I hv complaint for your employee name - babul in jaspur (001812). my mother opened a saving account and a sip plan, folio no: 14412118. she was not able to open her account online due to some technical problem so that person (babul) asked user name and password and even after 2 years we got nothing back and my mother not received any information on our email id for this sip plan. so she applied for update the email id to this sip plan but that person is not responding. every time he promises that he will update all information next day from last 1 month. so please resolve this otherwise closed the account and sip plan, immediately.

    Hi sir\madam
    I got the call from [protected] name sneha jaiswal she told me that they are from shine and they are highring for private banks. she told me to deposit the feee of Rs 2999 refundable amount to get the job application form and then they will arrange the interview from Axis bank HR. I paid that amount and they send me the job application form. when i receive the call who told me that they are from Axis bank HR team and called me to take the telephonic interview once the telephonic interview done they told me to deposit Rs 9400 for training fee and all the total money will be refunded in first salary. then i thing that they might be fraud and I told them to refund my Rs 2999 I will not go further. now they are not receiving my calls. I have all the mails and recorded voice calls, please help me. I[censored] need these details I can send you to take the necessary action against these fraud. You cal contact me on [protected] for further details.

    now the number is showing not valid no and the are not replying the mail as well. if you want the voice calls record i can give you that as well as I have the call records in my mobile. there email address is corporate.[protected]@gmail.com. the other no is [protected]. I can show you the messages and send emails from my email ID as well. I have lots of proofs bout this scam and they are doing it from the long time now a days this has become a easy way to generate the money. you can check the lots of complain on the shine complain site about this, plz look in to it take the necessary action towards these types of people so that no one will loss there money in future.

    SBI bank what happen to my complain regarding the money deposited to SBI account no [protected] account holder name: Jasmeen. I need the money back to my bank account Sbi ac [protected].     SBI bank are not taking care of these types of fraud customers who are earning the money by these kinds of fraud activity. plz take care of my complain else I will contact the court and take a legal action against SBI bank for opening of these accounts and to that account holder. this is because if you have done the KYC then u must hold the account and take the necessary action to wards this customer. PLz check above complain details.

      Hello, i am rahul sawant holding tata sbi credit card. On 22nd of june i have received a call from sbi credit card department [protected], about reminding me for payment of my balance amount of rs 1035 towards annual fees and late fee. And i agree for the same as it was truth. After that the representative told me that i have some 8000 points on my credit card which i can redeem. If i redeem these points then they will reverse the annual fees and settle the card. They told me that i will get sport shoes one travel bag one branded sunglasses towards redemption of my points. After so much of arguments and discussion i agreed for the same. When i agreed they them self provide me my card, no of date birth and my postal address, which help me to believe that this must be a real call. But still i was not sure, so i again refused for such offer but the representative mr akash mistra again started to connivance me he also gave me his personal phone no [protected] and told me that i can call him anytime between 10 to 6. I was again and again confirming with him that for all this shoes sunglasses and all i do not have to pay any singal money. And he confirmed me the same. So i got agreed for the same. After 5 min when the call was under process i got otp no on my mobile no, the representative immediately told me that i must have received otp no, please do not share that no only kee in that no when i will get the further instruction and i did so.
      I keen the otp number from my mobile. Then this fellow told me that the procedure is over and i will receive the parcel soon. After the call also i have some doubt in my mind so i again called to that mobile no and he picked up the call and again confirmed. But late at night i got sms that there has been a transaction of rs 8293/- to n. S.Info. I immediately called in the bank and asked for such transaction but at that time it was not reflecting in the account. I immediately blocked my card and informed bank that i have not done such transaction and i have been cheated. Executive have taken my request to block card. Next day i again called in the bank to know the status that time they told me that card has been blocked but now the transaction was reflecting and bank cant do any reversal.
      It was shock of my life.

      How people can cheat so professionally. Now i really don't know what to do.
      All you are requested not to entertain such credit card offer call. They all are fake. And it all came from delhi. If you need a card please go to bank personally and apply for it.

He persons call to your new sbi card send 7to 15 days. So you can manage your debit card account rs 6500. I have ok my account tell to person. This persons for gauthier to my debit card all details. After 10mins debit to rs 6500. I will contact to this person no is switched off. Kindly refund my amounts help sir. My mob no is [protected]. My mail i'd. [protected]@yahoo.com.

          SBI has deducted an intercity charge of 57 INR from my savings account. My friend had to give me 5000k and he deposited it to my account from another branch. On this deposit only sbi has put a charge of 57 rupees.
          My problem is not resolved .kindly help me

              This is to inform you that ms. amynah merchant had applied for sbi credit card from sbi goregaon east branch in the month of november. sbi credit card department has not delivered the card to me, i have not received that card so far as i was travelling to usa from december 2015 to may 2016. when i came to india i got the message about the due statement. why are they asking me to pay when they have not delivered the credit to me nor to my family so far. request you to please help me to resolve the issue as i don't have the card i don't have the number too. unable to contact the customer care as the automated ivr wants me to enter the credit card number. i have already spoken to the person who is available in sbi goregaon east branch. however, have not received any solution for the same. request your help to resolve the issue asap.

                I am a SB account holder with A/C no - [protected] . I have been using my platinum debit card for the past 2 years. Recently. I had blocked my platinum debit card as I lost it . After a weeks time I have found it and contacted SBI - Contact centre through mail .

                As directed I approached the branch manager - RAMIANAHALLI ( branch code - 6241) with a written request for unblocking the card on 20/06/2016 . Rather than taking steps for unblocking I was informed that I am not eligible for using the Platinum card. On my request he also gave the same in writing and returned my application stating that I should apply for a domestic card.i have also attached my application copy for your reference .

                On the same day I emailed my unblocking request to the branch's official id (sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in).For that i have got the same reply (on 23/06/2016) which he had told me earlier . I have also attached the copy of the Branch manager s reply in this mail .

                IT IS FOR YOUR KIND REFERENCE THAT I HAVE BEEN USING THIS CARD SINCE 17/06/2014. EVEN THEN THE SBI OFFICIALS ARE REFUSING, AS IF I AM A NEW USER OF THIS CARD. I HAVE TRIED EVERY MEANS AND FED UP WITH THE RESPONSES FROM SBI-AGM CHENNAI & THE BRANCH MANAGER CONCERNED. SO, KINDLY DO THE NEEDFUL SO THAT I CAN GET MY CARD UNBLOCKED.

                    Today, i visited sbi branch (saijpur bogha - 3044, ahmedabad) to open my ppf account. i already have saving account with same branch still they give me 3 forms to fill-up as listed below :
                    1. ppf form a & ppf form e
                    2. new account sheet (branch copy sbi)
                    3. account opening form (saving bank and current account)

                    Are this all forms mandatory?
                    As i checked on sbi website only ppf form a is mandatory.

                    Second, sbi branch (3044) staff (no 7 counter on date 05/07/2016) told me that we only accept account opening form after 2:00 pm. is it true?

                    They are behaving with customer very rudely.

                    Also, staff told customers that we are not accepting other branch cheque.

                      I am SBI Saving account Holder with SBI CODE --- SBIN0011805 (Sabour branch, Bhagalpur-city, Bihar).
                      My bank really made me crazy, for simple mobile number updating and add beneficiary request. my bank till date took 10 days and still on for the silly small matter.

                      and due to which I suffered a lot these days, , I am unable to operate mobile & internet banking due to pending SBI branch approval.


                      I made so many call, sent many messages and mails as reminder, but all resulted and resulting useless

                      I wait for the best advise from the best financial institution

                            i was withdraw 7000 amount from atm jalandhar cantt but i have not received such amount

                                      today i submit our online account opening from to sbi avdhan br, but branch manager says online account opening is not authorised my syteme.he says you are open your acconut in our CSP. CSP also in this Br. the CSP says accont opening charge is Rs. 200/- .I request to branch manager so he say no problem pay this amount he is not unleagle.
                                      why the sbi create this problem to customer. why i pay Rs. 200/-
                                      please solve the issue.

                                        My SBI simply save Credit card deactivated for no reason when i made a complaint on customer care they saying your card for approved by mistake(i have a call recording) for security reasons we have permanently deactivated your card

                                        i have no balance amount on me infact the last amount due was paid by me before due date WHICH WAS (53, 332 INR) I also have every transaction sms saved in my phone ...
