I am deepak.for a urgent situation my brother transferred some money from kuwait through net banking on[protected].but the cash is not credited in my account.maximum time for transfer is 5 days but the time is tooo late..what can I do??.proof of the receipts is attaching with this complaint.please take necessary action and credit my money as soon as possible.

    I had never used my Credit Card after receiving it, nor have I taken the login gift they have offered from amazon.

    Yet they are regularly sending me sms about the payment due regularly. I am unable to reach the customer care toll free number which they either state to have changed or they simply can get the number inputs which I make in my phone.


    Now that I want to stop the card they are simply absent either through phone or online. The website is there but one cannot reach the right person to get the right services.

    The service is fraudulent and the customer care is a bogus service to fool the customers.

    11.18 am, the cashier has still come with cash. The villagers have been queing since 5 am.

      Today on 13/11/2016, i went to a bank of sbi bodakdev branch, ahmadabad.
      Government already declared limit of 4000 per day but when i showed my id to bank their system showed an error and my friend gaurav dankhra showed his id he got exchanged of 4000, but i dont get on previous day also i went to same branch and complaint to manager but he had no answer and blammed on system... What is this? I stand for 3 hours and they talked to me roughly and answered me that i cant get exchange money.

      I went to the sbi bank for exchanging Rs 1000 note .they give 100 X Rs 10 notes bundle. In that bundle all are unused torn notes. i faced lot of difficulty while traveling what to do with that junk money.
      Debited INR 12.00 on 7/11/2016-excess DRIN SB
      I lost 48 Rs . @excess Dr in sb. Why SBI deducted this amount .?

          I am mathan murugesh. Currently I am in out of India.I am holding a car loan with SBI Bank, Bangalore.
          Branch: electronic city Bangalore.

          The above account is linked to my savings account.
          Branch: ITPL Bangalore.

          I made a part payment on the car loan. After that it is reduced to 361inr on 31-oct-2016.

          But in the loan account it is added 275inr on 07-nov-2016 as ECSRTN charge.

          It needs to deducted only 361inr from my ICICI account but it is trying to access my complete EMI amount. It affect my ICICI account also.

          By internet I am not able to close the account, it is giving error.
          I will reach India after 6 months until you are deducting EMI what is the use of part payment.

          Please take a necessary action to close the car loan account. I am unable to come directly that's why we are paying in online. Again you are deducting EMI means what is that?

          Please close the car loan account by deduction of exact money.

          Please respond ASAP. Already raised a complaint but no response yet.

          My compliant no: CR[protected].
          My 2nd compliant no:VL[protected]
          and send the mail to the nodal officers.. still no response...

          Please response me asap to close this issue.

            There is an employee in sbi bazar branch chapra, bihar whose name is sneha shukla. She always misbehaves with her consumers and even abuses them too without thinking that what can be the consequences of that. She misbehaved with my sister and abused her. I approached the branch manager regarding this issue but he didn't take any action against her. It would be better if bank itself takes action against her or she should not be given the job to deal with consumers.

            I am a Privy to this matter live in Chapra SBI Branch, I saw you guys actually trying to get your money deposited beyond permissible limit, Your sister, You and 2 of your friend. I applaud this employee for being vigilant enough to notice your malpractice. You should be thankful to her that you are still roaming free because she didn't filed an FIR against you people for, 1st for Money Laundering and 2nd for behaving in such a disgustful manner with such a hardworking and honest employee. People like you are shame to the well cultured and honest people. Abusing a Female employee in itself should put your head in shame. If she decide to file a case against you for threatening her with dire consequences and open threat to her life and modesty, I will surely be the witness and ensure that dueschebag like you are punished to the hell. Get a life loser!
            This is total false and fabricated allegations against Sneha Shukla. She is always tender excellent service to the SBI customers. The customer who has written this complaint was trying to show that he/ she is a VIP customer. During demonization phase, he/ she also misbehaved not only with staff but also with customers. He/ she attempted to take the advantage of bank services without in Q. Not only that the person who is complaining regarding services sent her sister in Q of ladies counter with the cheque of male person who was standing behind him. The counter was specifically for ladies and not for male. So this is the story. Totally false and fabricated allegations.

              Our sbi branch pinjore code 010471 (panchkula) will closed 1600 hrs and 1530 hrs allowed people in the bank then after donot allow
              Says who allow ed in those work complet upto 1600 hrs donot allow people after 1530 hrs
              So please intimate me on sunday 13/11/16 timing are 1600 hrs last man in or total work complete upto 1600 hrs
              Some news are come to notice that bank working upto 2000 hrs on sunday

                    due to banning of old 500 and 1000 notes and changing with new note up to 4000 and depositing in personal account more than 4000 rupees.when i go to the sbi branch (taoru) dist mewat for depositing of old 500 and 1000 notes, they refused to take and deposit the notes because i am not a account holder of that branch .branch maneger also told that they have not recieved any instruction for depositing of other branch sbi customer. my account is in sbi singarsi jharkhand. where as prime minister sahab declare that anyone can deposit the old notes in any branch.
                    sir this is very unconvinience and tired to the customer .please instruct the branch to do the needful.

                      I am deposited Inter City cheque in my a/c 19/10/2016. My A/C no is [protected], My name is Amit Jinesh Jain. First of all - Bank say that cheque is clear maximum 15 days so i am waiting 15 days but after 15 days cheque not clear I am going to bank in 2 - 3 times for this issue but bank does not resolve my problem and say wait for 2-3 days.Afer 2 - 3 days than bank repeat same language. I am also registered complaints regarding cheque issue in SBI customer Care So Resolve my problem in 2 days & say to me to call in [protected] but call is not connect and reply number not in use. I am call to customer care again but care say i have only one number ([protected]) so i am saying that this number not in use than care say you contact home branch and these days bank in very crowd, problem is not solve & cheque is not clear. so i am very frustrate for this issue. So Please Solve my problem.

                        I used a cash deposit machine at Churchgate, Mumbai(1821) on the 8th of November at 15:45 to deposit Rs.7200 but a I did so the machine showed a hardware failure and took the money in which did not reflect in my account balance.
                        I immediately filled a form regarding the issue with the concerned branch and I was assured that within 2 days my money will be credited but it's already been 5 days and nothing has been done.
                        The customer service call centre is also of no use as they're rude and do not seem to want to help people
                        please look into the matter as this amount is a lot for a student like me.
                        The CCTV footage will supplement my claim and will show that I have deposited the cash.

                          Sir, regarding the latest bans on 500 and 1000 rupees notes, lots of problems are being faced by people. But for some reasons in Silchar, Assam not a single atm has reopened since November 8. I and many o[censored]s, being a student am
                          are facing a lot of problem since there is no bank passbook with us. Atleast they could open a single atm to withdraw 100or 200 rs. I'm roaming with 50rs since 5days. And also none of the ATM's here for some reason dispense 100rs notes.

                                There is no money in SbI bank ATM's in my region in Channasandra region in Raja Rajeshwari Nagar in Bangalore .people are facing lot of hardships due to this .please make sure that there is some amount in every ATM near this region in all bank ATM's so that we could take out the money .Please look into this matter as it's matter of huge concern .thank you.

                                  Your Kendriya vihar sec. 82 Noida branch is insisting for a photocopy of ID proof with note exchange form (also displayed in bank premises) which is not reqd. As per clarification given by SBI MD Mrs. Bhattacharya onTV. Please direct BM not to harass public unnecessily.
                                  Branch should be given clear instructions as per RBI guidelines. BM should not be allowed to frame his own rules.

                                      I’m Payalben G Vandara Having an A/c in the SBI CHITAL (Dist-Amreli) Gujarat. My A/c No—[protected] when I tried to withdraw Rs.2000/-From my A/c on 11/11/2016 around 8:12 pm From VIJYA BENK ATM at-BOTAD at the time ATM machine switched off so that I could not received any money nor any receipt from the ATM but, SMS is received deduct the Rs.2000/- (ATM VD 739501. Txn #[protected].)
