    There is deduction of money when i went to make transaction.I didn't receive any money from ATM, even though 4000 was deducted from my account.I called customer care many times they told it will take transaction+2 days in order to credit deducted money back.I did transaction from AXIS BANK on date 04/01/2017 at 12:49.Now 4 days have gone from the date of transaction, still i didn't receive my deducted amount from bank.Please credit my money back to account.My account details are as follows

        I went in the sbi branch which is located in khatiwala tank for the information about the cheque clearing. When i go to a employee who said that come after 3 pm but his duty is to satisfy me as i went in the working hours so why i go after 3 pm and when i said this he is acting rudely with me. Please look into this matter and make them realise that they are the workers and they have to satisfy customers and not being so rude with them as this kind of things always happen to all the people as employees of this branch are very bad and which dissatisfy the customer.

          My father being an ex-SBI employee wasn't given a fair treatment by SBI M.G Road Borivali East branch's clerk.

          He had an issue with his new passbook and wanted to make an update, he literally had to beg tp get his work done.Firstly they didn't update the passbook detail.gave an amendment, later on request they updated only name, later again he had to request her to update the nominee name, even after all this she did not provide complete data.

          Although my dad clearly mentioned her what exact details he wanted to update passbook and correct the details first(my name was mistakenly written as Mrs.and such).

          I myself has been to SBI branch and realize staff aren't polite, patient to customers.My dad was disappointed because even after serving SBI for more than 30 years all he got is this.Help will be highly appreciated.

            Myself Mr SANJEET KUMAR VERMA account no. [protected], State Bank of India, ( branch, KAPOORTHALA BAGH, LUCKNOW, UP ), would like to inform you that on 3th Jan'17 we tried to withdraw Rs 4000 from a UBI ATM BARACHAND GANJ BRANCH, during that cash was not came out and when i have checked the balance from a BANK it was found debited from the account.

            Till now money is not reversed or credited.

            Requesting you to look into the matter & take necessary action to reverse my money back on immediate action.

              Hi this is Manik Vilas Ahinave from pune, I have savings account in SBI in NCL branch Pashan. On 04/01/2017 i made few withdrawals in ICICI ATM in Aundh Branch in which i didint received any cash but the amount was deducted from my account. So regarding the issue i have contacted numerous times to SBI NCL branch and the suggested me to lodge a complaint to SBI customer service, when i did the same no one from the customer service answered my call since last two days, so i visited the branch again and the manager told me that they have noting to do with it and its your own concern solve it on your own
              the amount is worth 10, 000 rs
              Please Help me with this.

                What type of cheating is this?
                I need explanation for this and I request you to refund my deducted amount.

                    I am binod bihari das having acc no [protected] have withdrawn 4500 on 2nd jan 17 and tried to withdraw money on 4th jan17 but could not get money fron BOI ATM CGO complex . With me 2-3 people also tried to withdraw but they could not get money. i recived sms that 2000 have been deducted from my acc . I though it will be again deposited in my acc. Next day i made a ministatement from sbi bank and there i saw that 2000 withdrawlfrom my acc on 5th . i have not even tried to withdraw money that day. How money deducted. I went to SBI CGO complex they told that money will be refunded within 48 hrs but till not recived

                      I haven't still used my ATM after receiving PIN.
                      After receiving the PIN we went out for a tour and when came back and searched the cover, couldn't find.
                      I have misplaced the cover and requires new PIN to operate my account.

                              On 6th Jan, 2017 i had visited Lakshisagar SBI branch (SBIN0015938) to withdraw big amount of money. I did not know the limit of withdraw per day or week or one time withdrawn. When i asked the same to branch manager he told me that, i can withdraw any amount of money as i want to withdraw. Though it is absurd, because now day minimum it is know that some limit of money can be withdrawn per certain time. Again another officer named Sadhan Mahanty, rudely said regarding the same query, i should not come to bank without knowing information. Should i come to bank with knowing everything and are they not responsible to help customers with precise and concise information.
                              It is clear that if i would have input 25000 through pay slip and stand in Que for hours and then when my turn would come the cashier will surely tell me to change the withdrawl slip as this much amount can not be withdrawn.
                              These two officer (Sadhan mahanty and the branch manager )are devious and tone is total condescend. They dont have manner to talk without showing respect or dignity. These types of people do not deserve this job.

                              Apni wife ka bank account State bank of india branch- shuklaganj dwara abhi tak bank pass book nahi di gai hai. jab ki account 17/09/16 ko open ho chuka hai.jab bhi bank jao 10 din baad aane ko bol dete hai. bank pass ke liye bank maneger smt. Arti Bajpai se bhi mila. lekin abhi tak meri complain ka nisatran nahi hua hai.

                                      Smt. Nayanika Kundu (w/o Sri Kausik Kumar Kundu), visited SBI-Parnashree Branch (IFSC code: SBIN0002016; Address: 394 Parnashree Pally, Kolkata, 24 Parganas South, WB-700060) on this morning (06/12/17) for opening a fresh savings bank account.
                                      The bank officials have refused to open the same and said that they are busy with "audit" and advised her to visit after 20-22 days. Then she approached Branch Manager and he advised to visit again in the next week.
                                      In the last month when approached for the same, they simply refused, probably they were busy with demonetization process.
                                      Now my question is:
                                      1) Is bank account opening is not a mandatory work of bank officials and is it depended on their work load on that particular date when somebody is asking to open a bank account?
                                      2) In this present days where country is insisting for cashless how much such behaviour of officials of the biggest nationalised bank of the country is justified?

                                        I am visiting in sbi branch buldhana(sbin0000340) from past 3 days to transfer funds from one account to other account.
                                        There is a pos terminal to tansfer funds and its not working properly then i ask security guard to whom i hav to talk about this issue
                                        He told me to go to cash officer MR. Apurv Nigam to solve your issue
                                        I went there n told him the issue
                                        And the answer from his side is " Nahi hoga jao yahase"
                                        Is this a way to talk to your customer???
                                        He is talking to me and senior citizen very arrogantly.

                                        And the guard didnt allow me to talk to branch manager.
                                        Thats why i am place my complaint here.
                                        Please tell him to speek properly to your customer

                                        I ashish kumar bhattacherjee want to bring your attention to sbi kamarhati branch (1404), as the service of this branch is over all very poor so i applied to transfer my daughters sb a/c to sbi dunlop bridge branch(11540) on 24/10/2016, i wrote them clearly to transfer my daughters a/c, cif, &three nos of fixed deposites, but i am sorry to say after five times visiting to the kamarhati branch they only transfer the a/c only after one month, again ivisited three times then only fixed deposite certificates are transfered but still now yesterday 18/01/2017 my 88 years old father visited the branch to transfer the cif, a young lady staff whos job is to transfer the cif behave very rudly denied to do that, this is very very bad, my daughters all bank related work is pending, she is doing doctorate in iit, ane the bank a/c urgently. Please do the needful.
