Due to automatic cash withdrawal by the ATM machine, the amount deducted was Rs.2500 INR. The big thing is that the transaction is generated without the ID. The worst case I had ever seen.

Now they are not returning my money. SBI is asking me the details for the transaction.

What the heck?

They hold the server with database and they are asking me transaction details.

Please close this bank, who don't know RTI and don't have respect for their valuable customers.

Please help me and I don't know what's wrong with my account... And moreover SBI credit cards are not working here it seems.. Please check what is wrong and do the needful as soon as possible because we students have to pay the fees...

        Excess deduction of intercity charges

        I have an account in SBI, Medical College, Meerut Branch( A/c no [protected]) and deposited money of Rs. 5000/- in SBI Dwarka Mor Branch, Delhi on 9th of Sep.2016. They deducted Rs. 57.50 as Inter city charges.As per Rule below 10, 000/- the charges is Rs. 25/-. They should reverse the amount with mental harassment penalties, in my bank account instantly . As it is not fair !...

        I have asked sbi cap securities officer to close my account about an year ago, since i have not used it even a single time since past 2 years (date of opening), also i have not received any username, password details from them.

        Initially, while enrolling their executive and his manager clearly mentioned that there will not be any annual charges. despite that, last year they charged (auto debit) me inr 399 for no reason.

        After that, i communicated with their team and asked them to close the account with immediate effect, but they haven;t done it yet.

        Now again they are charging inr 402.

        Highly unprofessional. never go with sbi cap securities.

          I had payed 2.37500 for this fraud company last week but still Sanjay Gupta - [protected], Raja Rekwar -[protected] and HR Amit kumar mistra ask me to pay 29500 for sbi life insurance its comparably, then i want to police station and complaint after one day sbijob.org web site has been blocked and [protected]@sbijob.org, [protected]@sbijob.org and [protected]@sbijob.org company email ID also blocked. Still FIR is not registered, please help me to get my amount back.

              As per my sechduled idea postpaid bill (6th of every month)...i have to pay 1530 rs ...on 06sept 16 about 1830hrs. I paid my idea postpaid bill through sbi internet banking but it shows failed and amount 1530 rs amount deducted...after some time i make another paytment of my idea postpaid bill and this time 1530 rs duducted and showing successful...
              Secondly i dont receive my 1530 rs money which was duducted by failed transaction.

                Applied for home loan take over from LHF. Applicate on December 2015 with processing fees and supporting document. Tracking on the same till now. Now the person who is contacting me saying that the one initially was handling the loan left SBI and don't what happen to the processing fees I paid earlier. Contacted Chromepet branch manager in person. The manager said it will get processing in next 15 days time. now 3 months over. There is no proper way to register complaint with SBI also.

                pls don't try for loan with SBI

                    I have made one neft transaction on 01.09.2016 through net banking of rs. 5000/-. But by mistake i have made payment to account number xxxx7266 instead of my bank account in icici is xxxx 2766. I have contacted icici bank and they have freezed the amount. Now they are asking to take initiate from your bank to of neft side, than only they will try to refund you in my sbi account from where i have made transaction. But the manager of bank are refusing to do so. I have made writing representation for the same on 06.09.2016. But, till date no action has been taken. This a huge amount. You are requested to take appropriate action positive, so that i get refund the amount immediately.

                      Sbi has deducted money when my friend deposited 2000₹ in my account .when I checked in account details they show it as intercity charge I.e 57.5₹ has been deducted from 2000₹.its not fair in today's world where everything is transparent and Sbi is charging around 2.9% on deposit money in own bank from other city.not fair...that's cheating.I want answer to this problem and to resolve it

                      A message came to me that 57 Rupees were deducted, when I checked my statement it is noticed that 57 Rupees were deducted twice from my account without reason and total Rs.114 was deducted. I want to know why!!! Or please refund my hard earned money. My mobile no. [protected]. Please do contact.
                      Even to deposit in his own bank account customer need to pay charges ?? Such a cheap decision from sbi.already to withdraw money we are paying charges.

                      This step will defently make customer hide money frm banking system and increase black money..kudos to sbi team for such a nasty customer service..

N branch manager did not give solution n responded to my query we never expected such a bad response...

                          Worst service compare to any bank in india. My wife was unable to do transfer online using debit card. When we contact branch, so lazy people, they not responded properly, after 2 hours of time, they told - it can not be done here. We have to register our card online, then only we can make transaction.

                          When we tried to register online, we are getting errorpage on form submission. I am a programmer - so can say that they have not written code well.

                          This detail is regarding adb datia (M. P.) branch.

                            Please refer to 7th cpc arrears credited total amount rs. 31171 after deducted tds rs. 394 net amount rs. 30777. The pension for august, 16 net pension rs. 30415 credited after deducted income tax of rs. 389.00 of my savings bank account no. [protected] of state bank of india naihati branch, 01823.
                            I have submitted 15h in the branch on 1st april.2016 and declared as self assessment and paid income tax accordingly.
                            That i am senior citizen and filed itrv with prepaid taxes of rs. 7106.00 at ao: ito wd 52 (4) kolkata (Bamboo villa) for the ay 2016-17 on 28.04.2016.
                            In the matter let me know any nationalized banks have any authority to deduct income tax and tds from the pensioner account as per it act without any prior intimation to the customer. The account holder has responsibility to file 15 h to the bank authority and also to file itrv to ito in time. But sbi naihati branch authority never been asked or have any authority to submit the copy of investment documents under section 80c/d. But the said information have been submitted to ito in every year vide pan no. Adlpb2941h. The bank authority has intention to harass unnecessary to a senior citizen person and deducting income tax and tds without any intimation in the middle of the month and how deducted income tax rs.389.00 and tds rs. 394 in the same month. Please refund the amount at an earliest

                                I am, ratneshwar prasad thakur, a retired high school teacher from muzaffarpur (Bihar) and i hold and operate my pension account in sbi, pankaj market, gola road, muzaffarpur, bihar (Pension acct no. :[protected]). My ppo no. Is : 329761. I retired as a high school teacher in muzaffarpur distt of bihar on 30/05/2000 and commuted my 40 percent of the entitled pension (For a duration of 15 years). My full pension was to be restored on expiry of the 15 year period of commutation, with effect from 01/06/2015. The same hasn't been done so far.

                                The manager and asst manager of sbi, pankaj market, gola road, muzaffarpur (Bihar), are non-cooperative and are not assisting me in restoration of pension. Consequently, i am facing financial crisis and request your urgent help.

                                  Hi am ramandeep singh my sbi ac is [protected]. Today i recharged through state bank anywhere app (M visa) for tata sky dth. Recharge amount 200rs. Recharge was unsuccessful. But money deducted. I called on [protected] for refund, there nobody answered. Last call received by jaspreet on near about 5.00pm. But every time call ended by all. I want my amount refund. [censored] behavior by sbi helpline and services. I every time told the reference number sbi said this is not reference number. After recharge through mvisa on sbi anywhere there shown reference is mv[protected] like this. Enough refund my amount.

                                    Rs 10000 was withdrawn from account [protected] on 05-09-16 at 14:01 hrs at bob atm 1rddaldo. Txn#6563. Transition was succesfully completed.
                                    But the second time rs 10000 withdrawl was processed from account [protected] on 05-09-16 at 14:03 hrs at bob atm 1rddal. Txn#6564. This time no cash was delivered by atm and rs 10000 was deducted from the account without making a payment.
                                    Kindly look in the matter and do the needfull to transfer the money back.

                                    निवेदन हे की प्रार्थी ने दिनांक 27 .06 .16 को चेक क्रमांक 550616 DRM EXT शाखा रतलाम के A/C NO-[protected] का आप की शाखा से हस्ताक्षर नही मिलान हने के कारण बाउंस कर दिया गया था के लिए आवेदन दिया था लेकिन आज दिंनाक तक उस आवेदन पर कोई कार्यवाही नही की गयी है ! तथा ना ही मुझ को इस आवेदन के सम्बन्ध में कोई जानकारी अभी तक दी गयी है.
                                    अतः श्री मान से सादर अनुरोध करता हूँ की मेरे उस आवेदन पर निष्पक्षता से उचित ध्यान देकर प्रार्थी को अनुग्रहित करने की कृपा करें ! अन्यथा मुझको मजबूरन न्यायालय की शरण में जाना पड़ेगा !
