I have purchased a sunglasses from Amazon through debit card payment.also I have returned item and company has sent refund on 22nd of December. But it is not credited in my account.

I took home loan in Jan-2011.
It is a teaser loan. 1st Year 8% & 2nd and 3rd Years 9%.
There after it is on Floating Rate. (Base + spread 1.75%)
By Jan 2014, based on the floating rate it touched to 11.95% (10.2 + 1.75).

I opted for existing spread(0.15%) by paying penalty of 0.58% of Withdrawal amount.

I am trying to unblock my atm card which was blocked by sbi unnecesarily. My home branch is not helping me and just asking me to apply for new card. Iam helpless. I got statement of my SBI Tata credit card where you have charged extra amount which need to revert back.
Since last 5 years i am using this credit card and i have not received this kind of term condition.
I am not going to pay this extra charges. If this service still continue than kindly cancel my credit card.
