Dear Concern,

Myself Mr Rajesh kumar sinha account no. [protected], State Bank of India, (B.S.E.B. branch, PATNA BIHAR ), would like to inform you that on 4th Jan'17 we tried to withdraw Rs 2000 from a Allahabad Bank ATM, during that due to an error transaction was completed but cash was not came out and immediately we have checked the balance from a other ATM it was found debited from the account.

Till now money is not reversed or credited.

Requesting you to look into the matter & take necessary action to reverse my money back on immediate action.

    Yesterday i recieved a call from a unknown person stating as a bank manager of bank of india and told me thag your atm should be renewed and verified and asked about the detaila of my debit card after a while i recieved a message stating that rs4999 has been debited from you acccount from POS SBI-BUDDY_BD please i nees help my email id ia [protected]@gmail.com

      Smt. Nayanika Kundu (w/o Sri Kausik Kumar Kundu), visited SBI-Parnashree Branch (IFSC code: SBIN0002016; Address: 394 Parnashree Pally, Kolkata, 24 Parganas South, WB-700060) on this morning (06/12/17) for opening a fresh savings bank account.
      The bank officials have refused to open the same and said that they are busy with "audit" and advised her to visit after 20-22 days. Then she approached Branch Manager and he advised to visit again in the next week.
      In the last month when approached for the same, they simply refused, probably they were busy with demonetization process.
      Now my question is:
      1) Is bank account opening is not a mandatory work of bank officials and is it depended on their work load on that particular date when somebody is asking to open a bank account?
      2) In this present days where country is insisting for cashless how much such behaviour of officials of the biggest nationalised bank of the country is justified?

        I am visiting in sbi branch buldhana(sbin0000340) from past 3 days to transfer funds from one account to other account.
        There is a pos terminal to tansfer funds and its not working properly then i ask security guard to whom i hav to talk about this issue
        He told me to go to cash officer MR. Apurv Nigam to solve your issue
        I went there n told him the issue
        And the answer from his side is " Nahi hoga jao yahase"
        Is this a way to talk to your customer???
        He is talking to me and senior citizen very arrogantly.

        And the guard didnt allow me to talk to branch manager.
        Thats why i am place my complaint here.
        Please tell him to speek properly to your customer

        I ashish kumar bhattacherjee want to bring your attention to sbi kamarhati branch (1404), as the service of this branch is over all very poor so i applied to transfer my daughters sb a/c to sbi dunlop bridge branch(11540) on 24/10/2016, i wrote them clearly to transfer my daughters a/c, cif, &three nos of fixed deposites, but i am sorry to say after five times visiting to the kamarhati branch they only transfer the a/c only after one month, again ivisited three times then only fixed deposite certificates are transfered but still now yesterday 18/01/2017 my 88 years old father visited the branch to transfer the cif, a young lady staff whos job is to transfer the cif behave very rudly denied to do that, this is very very bad, my daughters all bank related work is pending, she is doing doctorate in iit, ane the bank a/c urgently. Please do the needful.

          Myself Mr Durga Prasad Chitrika, on behalf of my mother's account no. [protected], State Bank of India, Name - Chireika Yesoda, Branch Pathapatnam Main Road, Branch Code - 1441, would like to inform you that on 4th Jan'17 we tried to withdraw Rs 4500 from a ICICI Bank ATM, during that due to an error transaction was completed but cash was not came out and immediately we have checked the balance from a other ATM it was found debited from the account.

          Later we thought it will be reversed within 24 hours, so we checked it on 5th Jan'17 but it was reversed or credited.

          Requesting you to look into the matter & take necessary action to reverse my money back on immediate action.

            Dear Sir / Mam,

            I would kindly request you to please look into this case . My card no is **** **** **** 6238. This is with reference to the disputed transaction dated 13/8/2016 at UNIQUE CATERING KOLKATA INR for Rs 35000 .

            As i have mentioned earlier in the email that was sent on Sep 08 2016 that this was a valid transaction, but transaction dispute was requested as merchant didn't provide me the catering service as he didn't received the payment of 35, 000 from the bank. In that reference an email was sent & i had also attached a bank statement that merchant gave to me in which no payment was reflecting .

            Thus as per your last email sent on Oct 21 2016 i am giving the written letter regarding transaction dispute with the details mentioned . Apart from this the merchant Unique Catering has also given a letter in written stating that he had not given me the service as payment was not given by the bank . I have attached my id proof self attested as well . Merchant has also given in written that he wont be claiming this amount in future .

            As per below email again amount of 35000 has been debited & charges have been levied on 3rd Jan 2017.

            I would request you to please go through this matter & provide me a resolution as this has been going for long time

                Sir/Mam,
                I am deeply disappointed with your action in not considering my request to settle my dues of my Credit Card vid No. [protected]. I fail to understand that why my plea was not considered still now and suddenly it came to my knowledge that some amount still laying against me. I had already blocked my Credit card one month before and I had paid my dues. After that I had tried a lot to your Agent vide Mob. No. [protected] & Toll free No. i.e. [protected], but I was ignored by them. In such circumstances you are requested to reconsider the matters to provide the statements and let me know how much I will pay to settle my A/c., felling which I may be constrained to sick legal, remedies available under law.If this is the treatment mated out to a professional like lawyer, then the condition of illiterate people can be clearly visualized.

                    During pos purchase in d mart pune money deducted from my account.during the process it was shown txn failed and sale declined.but money deducted.when contacted sbi c care they told wait for 48 hrs.money will be automatically re credited.not yet credited.deduction ammount is Rs2087.32.i have no option than to file a case in consumer court.please look in to the matter.

                      I had given an application to close my mothers account in SBI (Dahisar) east Branch as my mother expired on 3rd May 2016. She had her pension account in the bank. Her pension is stopped. The recovery has been done in the Month of July. On September 29th, 2016 I gave an application to close her saving account. I gave them all required papers ( My Adhar Card Copy, Pan Card Copy, Mothers death Certificate) but the service manager said her nomination is not there in record. But actually I had given nomination form in 1st Week of February 2015( Between 1st to 10th), but that time the staff at the dahisar branch did not update it. The service Manger was asking for counter slip which i misplaced it. But don't you think it is the responsibility of the bank staff to update the records.Till to-day I have visited the bank thrice but nothing has been done. No-body picks up the phone. My mothers name is : Smt. Neeta Ramesh Gadkari, Account No. [protected] . Dealing officer of the case is Mrs .Anjali and the Service Manager at SBI, Dahisar (EAST) Branch. I request you to do the need full at the earliest. Please intimate me on my mobile, the number is available with the dealing staff.

                        While making a transaction on 29th August and two transaction 16th of october 2016 through SBI atm, i was not sure about the exact amount in my bank account as it is not my salary account and i rarely use it. So i entered an amount which was higher than the amount in my bank account . Thereafter i entered a lower amount and was able to make the transaction.
                        Next day when i checked my account statement, i realised that SBI has deducted Rs 23 which a remark saying "Insufficient Balance ATM decline charges". I was shocked to see that they have deducted charges for entering an amount higher than the available amount while making an ATM transaction, which is so lame as a person does not always remember the exact amount in his/her bank account.
                        I already mailed SBI about the issue but they did not reply back. Therefore, i request consumer complaints to help me resolve the issue at the earliest.

                          I hold an sbi atm card and used it for transaction thrice on January 3rd btween 10.10 and 10.30 thrice expecting atleast once to get an amount from a jammu and kashmir bank and a federal bank at armenian street. But thrice it was rejected and while expecting no loss to occurred while checking my internet banking i saw that cash has been deducted from the above thrice attempt that amounts to 2000*3=6000. several attempts has been made to contact my branch at iit madras followed by the online complaint registry and the respective toll free number but replying a technical glitch or telling that it could happen to myself(bank staff), no concrete reply has been given from the side of the bank. Kindly look into the matter and help me to take the necessary action.

                                    This is to bring in your kind notice that, two times i had tried to withdraw amount ATM against my saving bank account no:- [protected], but both of time amount not disbursed and same had been debited to my saving account. First incident happend at sangam vihar New Delhi. Its was SBI ATM against which i have given a complaint on 23rd Dec-2016' wide complaint no [protected] at ATM of SBI khanpur tigri pin code-110080.

                                    But still i have not received any refund in my account yet.

                                    Second incident happend on 3rd Jan-2017. time 11:55 AM. at Indian Overseas Bank ATM Mahipalpur location, i had required to withdrawal Rs 2000/- but money not came out of machine and my saving account had been debited Rs 2000/

                                    I request you to please look into this and refund my amount to my saving account.
