My ATM card is not received. It has been three and half month since I applied for the same.
                                  I have visited the bank at least eight to ten times.
                                  Bank official always say that they have issued the ATM card and posted it.
                                  Then I visited my concerned post office to check if the ATM card is still there in post office. But I could not found it there either.
                                  Please help me in getting my ATM card as soon as possible.

                                      I anirudh pattanayak i am having a sbi credit card. I had made payment of rs 3670 from my sbi debit card on04/01/2017 transaction details of my transaction is hu[protected]. The amount has been debited from my account at the same time the time was 22.22 hrs but itvwas not credited in my sbi credit card account and still till date not reversed in my debit card account.
