This is to bring to your notice that today morning around 11.00 am, i karthick, the account holder of bank of axis bank. I received a call stating that the credit card is expired and so i need to apply for new credit card. The person demanded for the debit card no and otp no. Immediately he started to make the transaction and rs 5000 has been cut from my account xx4235 from pos-sbi buddy_bd. Kindly consider all above issues & help me to get back my money so to restore my faith in banking system. Email - [protected]@gmail.com

Today i had made a online transaction for 103/-. the SMS has been recd from SBI but the said recharge has not been done.

this happened due to failure of the net connection, kindly return the said money.

Axis Bank never asks for personal information like Debit Card no., Credit card no., ATM PIN or any other sensitive information over the phone/SMS or in Email.       My name is Lowkya. I'm from Andhrapradesh. I went to draw 10000 from SBI ATM on 4th Sep 2016. There are two ATM machines in the center. I tried drawing money from the machine. I've given my pin and entered the amount 10k. I have NOT received the cash but got a receipt of some error. And then, I immediately moved to the very next machine and I drew 10k without any hassle.
      While doing this transaction I didn't even heard the counting sound (we can hear a counting sound right Grrrahhhh Grahhhh before dispensing money) from the machine1.

      And I counted the money in the center itself and left the ATM and traveled to my native place.

      Then I got text message two times after 50 min of my withdrawal showing two 10k transactions and debited 20 k from my account. I didn't think much about it as I heard a lot about these kind of messages from SBI due to some technical problems on their end.
      Later I went home and checked my balance with my personal banking account and got shocked that It showing two 10k transactions. Informed my friends and they suggested me to raise a complaint online and given the toll free number[protected]. I did the same and waited for 7 days for the resolution.

      After 7 days I got a message that the transaction was successful and we sent relevant documents to the home branch. I went to my home branch and surprised with their ans that it can not be refunded as it was a successful transaction.

      Now I lost 10k and in dilemma what to do next whom to complaint. Forgot to mention there was no guard at all.

      Please let me know how to proceed further.

      Customer care people was informed my current primary address 2days back. As per their demand I uploaded adhar card to e-mail add priority.[protected]@sbi.com.they acknowledged the same also and promised to change the address immediately but still this is not being changed.
      Pl do the needful.

        I applied for internet banking registration dated 1/9/2016 against a/c no-[protected], branch code2405. and branch allotted me login id and password after many days but in your portal its showing me that id and password are wrong and i approached to your bank several times but no positive response i am getting so i want to withdrawl our registration and want to transffer our a/c to other branch of SBI because laksar branch's services are not good.

              My name is VNV PHANEENDRA. I am just insulted by sbi staff in ponnur branch, guntur district, ap(522124)..My mother appliled to open new account to get our family pension..even after 4 days account was not opened and we reached bank to ask about that..they said it wil be open today so wait..we waited for 4 hours 30 minutes. then one bank person called me "oye come here." i went to him and asked " what sir".he said me "get out there "in an abusing manner and we asked "sir why r u shouting sir" the he bashed more than that and shouted at me..and tore my application when i asked to give my application..and one another staff told "your account will not be open today and tomorrow or day after tomorrow or some other day it wil done.but we are not sure when it will be done."he bashed at my mother also..and one more thing the same person argued with three customers since today morning..you people can check that from cc camera at bank.
              People will not expect this kind of rude behaviour from the staff of Prestigious organization like SBI .I[censored] want to keep the name of your bank as customer friendly then u have to take a stingent action to this..please react to this.

                There is so much marketing happening for SBI IRCTC Credit Card. But once you buy the card and accumulate points, there is no way you can use those points. There is no provision to quote your membership number in IRCTC site. The points you accumulate from using your credit card outside of IRCTC is also no use, as there is no option to redeem it in IRCTC site.

                    I have been chit from sbi card for the amount of rs 24, 576.00 (Which was refunded from amazon). The merchant loan is again to this should be closed after refunded amount from last six months i am following up... But they are intentionally not looking into these feb and march statment.

                    There is full irresponsible of sbi nodal office, he is not looking this matter intentionally.

                    A big chit of my Rs24, 576 that to of my refunded amount from Amazon. Along with still asking EMI of merchant loan which suppose to close after getting the refunded amount. This month statement also i saw same EMI..

                    How come resolve this issue? without any audit or any evidence.

                    Gentile reminder Can you please close that merchant loan with the refunded amount which you received from Amazon in statement and settlement and adjust outsanding amount wuth all EMI taken and charged yet .

                    It is very clear in statement that February outstanding already paid there is no request fro EMI. you can see my attached statement. The merchant loan and amount showing doubles in March which is wrong and refunded amount not paid to the merchant loan after received. PL sort out all these mess in SBI card my account.

                        I am writting this mail due to the problems of my credit card of sbi because every month i 've faced the charges of fin charges of retail, cash, and specially over limit charges because they never told about this charges and same has been reflected in the monthly statement of this month of 19 aug 16 and same Sept. Also I can understand for the service tax, interest but these type of charges are really disappointed and they are fake and untold for me. I will never pay that amount. So i am requesting you please help me to waive off this charges otherwise please take a valid action against them.

Sir I had deposited 3000 cash in 100*30 in this manner the money has deposited in cash deposit machine in makaronia branch but not credited in my account.                             I would like to complain against surveyor (parag moni borah) because of following reasons after claiming for an insurance...1-firstly the said surveyor made us to wait for around 10 days by saying that he is coming tomorrow. 2-secondly he did not come for inspection at all and told us to send the photos and required documents to him in his address.
                            3-the said surveyor after receiving the photos and documents agian took around 15-20 days to proceed to next step.
                            4-the said surveyor manipulated with the bill, the actual bill by the work shop was around rs88000/- but i got around only rs26000/-.according to policy terms i was supposed to get 65%coverage as my car is less than 5 years.
                            5-lastly the said is surveyor is not fit to be a surveyor as i am not at all satisfied with his work and because of him i am going to change my car insurance policy to some other responsible insurance company.

                                  Till now I have not received atm pin. my account in sbi borsad Anand gujrat so many days are completed but till now I didn't get atm PIN. From so many days I go to my branch but they didn't give any response.                                   Till now I have not received atm pin. my account in sbi borsad Anand gujrat so many days are completed but till now I didn't get atm PIN. From so many days I go to my branch but they didn't give any response.                                     I have visited Chinchpokli Branch, Mumbai to inquire about housing top up loan. But no positive action. Officer told me he will tell concern ofiicer to contact me within 24 hrs. But regret to say thay it is already passed 96 hrs. Last month i have received a call from same branch for availing facility of loan. But on 12.9.2016 there is negative response from officer.
                                    State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
