    Sir i have my acct in sbi nagrota (J&k). A/c no [protected]. My account not properly managed by the bank i have 17500/- on 18 nov 2016 in my account. But my cheque bounds on that same day. It is second time. Request for refund my cheque bounds amount. Request for change my loan account from this bank to any other bank. Because the bank staff not maintain properly my acct.       I'm urgently in need of Demand draft for Indian Medical Counsilling, i have account in 2 different branches in my town, no branch is ready to make demand draft because of this note ban.Even i have the money in my account, the security guards are not entertaining and asking me to do online, even if i do online i have to go to bank to collect DD, but I'm not sure whether they'll let me in or not. I'm so stressed about there things. Make a complaints against security officials on these things.

          It is regarding my mother's deposit and withdrawal sms from her account. After informing verbally to the bank authority as well as submitting kyc form, they didn't took any action.She also went two-three times to Bank and informed them. Please into this matter as soon as possible. Her name is ashru bora having account in maloibari branch, state bank of india, assam.

              With due respect I submit my complaint here

              State Bank of India is accepting today all type of customers due to the environment of the place.I went to deposit my old 500 and 1000 notes and reach at 1 :55 pm today 20/11/2016.But the entrance gill was closed and security said now nobody can enter.I requested again and and again because i went after my duty in private institution with time management. Then security said if send he would get scolding and asked me to come at 3:00 pm. After hearing this I return back and decided to complaint
              My doubt is that can they refuse entrance like this when there was 5 minutes more according to the normal banking time of Longleng?

                On 18th november 2016, i recieved a call from [protected] regarding expiry of my atm card. So he asked me for card details for renew. I gave him card details. After that a message came in my registered phone that

                Thank you for using sbi debit card 510xx2194 for a purchase worth rs 5000 on pos sbibuddy at sbibuddy txn# hu[protected].

                I request you to look into the matter and please refund my money as it was fraud transaction by someone else not by me. Take action against him.

                    Your officer mr vikas shroff has threaten me to pull down from que and not enter in bank

                    I inform to local police no 100 please check police deptt. Recording between 11.35 am to 11.45 am.

                    My work in branch was my deposited cheque cleared or not

                    After this one they not allowed to enter in bank so how i operate my account.

                    So please take necessary action against ur officer and when i go for operate my account

                    Pl give reply as early as possible

                      Some months ago i got sbi card and used one time, then i requested them to close it and also got email from sbi cards regarding card closing, but still they sent me monthly statement with charges.
                      I sent them so many mails regarding that but responce from there side so i requesting you please do something in my case.
                      Below given closing mail from sbi.

                          I have called customer service regarding failed transactions and wanted to know the reason why my card got declined. Instead of providing me with a reason, the agent puts me on hold and disconnects the call. Its like a slap on the face telling me this is common and i need not answer you. I have called up twice and the same thing happened again. i have a limit of 1.6 laks and was not able to use it when i needed it. The customer service is least bothered to ever give a call back. I think as SBI is getting more deposits due to demonetization is is least bothered about credit card holders.

                            I am the account holder of SBI from 2002. Debit/Atm card issued to me was Maestro which doesnt have expiry date. For registering for Netbanking without visiting the branch, the expiry date of the card is mandatory. How am I supposed to register then. For paying exam fees of my department test i have to use E-banking only. two weeks left for the last date of payment.

In the form I mentioned my preferred exam center as Delhi since I knew I will be in Delhi for November. But as the exam date has been postponed from November to January it is very much difficult for me to travel from my home to Delhi to give my examination so I want you to kindly change my exam center to one of the options below:

                                Yesterday.. I went to state bank of india pendurthi, sujatha nagar branch for a safe locker... I asked bank manager for a safe locker.. He demanded that if i want a safe locker i should have to take sbi life insurance policy and pay a premium of 1 lakh for 5 years.. He said that it is a rule of the government.. Is it true? No ne asked me to take a policy in nad.. Is that condition kept by the government or by their branch?

                                  My wife deposited Rs 2, 25, 000 of demonetised currency in Rs 500 and Rs 1000 today at Borivali today. After standing in queue for one and half hours and filling two forms and submitting xerox of PAN card (Re 1 spent for photocopying herself), she found her account was deducted Rs 517.50 as INTER CITY CHARGES. Her home branch is at Chembur, Ambedkar Garden branch.

                                  Borivali and Chembur are Inter Cities?

                                    I've deposited rs. 15500/- (Rs.500 x 31 notes) in cash deposit machine (Cdm) at nand niketan, hazira branch on 13th november 2016 at around 3:35pm. However machine show error like that hardware error and amount was not deposited in my account. I've given a written complaint to the manager and the atm in-charge is also concern about the matter. However, still after 5 days. The problem was not solved; as the amount not deposited into my account.

                                        I have deposited Rs. 1000/- (one thousand note old) at Mother Dairy Booth No. 569 on 15/16 Nov. 16 and purchased 3 tokens of milk and one dahi 200 gms. and the balance amount was plus Rs. 900/-.

                                        I went to purchase milk and desi ghee today after producing my SBI Smart card, the booth operator told me that balance is only Rs. 9/-. Please see to it.
