1. Refund of two amount i.e Rs 579/- and Rs 3786/- was initiated by Flipcart Travel Booking on 03 Jun 21 vide UTR:[protected]GN00161. Amt of Rs 576/- was received in my SBI Saving Account on the same date but amt of Rs 3786/- is still not credited even after passing of more than six months.
2. I have called the state bank of india customer service and also intimate UTR and all concerned, but no action yet to be initiated.
3. Flipcart Air Booking agency have confirmed me that they have successfully processed the refund on 03 Jun 21.
