With reference the above subject, we have applied Education loan in your SBI Gill Nagar Brach for my Son Master S.Ghowtham, BE, Civil on August 2015. SBI Gill nagar, they told we have sent your Documents to SBI RACPC branch at Egmore, you please directly go and collect the papers. We went to that RACPC branch there they told your papers are not here you please ask at Gill nagar branch. Our papers are not there at Egmore and Gill nagar Branch. Then where is our Papers???
Along with those documents I have submitted Original Bonafide Certificate for 4 years fee details and Original Anna University Allotment letter.

I need those originals to apply loan in some other bank

    I have applied for Internet banking in SBI and registered online, but could not register via ATM details and submitted duly signed form to my branch and they said that they will activate in next few hours.. I tried logging in the next day and i was not able to login even though i am typing the correct user name and password.. I notified my branch and they gave me so called internet banking kit with the new user id and password. But whenever I enter them in www.onlinesbi.com, I get 'Invalid Username or Password' error. I notified my branch many times, but no solution until now.. I get the same error and I am not able to login. This really sucks! very bad experience with SBI..

      Respected sir/madam, i am an ex-serviceman shashi kumar, have sbacct [protected] in sbi birpur. On 03nov16, i used pnb atm on idt, kaulagarh road. First i used one atm for rs 10000/- it didn't dispensed, then the security at the atm advised to use another machine for maximum rs 4000/- as the machine has 100rupee notes only, so i did the same. But the didn't react and flashed only "your card is blocked for 24hrs". Thinking the error i simply came back to the sbi bank and asked about the incident then the sbi assured me that it may take time as the network slow. So i waited for next day i, e; 04nov16 and got my passbook printed it reflected debit of rs 10000/- and rs4000/- (14000/-aggregated). Then again i consulted to sbi they told me to lodge the complaint in sbi customer care, i did so, the ccare executive answered me that it may take atleast two days. It was saturday next day then i also tried to print but no fresh. So i went to ask the matter with sbi birpur branch manager she replied that she can't do anything in this cash as the matter is of atm and the dealing is not concerned with the bank's of both sbi and pnb. I am pissed in this "technique". Sir, i hardly get my hard pension of orop and the liabilities to pay children education fee. You are therefore kindly requested to take favourable action please... I have received SMS on my mobile and then I went to the bank and got my passbook printed then only I took a breath of relief.         Today, 1st nov 2016 I got a call from [protected], mentioning my SBI debit card is blocked and he needs information . He mentioned that he is calling from Chennai but has a strong accent of Bihar . When I challenged him, he abused and hang the phone .
        Today! I had noticed Rs. 57.50 is debited from my A/C due to my cousin sister deposit Rs. 2000/- from other branch of SBI.
        My Saving Account is in SBI Tekanpur, Gwalior, MP Branch and deposited branch is from Jalpaiguri from West Bengal.
        Is this is right?

          Hello Sir/ Madam,

          I have Saving account of your SBI BANK in pimple saudagar, Pune

          I had inquiry about ATM card activation, Net-banking error and passbook issue but there is one lady Ms.shaik ( branch manager, pimple sauadagar, pune.) talked rudely and unprofessional to my father and me.

          AS per discussed with her we inquiry to other staff they also did not proper response and answer.

          I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE S.B.I BANK PIMPLE SAUDAGAR, PUNE.

          This is not at all fair to deal with customers with such a worst behavior and careless word, should not use this words at least for Senior citizen.

          I would request to you please provide proper training to your SBI staff for how to behavior with customer and senior citizen.

          I hope you will be take action and look on seriously this issue of SBI customer.

            Sir I am from majholi dist-jabalpur, m.p. The staff member of S.B.I bank misbehave with me when I am just going to take a statement letter of passbook because I have new account in S.B.I and they didn't give me pass book because the printer is not working properly.I have to fillup scholarship form so I want state but they didn't give that and rudely talking with me and my father I don't know the name of that employee but I just knew that the employee is sitting in the 2nd counter and he is lame so I want u to be at least just warn them...

            I deposited 5800 rps in cash deposit machine in ITI ANCILLIARY BRANCH MAHADEVAPURA IN bangalore on 29th october 2016, in the middle of procedure i got display showing hard ware error.so the money is either credited or i did not received any receipt of mentioning dat i deposited money.pls solve the issue.

              I was trying to book tickets from Delhi to Udaipur and back for my 3 family members through IRCTC through internet. Three failed transactions took place in the process. Each transaction worth Rs.3331/- plus irctc transaction charges. One failed transaction through my SBI IRCTC visa card, which they returned. Other two transaction Nos.[protected] and [protected] costing Rs.6662/- plus transaction charges. It happened on 22.10.2016. I was to go to Udaipur on 30.10.16 and return on 1.11.16. IRCTC site says bank has been instructed to refund. But till today SBI has not returned /credited with my SBI savings Bank a/c with Rs.6662/- plus other charges. I have written so many emails to [protected]@sbi.com, [protected]@irctc.com. Nothing has happened. iRCTC says they have returned the money on 25th oct. 2016. SBI feedback going on saying to contact[protected] which never fruitfully connected to. They are just simply talking about returned money on my credit card. I don't know how to contact these SBI bankers. I don't know how to convince this SBI people to return my money. I am at a loss.

                ATM delivered to wrong address

                Recently my SBI ATM was blocked by the bank for security reasons.So I applied for a new card. Within a week i receiced a message that my atm card is dispatched to my address but I did not recieve any card.I went to the bank and was told to visit my post office to check if the card is with them. On enquiry it was found that card is in NOIDA post office. I told bank about this to which they replied I have come again after 15 days to check if...

He asked me to give all my card details (Card No as well as CVV no) and OTP generated in my mobile. Unfortunately I gave him my Card no only. Therefore, I request you to put a proper action against that Mobile holder ASAP. Awaiting for your reply.

                          This is rfn. deepak singh (indian army soldier), a/c no.-[protected], account holder in the branch - lansdowne (pauri gharwal), uttrakhand. i want to transfer my this account to another sbi bank in my hometown i. e. sbi-ujina, ifsc code - sbin0002497, district-nuh (haryana). i have given written application to that bank manager and also i have sent mail to that particular bank id regarding request for account transfer but even after so many attempts they are not doing anything. i m serving as your servant in indian army, when i came to my home i struggled a lot due to this problem but noone is listening my request. i request you to look forward on my problem as soon as possible.

                              1.Its more than 1 month, I took loan from SBI.EMI got deducted from my salary account.But my loan account is not linked to my savings account.I keep calling the guy[Raghu Raj:[protected]] who sanction my loan but he is not listening.He gave me 2 ID's[sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in and agmracpc3.[protected]@sbi.co.in] to mail for the same.I repeatedly mail to those ID's multiple times but no response.Can you please take up the matter and link my loan account to my savings account?

                              2.One more thing, mandatory insurance is not deducted from my savings account.I keep calling raghu and sbi, banaswadi branch, they tell me that "you dont worry.It will happen".But it didnt happen.Kindly deduct insurance amount from my saving account without any interest as mistake is from your side.

                                Some people are fishing me, they tell me you are lucky, and win apple lottery, and they take money from me step by step.there name is also duplicate..they told me from UK.. they called me from there mo. no. and Delhi landline no..i will pay step by step and loss 3, 75, 000/- INR.they tell me buy email you have win 5000000 gbp pound and then on man are coming as diplomate of apple company.and then miss.priya kumari named women are told me the tranfer money is very big you sent me details about your account and id proof.after i sent they tell me for fund transfer charges step by step, first i sent 25000, second i sent 45000, and total amount is 3, 75, 000 /- and they are sent me duplicate offshore account from there mail, and sent indian acount no.for sent mony..and sent scan of reciept by mail and confirm it.and after some people are told this is spam i stopped the payment.

                                  I had lost my mobile no
                                  I lost my mob.when i was going to duty in auto then someone stolen my mobile.so i lost my sbi registered mob no.so please inter my new no.i am very sadful for this instant loss.i am feeling deficulty to know my balance.and also incoming and outgoing balance.so please change my mobile no imidiatly.i am very grateful for this.
