The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number.     I have an SBI Health Insurance police number 1366195. The premium was deducted from my account on May 12th 2016. I was told that all by hospital bills would be covered. I had to go to the bank 5 times before my policy was sent to me. The policy did not have any terms and conditions I was admitted to Belle Vue and had to go a sudden heart surgery, On August 31st 2016 I was standing on my feet from 6.15 a.m. till 7.00 pm despite having gone through the heart surgery on August 30th 2016. I had to arrange for cash in that critical condition and paid RS.254976. When I made the policy the officer in charge did not tell me any terms and conditions and neither did the manager who was ether on may 12th 2016. Despite my form clearly mentioning my address and my name as MS. SANGEETA Das and despite pointing it out all the five times that I visited for the policy the name was still put as MRS. Sangeeta Das and intentionally a wrong address has been put. Till today I have not received the health insurance card. I want that my full hospital bill should be reimbursed of Rs.25496.00 immediately.

      I am a savings account holder in State Bank Of India in Kalindi branch kolkata where one of my cheques got cleared on 2nd of September and its showing me a balance of Rs. 20168 but while i am using my atm for withdrawl of cash it is only showing me a balance of Rs.147 only and i updated my passbook where it is showing a balance of Rs.20168 so i want to know that why is this happening and when will i be able to get my cash back. My account no is [protected]. I would request you to look after it and take the necessary steps against it.

        I think, it is a credit card, which I have never demanded nor I need it.
        Few years back, I had a credit card at my Chandigarh posting, which I have surrendered years back & destroyed it.

          Today at 3, 12 am I have received a message from above named sender which is reproduced here- "Your SBI Debit card ending with XXXXXXX has been deactivated for Ecom tranaction. To activate send SMS "SWON ECOMXXXX to [protected] or use onlinesbi.com".( For the sake of secrecy the actual last 4 digits of my ATM card is concealed here.)
          As it has come from a known source I, on good faith complied with the instruction and sent the message promptly. Now I am in serious doubt whether I have committed a blunder. Should I not ignored the message? Kindly confirmed whether it is genuine or not by kindly sending confirmation to my email - t.mondal.[protected]@gmail.com as early as possible.

          Today 17/05/2017 i received a sms from DZ-SCISMS chq 612042 for inr 26000 FVR Ramesh Nawal recd in clg wl be paid if found in order. contact your branch by 12:30 pm today.

          This is the fake msg from DZ-SCISMS i contact to the branch also there is not any kind of transaction or cheque issue by me
          Today 05/01/2019 I Received a SMS From BW-SCISMS Your A/C xxxxxxxx367250 has a debit by transfer of Rs.147.50 on 05/01/2019.

            hi am ramandeep singh my sbi ac is [protected]. today I recharged through state bank anywhere app (m visa) for tata sky dth. recharge amount 200rs. recharge was unsuccessful. but money deducted. I called on [protected] for refund, there nobody answered. last call received by jaspreet on near about 5.00pm. but every time call ended by all. I want my amount refund . [censored] behavior by sbi helpline and services . I every time told the reference number sbi said this is not reference number. after recharge through mvisa on sbi anywhere there shown reference is mv[protected] like this.my number is [protected]

              I was speaking with Mr. Ravindra for loan he told me to transfer some fund to sanctionloan at lower rate he give me RENUKA HUSAINAPPA KOTTRIGI

                  Myself Sujalkumar A. Patel having an account with Nanapondha SBI branch with A/C: [protected]. Rs. 15000/- was withdrawn by stranger from my A/C on 08 Aug, 2016 By using ATM S10A[protected], transaction #6606.
                  Regarding this I have contact my own branch no. of times but no satisfaction response I got yet. I have already submitted online complaint with Ticket No. AT[protected]. But online SBI portal also replied that your Rs. 15000/- transaction is successful.

                  It is very well known by me that the Rs. 15000/- transaction was successful. But honestly I am telling you this withdrawn is out of my permission. But from my mobile massage centre I got the massage the transaction was done by somebody not by me. So today 20 to 25 days passed and no responsible support provided by SBI group. So today I beg for CCTV footage.
                  Please give me CCTV footage of that date.
                  Please do the needful.

                        I am Amit Kumar Pal from Bankuray, west Bengal. There is a SBI branch named as SBI town branch(10092) in which I faced the problem. They deny to deposit less than 40000 to deposit in my savings account. Is there any rule by which one bank deny to deposit less than 40000 in savings account. They also says that I have to deposit it in e -corner. But my bank is nearer than e- corner so why I have to go in e -corner? Even they deny to deposit my father(senior citizen) transaction .

                          It is submitted that when enquired from SBI Chandrapur on 30 Aug 2016 it was intimated that the pension has just been received from CPPC Mumbai and it is being credited to SBI Golpark Branch . It is not understood why the pension has been credited so late by CPPC Mumbai when it was being credited on the 15th or 16th of every month . The matter needs to be clarified so that it is not felt that the pensioners are being kept in the lurch by CPPC Mumbai and SBI Chandrapur due to its own inadequacy .
                          Also, the next instalment of OROP arrears is due . When is it going to be credited by CPPC Mumbai ! The matter is being kept in the dark by the respective service providers for reasons not known .
                          SBI Chandrapur has not yet intimated by SMS the breakdown of the pension credited on 30 Aug 2016 .
                          The matter may please be looked into and a positive response be given to allay fears of inadequacy in services provided to the hapless pensioners .

                            Hello,

                            My Name is Pugizhendan.P my SBI Credit card number [protected] and SBI Account number [protected] and my register mobile number [protected].

                            I have applied SBI card on February 2016 by sales person, I got a information from salesman about the SBI Credit card annual fee he said 500 will be charge and it will reversal back to your account and 2000 points will be given to you this is the commitment I got from salesman. After receiving SBI Card customer care guy have said, they won’t be any fee reversal so on 23 February 2016 I have given a complain to close the SBI Card and Fee reversal complain given.

                            23 February 2016 – Closing complain number - 1-[protected]
                            23 February 2016 – Fee reversal complain number - 1-[protected]
                            And you can listen call which I spoken to customer care.

                            And the problem not got solved and also I have not received NOC. Due to Customer care information I thought it got closed. Now my CIBIL got affected because of this. Now I’m into blacklist. Due to worst service given by SBI customer care. Now 6 month’s not paid in CIBIL record is exist. I need clear explanation from SBI Manager.

                            After giving so many complaints on 1 September 2016 I got NOC letter from SBI card office. This problem was affected when I was applied for personal Loan. So I have registered for CIBIL Score in www.creditmantri.com . I came to know that my CIBIL Score was Highly affected by SBI Credit Card. For reference I have attached screen shot in add photo field.

                            Because of rejection of my personal loan from one bank, now I have no eligibility to take (or) apply personal loan. For this which I have been affected so I need penalty for SBI Credit card.

                              On[protected] at 11:04 am I had deposited INR 2000 at CDM of SBI AAU Jorhat (Assam) (Branch Code: 2003) which also happens to be the home branch. But due to some fault the amount was not credited to my account. On the same day I contacted the Service Manager of the branch. Manager asked me to file an application regarding the issue along with a copy of the advice slip generated after the transaction. So, same day filed the application.

                              The Service manager said that they have to open the machine so, maximum of 7 days will be required for the refund. 7 days already passed but amount was not credited so again I visited the branch on[protected] and the bank official said that they sent an enquiry regarding the issue to somewhere to their higher authority.

                              I again visited the branch on[protected]. This time they said that the concern official is not present at that very moment and also that they have to open the machine.

                              Today its[protected], 16 days has already passed but still I have not received the refund.
                              I think if they can not provide proper facility to the customers then they the authority should shut down such CDMs and continue the traditional means of depositing cash.

                                I am Ashutosh Sanyashi, Today i go to Mana Camp SBI bank for deposit of rs- 7000/- but bank staff told me no deposit here below 20000/- here. he told me you go to sbi grahak seva kandra and deposit. way i go to Grahak seba kendra. I told this is rule he told yes this is our rule we are government employee you go and com plane no problum.                                     Hi, One month back i have submitted Axis bank cheque on 4-August-2016 in SBI bank to credit check amount into my SBI account. Branch staff told me that it will take 10 days to credit that check amount, now almost 28 days crossed, but money did not credited to my account.

                                    Sir...i using sbi a/c last time i register of my old number but i lost the old number so nopw m going to register to my new number so pliz try to make it sir, , coz i really need to my transection to my business otherwise dont any option this company r using this A/C we are upgrade that to all my coustomer ...your faithfully MR.Pipenthung P Lotha.

                                      I am an account holder of SBI Bank, ILoanavala[KUKREJA BLDG., L.T.MARG, LONAVALA-410401], the employees there have no neat and calm way to talk to the customers.They behave in such a rude way as if they are our master and we are slaves working for them.Their way of behaviour is too aggressive and its not just me facing this but all the customers are facing this problem but only because we do not have rights to misbehave or be rude with the employees so we can't say anything to them.Only because of its customers the bank has its value if they wont be there then there would be no meaning for the existence of bank.We keep our own money there we don't beg in front of them that they treat us in this rude behaviour.

                                      At this branch passbook printer never in working condition and even nobody is there to help. please take come strict action on this branch
