    I have deposited Rs. 1000/- (one thousand note old) at Mother Dairy Booth No. 569 on 15/16 Nov. 16 and purchased 3 tokens of milk and one dahi 200 gms. and the balance amount was plus Rs. 900/-.

    I went to purchase milk and desi ghee today after producing my SBI Smart card, the booth operator told me that balance is only Rs. 9/-. Please see to it.

      The cheque book issued on 11.11.16 (As per bank) has not been received by me up till 11.58am dated 18.11.16 sbi is requested to take necessary action in the matter so that i may get the cheque book.

        To overcome immediate problem of demonetization of Rs.500/- and Rs.1000/- wherein most of the ATMs are not calibrated for new currencies. I believe because ATMs are not calibrated for new currencies most of the ATMs in our country are not functioning.

        Actually Rs.100/- currency is not demonetized. And if all the ATMs in the country are filled with Rs.100/- currency in full, the immediate effect problem of this stature would at least solve by 50%.

        So, kindly direct all banks to instruct the money filling agencies to fill the currencies of all ATMs with Rs.100/- currencies. Even you can fix a limit for withdrawal for each days. This would definitely solve common mans problem what he is facing at the present.

        Hope you understood the gravity of the problem and take this suggestion in war footing basis.

            Hello,
            I have approached sbi for my education loan. the manager was very good.He has given me the sanctioned letter and my visa also got approved.That manager got transferred and another got into force..I gave all the required documents.After three weeks he told that he has no rights to sanction the loan as it is a rural bank.

            He would have said these words before.He did not look at the file even once.many times I have visited the branch to talk on this.he never said about this.suddenly he said those words.even the field officer was very bad..she didn't even tell us to sit and show minimum respect.

            We approached sbi as it will be favourable to us.but seeing this kind of behavior with the customers disappointed us .

              Jab se account khulwaya hai tabse online banking nahi kar pa raha hu.
              Me apne paytm account me payment transfer kar raha hu to bank ki taraf se payment decline ho raha hai.
              Me apni home branch neelkanth colony indore gaya to bank adhikari ne help karne se mana kar diya aur kaha ki 10 din baad aana abhi me bahut busy hu.

                I have an dsp account in state bank of india, phi 3 branch of greater noida (ifsc -sbin0011476) my account number is [protected]. I got my mobile number changed through branch after making request online. My new mobile is [protected]. My profile is showing my new mobile number but whenever i try to make online payment i do not receive otp on my new mobile number. Because of this i am facing lots of problems.

                  Sir,
                  i had been to the SBI bank, Bangarpet Branch, Kolar Dist, Karnataka to withdraw my amount at 3.50pm on 14.11.2016 but the security told me that the manager and the staff had instructed him not allow anyone inside the bank, I told the security the timings of the bank are up to 4.30pm, even after pleading he did not allow me inside and I had to return home.

                  When the timings ar displayed as 10.00 a.m to 4.30PM why the manager and the staff are not adhering to the timings, I request you to take action on the concerned.

                    I under signed Umesh Vasant Patil from Amalner my A/C No. is [protected] I want to need of ATM and I have given two time complaint in SBI Branch Amalner Dist Jalgaon but They does not take complaint seriously so I am so sad Please sir give me Responce for my complaint.                     Bank says it is operating all ATM's but still we can not withdraw small amounts. Some ATMs are completely shutdown. Resolve the issues as early as possible before public looses its patience.

                      In this bank now only one cash counter. 49 villages under this bank. But now in this situation 500/1000 currency change all villagers so, thousands of people harrace so much. More than hundred people returne everyday from bank. No atm service & green channel available in this branch. So plz do something sir..

                        I silky singh went to deposit some cash in sbi in four bunglows branch in andheri n there was a huge line n with me there were senior citizen standing in line from an hour n also young people were standing in line n a rto police man came to deposit cash n on the spot the bankers were giving special preference to rto police man... This is not right n when i asked the bank officers abt why that man was given special preference then the reply was he help me so even i helped... This is not a reason... The bank officers would have said sorry but they were like go n complain... This is not the right attitude towards public... Every thing is going wrong over there... There behavior with public is very very rude n it should not b like this... Thank u...

                        I am trying to register my self for sbi internet banking through sbi portal, whenever i try to make new user id i have found a message in my display an error message that "transaction not captured in FSS site " what should i do ???

                              In the situation of demonitisation, as such customers are required to stand in long queues. Once we are at the end of the queue, the taunts by staff like - "oh how could you forget your atm pin" or "why cant you use your account more often".. "why are the notes crumpled etc... Is not done. Sbi staff (Esp balewadi branch, pune) need to be more tolerant at times like these.

                                I am having my saving account at Ahmedabad, nava vadaj branch. presently I am at Vadodara at my son's place and I went to chhani, Ramakaka branch of SBI to deposit old 500 notes in my account .
                                But branch manager refused to take it and gave the reason that as my account is not in that branch at which I am depositing money they will not accept.

                                AS per RBI guidelines we can deposit the cash in any branch of bank in which you maintain your account and it is not mandatory that you visit your home branch.

                                    Fake call recieved by my father and mistakenly he tells them their account number and adhar card number when they demands for atm pin my father rejected to do so... Then they blocked my father's account... Calls were recieved from this numbers. [protected], [protected] what action can we take? Because all the amount in the has been debited by them... And the bank officals are saying to issue a new atm card.. Give us some advice regarding this

                                        Dear sir/madom,
                                        With due respect i beg to state that i, smt pranjali roy is a bank holder of sbi bank at halisahar st road branch. This account no is [protected] and customer id is [protected] & branch code is 12463.

                                        I inform you sir that me and my son went to deposit money in the bank sbi but but we could not able to deposit money by sbi green remit card and we can't able to withdrawal the money by atm card into the sbi bank till now

                                        Also i inform you sir that why can i not deposit by sbi green remit card? For what gives you the atm card? I went to the bank in time of need and i could not use by these card then i do not need these sbi green remit card and 30 rupees will be return to me in cash. Because that day i talked to the service manager and branch manager in sbi branch at halisahar but
                                        They said that the banking system will not let sbi green remit card and what can i do?

                                        Also i inform you sir that i could not print pass-book because machine damage but why sir?

                                        If you don't work for these complaint that i will fully satisfied that all employ's are if you don't work that i will fully satisfied that all employ's deceited to the bank holder at halisahar branch.
