I bought PA led hand guard protector from Amazon, order number:[protected], price : Rs.746. And returned that product on 30.12.2021. and Amazon initiated refund on 30.12.2021. But not yet received in my account. I asked Amazon for this, they provided reference no.[protected]. Kindly please help me in this issue.

    I made a transaction of rs 2100 vide BHIM app to pay my electricity bill of torrent power on 16th November 2021.

    However the transaction got failed but the amount got deducted from my SBI account. 

    I filed a complaint for the same and i was issued a ticket number 73956938.

    Now SBI says the amount is credited to merchant account i.e. torrent power. But Torrent power has provided me a statement in which the said transaction amount is not credited.

    Transaction id : [protected]

    Amount rs. 2100

    Date : 16.11.2021

    THE BHIM has given me confirmation on 29.12.2021 that the amount has been reversed and credited to my account. But still the amount is not credited to my account. Attaching a screenshot of the reply i have received from BHIM stating the same. I waited to 7 working days to get the amount credited to my account. BUT STILL DID NOT RECEIVED.

    Also i am attaching a screenshot of reply received from SBI TWITTER handle to claim chargeback of the said amount.

    KINDLY PROVIDE ME THE CHARGEBACK AMOUNT OF RS. 2100 in my SBI BANK account immediately.

      Sir muze sbi card ka emi 32612 tha lekin maine 34600+ pay kiya lekin sbi card ne mera 27 Dec ko charges -1378 lagaya aur 7 jan ko mera -5283 lagaya.
      Mera available limit -5283 show ho raha he plz help me

            I I booked a ticket via Paytm and that was cancelled immediately but fund was deducted.
            Now it's bern a month still I didn't receive my money back.
            I visit SBI they said they didn't receive any amount.
            Paytm messaged me that they have already initiated the refund amount.

              Hi,

              I have generated SCRN and SARN number for opening a savings account but now I am not being able to download the form. It says that PDF generation is in process, please visit the site after some time.

              This error message is being displayed for more than 4 days now.
              Because of this, I am not being able to open the account.

              When I visited the branch with my SCRN and SARN number, they said that they will need a print-out of the form. And they have asked me to wait till my PDF gets generated. This is going nowhere.

              Any help?

                Without any OTP, msg, amount is debited to the othpg Paytm Noida from my account from 4 Jan 2021 to 9 to Jan 2021 total 12 transaction are made. When I want to bank from report it the staff doesn't answer properly they said the transaction are made with card but I don't use card in those day and my card is with me only.totol amount is debited in that account is 13120.please verify it . Refund my amount back

                  Hello sir/ma'am,
                  I had ordered a product from amazon and later returned it due to some reason therefore the amazon has supposed to transfer my money. In the process they initiated the amount on 17 Nov 2021 but still i did not received the money back in my account. when i have contacted with amazon customer support they told me that its now up to your bank side process because they have done payment to the bank. they also provided me the refund reference number which is 997178
                  i am also attaching the image of mail received from the amazon side.

                          I applied for a visa debit card on 22nd december 2021, and it's been 18 days i haven't received the card, the card isn't even dispatched yet. I have been calling their customer service and the service is pathetic. They are unable to tell me why the delivery has been delayed and they all repeat the same thing "please wait for 8-10 you'll get your card delivered", as if it has been only a week since i applied for a new card. I need a VISA debit card for international payments which the rupay card doesn't allow me to do so since it is a domestic card. I have been fed up of SBI and complaining here is my last shot, even after complaining here the problem isn't solved, i am going to close my account.

                            Respected sir/mam, I purchased a cloth at amazon and due to size issues, I refunded it. From amazon they have sent my money to my bank account(sbi) and given me a reference number regarding that transaction. But SBI has not initiated that money, so I have not received it...
                            please help me to get my money...
