On 07-Jan-2017 from RTG 30 GHANSOLI MUMBAI used HDFC ATM for withdrawal of Rs. 500, transaction commit failed but amount has been deducted from my Account No. ([protected]). Its been 2 days didn't receive amount back into account. First time this incident arose with account.

Kindly loom into the issue.

      I wanted to open a new account with SBI but the bank employees and the manager is forcing me to buy their accidental policy of Rs.500.
      I don't want to buy that. Plus their form has 4 options, which are of Rs.100, 200, 500 and 1000. When I ticked 100 Rs. They told me that this option is not available. I can only choose 500 or 1000 ones.
      I think this is not right to force some policies on the customer.
      Please take suitable action on this. The sbi branch, I went to, is Shahadatganj's.

      I have lost my registard mobile number which is given for internet banking.It has a big problem because when ever i used online tranjection the otp has sent to this number so please change my mobile no.My new number is [protected]
      While using my ATM Debit card for purchase, my account got deduction of Rupees 11.50 for each transaction. Is this demonetisation process?

          I am using sbi debit card for online transaction regularly.
          When today I am used card but transaction failed.
          SBI message me= Dear customer, your txn at POS [protected] declined as the account is inoperative or locked. Please contact your branch for resolution.

          I am active on sbi. also using regularly.
          Please check and solve problem. I want to use my card.

          Also I check https://cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ but can't open site.

              I have a saving bank account in SBI which needs to be transferred from Andhra Pradesh to Karnataka where I am residing now. For this I have given an application, two months back to the branch in Karnataka. I have' received any reply so far. to day when I went to the Bank to enquire the staff told me to write another application, & send another request through online from your side. To do so which web site should I go and where to find it.

                  Dear sir, my ppf a/c no.[protected], sbi krashi upaj mandi, jabalpur m h. mne rs.100000/- (one lakh) ka ubi, napier town jabalpur ka cheque, sbi m 02/01/2017 ki morning m 11 baje deposit kiya, 03/01/2017 ko ubi se one lakh debit ho gaye but sbi m 06/01/2017 tak credit nahi dikh raha tha. mne suna h ki 5 tarikh k bad k deposit par us month ka interest nahi milta. so plz. inform me ki isme mera kya dosh. mere a/c se to paisa 3 tarikh ko nikak gaya fir mujhe us month k interest se kyon vanchit kiya ja raha h.plz.mere deposit ko 5 k pahle eantry ki jaye.

                    SBI Maxgain Loan account [protected]

                    With reference to my above loan account

                    • Sanction letter dt 29th Sept states that Interest charged shall be MCLR + 0.25% ( an additional 0.05% concession was done in spread by a special sanction by GM network 1 bringing the spread to 0.25 % instead of 0.3 %)
                    • The loan was disbursed on 19th Oct – MCLR on disbursal date was 9.05%
                    • The interest chargeable should be 9.05 % + 0.25% = 9.3%
                    • However interest being charged till date is 9.35 %
                    • At the time of disbursal I was told by the disbursing Bank manager that the additional 0.05% concession would have to be updated from back end and this shall be done within couple of months and then the interest rate would come down to 9.3% from 9.35 %, that system was showing at the time of disbursal . A signed letter to this effect was also given by the bank manager after my insistence for same before disbursal.

                    It may be noted that till date the interest rate being charged is 9.35 % instead of 9.3% and despite my follow ups at the branch nothing has yet been updated at back end

                        My ATM card is not received. It has been three and half month since I applied for the same.
                        I have visited the bank at least eight to ten times.
                        Bank official always say that they have issued the ATM card and posted it.
                        Then I visited my concerned post office to check if the ATM card is still there in post office. But I could not found it there either.
                        Please help me in getting my ATM card as soon as possible.

                                Dear sir, I am a farmer residing shrgonda Dist.and visited SBI Shrigonda branch for loan enquiry on 7-1-17.The service manager over there misbehaved with us.I asked him "Sir we are here for the agri loan enquiry".So he replied "I speak to people regarding loan only on Monday and Tuesday".Is there any rule as such?
                                I asked him to give us short info about interest rate and procedure and said we have come a long distance of 50 Km for this.He said "Thank you for coming to visit me now come on monday and I did not ask you to come".Is this their policy to treat customers? I felt very insulted and leftwithout any argument.
                                Please revert back on [protected] if anyone cares for us.Thank you.

                                    I am a sbi account holder with maestro debit card. I am trying to activate net banking via online registration, where it asks for card no and expiry date.

                                    Now here the issue is it throws invalid card no though i double checked on my card and it was a correct number also card is missing expiry date but contains valid from.

                                    Please help me resolve this issue, thanks.

                                      Employee Ramesh Chand has very bad behaviour towards customers.He always shirks work and shows peevish nature. He doesn't want to do work.He avoids work by making lame excuses. He is a localite and sticking to this branch for nearly 20 years.He does not care anybody.Hr always find faults in our work and asks us to come another day .He never tried to solve our Problems. We aremuch grieved.

Security guard of bank disallow me to get the money from the ATM of SBI branch of Chabbewal. Even he is not legally appointed guard from government & he hadn't any identification card. How bank or Govt. can allow or appoint any boy around 15-16 yrs to secure the ATM area who hasn't sense how to react with people spl vd girls.
