Sir,
Some fraud person has changed my registered mobile no. You are requested to please change it back to my original registered mobile number, which is [protected]. I have already got my card blocked.

I just noticed that there is a mail in my inbox dated 10/7/2016 at 8.35 pm that says "dear cardholder,
The one time password (Otp) for your online transaction on flipkart internet pvt ltd for inr 59299.00 on your sbi card no. 8872 is 230153."

I also found 2 messages on my registered mobile that i somehow missed. These are dated 6/7/2016 (5.15 pm). The first one states "otp for your sbi card no. Xx8872 to update contact info is 435734. This otp... And the usual wordings". The second one with no separate time states "as per your request, we have updated your registered mobile no. You will start receiving otp for online transactions on your new mobile no. Within 28 hrs. If you have not made..."

    Ive to pay my college fees through sbi collect. Asap i proceed. Amont is debited through my acc. But im unable to produce e receipt. Pls help me. I hv rapay card. I dont know whts fault? It is urgent to pay within 2 days.
    Sir, i have to pay my college fees through sbi collect. I did according to procedure to principal govt. College engg. Jalgaon through educational institute on sbi collect. After payment through rupay card, i have arrived a message on mobile that amount has been debit. I am unable to generate e receipt. Please help me, whether it is successful or my amount will be returned to me.

    I am a employ of state bank of india posted at RBO madhipura(saharsa), i recently got a new SBI card and while entering the details it tells me that you have entered wrong date of birth and it was blocked due to security purpose but when i want to open again and again i was entering the correct DOB which is 17.04.1962 but it is not responding.

      Sir, i am arun kumar. I am using sbi credit card last one month. When your executive called me for join in sbi but he don't inform me your annual fee is 3000 per anm. When if i know it i will not join in your bank. All banking company are joining in free but your team keep me in the darkness. So please annual fee concession immediately.

              Smti goldency (borrower) and sri p. e. hynniewta (co-borrower) had applied for the top-up home loan of rs.5.0 lacs through mpst & rasmec, shillong main branch, meghalaya since the month of march, 2016 after spending rs.4000/- for sbi legal documentation and rs.6000/- fees of the sbi valuer, but the said loan was not released till date, although we had attended to all the requirements which the authorities had keep on asking for many times when we frequently met them by ourselves and even met the sbi, agmi/c. the processing of the said application seems to have been delayed for too long a time which is not as per the promise made by sbi about quick processing system through sbi advertisement. we don't know what to do till now because there seems to be no response from the authorities who keep on asking for this and that when we meet them.

              SBI banks in Megalaya must not delay too much in releasing loans to the cutomers who apply them. It is harassment if there is unwanted delay especially when customers have spend money for their applications.

                I have availed a home term loan for 4 lakhs from sbi nanthencode branch during december 2004. the number of emis as per the original agreement was 224. only around sixty thousand rupees is remaining to be repaid where as about eighty number of emis are remaining. but the bank is frequently calling me demanding to pay an amount of sixty thousand which is, accordong to them, overdue. i contacted the nanthencode branch of sbi and their racpc thiruvananthapuram. they stated that their system shows myemis as 120 instead of 224 and also that they are unable to rectify the mistake. i submitted several written requests but in vain. they continuously calling me to repay the loan amount instead of rectifying the mistake occurred. the bank alone is responsible to the mistake. they are simply sitting on my requests. my loan account no. is [protected].

                        Subject :- clearing of highcourt cheques

                        Dear sir,

                        We have current account with state bank branch since last 7 year. from last few month the bank is crediting the high court judges cheques we deposit in our account after telephonic conversation from customer. although it is right, but state bank staff make confirmation at the time when vvips is in court and doing judgement due to which hon, ble judges get irritated, i have already told state bank to make call after 4:00 pm when they are free, but bank manager ms shilpi singh intentionally does not allow this, and talk non-sense for vvips and does not clear highcourt cheques, and for this reason i m going to close my current account with state bank, also all saving account of all employee and salary account also, my turnover with sbi yearly is about 5 crore, keeping in mind this take necessary step to bank manager ms shilpi singh because if my cheque will not cleared then how i wiil make payment to supplier or vendor. please do the needful.

                          Dear sir by mistake i make the payment of my credit card 2 times in a month, i called customer care and infrom them to return my money n my account back they are not reverting the money back in my account and saying that amount will be adjusted in next bill.. as per rbi guidelines bank can not received the payments before billing date. kindly help... i want my moneyback sbi complaint number-sr#1-[protected] card number xxxx xxxx xxxx 6309.

                              My home loan : max gain loan a/c no is [protected].
                              My monthly payment to sbi : rs 38000, anually rs 456000
                              I understand my emi is rs 36631 (i am paying rs 1369 excess towards principal repayment every month)
                              My interest certificate for 2014-15 states total amount repaid as rs 439572
                              My interest certificate for 2015-16 states total amount repaid as rs 348537
                              Prov certificate for 2016-17 states total expected repayment s rs 429521

                              While i have paid/am paying rs 456000, the money being accounted for is far less.
                              I wish to know where the balance money given by me is accounted for. else, i need a revised interest certificate for both the years 2014-15 & 2015-16. the provisional certificate also needs to be revised & sent.

                                I had applied for sbi credit card and it was rejected/not accepted. The intimation for the same was also given to sbi card-correspondence deptt, gurgaon on 01.06.16. But, few days ago i received following sms, "your statement dated 06.07.16 has been dispatched. Total amt due is rs.1030, amt pr min amount due of rs.535 is payable by 26.07.16 - sbi card, click here https:/bitly.com/payeasy to pay your sbi card bill in simple steps."

                                Kindly look into the matter and stop sending me such sms. I shall be grateful to you.

                                  I made a online payment of rs.1512.75 from my debit card on 7th july 2016 for fresh passport and received the message that amount has been deducted from my a/c balance.
                                  When i checked my payment status in passport seva website, initially it was showing as the status is pending and later appeared as failed
                                  I tried several times calling customer service center but there is no respond.
                                  Kindly respond me regarding this in the earlist.

                                    Hi,
                                    I have raised a request for mobile number update for my SB account through ATM on 04th Jul, 2016 morning and have sent the OTP and Ref number through my new mobile number to 567676.

                                    But even after 5 days I have not received call from SBI for mobile number update.

                                    I have also tried contacting customer care but they are also not registering complaint.

                                    It is very urgent for me to get the number changed as I have to complete some other transaction.

                                      I have deposited 7000 in cdm sbi kurmanapalem branch visakhapatnam on 07-july-2016, but machine accepted only 6500, so we kept 500 aside and confirmed for 6500, but machine has taked some time and transcation failed, when i checked mini statement showing that 6500/- was not deposited, i called toll free number and[protected], they said to lodge a compliant, due bank holiday on eve of ramazan i have lodged the same today at the concern bank plz deposit in bank asap

                                        State bank of india, bhadreswar branch, hooghly, west bengal has adopted malpractice against me. all of a sudden on 20th may, 2016 they imposed rs 20, 000/- into my bank account standing with state bank of india, jadavpur branch, kolkata stating that they made a excess payment to me by mistake in regard to my deceased claim account with them which was already settled by the bank six month ago. they has deducted rs 20, 000/- from my account without any consent from me and as a result my account is showing negative balance rs 20, 000/-. i want to know according to which banking rules the concerned bank has deducted the money from my account without my consent? it is a fault on the part of the bank and they are giving punishment to me? why shall i suffer due to fault by the bank? i demand compensation from the bank due to the harassment and mental torture i am facing otherwise i shall be compelled to file case in the consumer court under section 12 of the consumer protection act.
