I have ordered a product worth 405 on 28/12/2021 from flipkart due to issue in that I had returned the product and flipkart had initiated the refund on 03/01/2022 .but it is still not credited in my SBI bank account .I had done payment through my sbi debit card. Refund Reference number: (75105172004001480682712 ) is given here . I am attaching the email by flipkart as a proof of return payment .kindly take action and credit the money in my account

    Refund initiated on 10th Dec 2021 of 2035.40 rs. is not credited to my SBI Bank account yet. Chargeback Raised by me on 1st Jan 2022 against the Refund Reference Number (RRN) :[protected] to my SBI Bank account but still don't get refund of rs. 2035.40 in my SBI Bank Account. According to RBI Guidelines refund should be credited to customer Bank account within 7-10 days but 25 days already completed still I didn't get refund of rs. 2035.40 in my SBI Bank account. Please call me as soon as possible to refund amount in my SBI Bank account. I am waiting for your response.

        I do not know even what is fi [protected]@csp outlet, having no such a/c, sbi has deducted 3030 from my sbi a/c without any information and my consent, if the money is not returned bank I am going to take legal action against sbi soon

          मैंने 2 महीने पहले एसबीआई में एक नया खाता खोला है, जब भी मैं इस खाते से दूसरे खाते में फंड ट्रांसफर करने की कोशिश कर रहा हूं, तो एक संदेश मिलता है कि एलसीपीसी द्वारा सीआईएफ की जांच नहीं की जाती है। कृपया स्पष्ट करें कि मैं इस खाते से धनराशि कब स्थानांतरित कर पाऊंगा। इस समस्या का जल्द से जल्द समाधान करें। lcpc द्वारा cif की स्क्रूटनी में कितना समय लगता है..

              I took a loan from SBI for my bachelors and I have completed the course and the loan account is closed on[protected]. But after that I received a subsidy on the same.
              As my loan account was closed, then they contacted me to update the account number in which the subsidy can be transferred. Then, i submitted the application in the branch to transfer the subsidy in the SBI saving account which was linked with my loan account.
              Now, Its been an year no actions has been taken, I have repeatedly contacted to the customer service and the home branch but they are not concerned and we are facing problems here.
              Can you please help me and do the needful.

                1. Refund of two amount i.e Rs 579/- and Rs 3786/- was initiated by Flipcart Travel Booking on 03 Jun 21 vide UTR:[protected]GN00161. Amt of Rs 576/- was received in my SBI Saving Account on the same date but amt of Rs 3786/- is still not credited even after passing of more than six months.

                2. I have called the state bank of india customer service and also intimate UTR and all concerned, but no action yet to be initiated.

                3. Flipcart Air Booking agency have confirmed me that they have successfully processed the refund on 03 Jun 21.

                4. For your consideration & favorable action please.

                  I have applied for SBI Credit card about 6 months back and it got rejected but each month without applying we get a application no via message and after that we get a regret message. It is damaging my credit score even if I am not applying then also It gets applied.

                    My father, who has two SBI A/Cs, was cheated today.
                    He got a fake msg saying his KYC needed to be completed.
                    He was taken to a fake SBI website, then asked for an OTP, post which 50k went from one a/c.
                    [protected]IGAMTKIZX5 is the reference transaction number, INB One97 Communications Limi is the a/c who fraudulently received it. 5 Jan 2022.

                    Then from the other a/c another 4300. That went to some PASFAR Technologies Priva.
                    [protected]IGAMTKIZC7 & [protected]IGAMTKJMG6 is the other reference number. INB PASFAR Technologies Priva is the fraudulent a/c receiving the amount of 4, 000 & 300 INR respectively. 5 Jan 2022.

                        I applied for my first credit card with SBI. I had nightmare experience with SBI credit Card in 2016-17. I made some purchase for amount of Rs.1000 and paid the principal amount next day of the purchase date. SBI levied 500+taxes on late fee on the payment which was made next day of due date.

                        I called up SBI Customer Care to have details on the late fee imposed. After discussion with Customer Care Personnel they said late fee amount of Rs.500 imposed previous month will dropped in the next month billing. So I waited for next month to check for the reversal of the late fee. To my surprise instead of canceling the charges of previous month they levied late fee of next month of Rs500 + taxes. So it added up to 1000+ taxes. So I decided to call customer care narrated all the events to them. They bluntly said we didn't said anything like that. Moreover they said card cannot cancelled unless the dues get clear. So I stopped using that SBI credit after the incident.

                        Till date I have been harassed for not paying the amount which is not the principal amount but the late fees amounting to Rs5000 (adding all the late fees during course of more than 5 years).

                        Principal amount was cleared next day after the purchase date.

                        Desperately required help on this matter.

                          The product was returned on December 03 2021 . The refund statement was given on December 11 . The statement was : the refund will be initiated you by 4-8 day . Now its January 05 2022 still i didn't get the refund . The price of the profuct was 324. The order id[protected] . The order date 26-Nov-2021 . I have called yhe customer care of amazon . They have referred a reference number . The referenece number was[protected]

                              Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI Cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you at this time .

                              Dear SBI Epay Team,

                              I Have Done the transaction for the amount of Rs.500 to Paramedical Directorate of Medical Education for TN mbbs counselling it says it's "Payment failed at Payment Gateway" and requests you to let me know the status of the refund.

                              I have enquired from my Bank end, They told me that the amount has been sent to the sbiepay, from their end their transaction is completed.

                              I want the money back to be credited to my account,

                              I don't want to reprocess this transaction to the merchant, since I have already made another payment to the merchant .

                              Please let me know the status of the transaction and will it be refunded to my account for sure or by chance to the merchant ? please give clarity on the same

                                  I had applied for sbi credit card in inorbit mall, vashi in month of november 2021. I was informed that it will be completely life time free. It was also mentioned in the application form above my signature.

                                  I am surprised, now sbi customer care is denying the same. Whatever their internal issue, however i was cheated.

                                  On top of that i have been charged annual charges without even activating the card...

                                  Request reversal o[censored]nethical practice by sbi and closure of credit card

                                    I have paid SBI Collect - Merchant payment for Merchant Lalitha Jewellary, the transaction reference number is DUI0055592 on 02-Nov-2021, for an amount of Rupees: 10, 000 (Ten Thousand only ), the transaction status is REFUND. However there is no refund till this period 04-Jan-2022. I would like to understand the actual transaction status and if paid mark it paid and allow to print the receipt else refund the amount with Interest of 10% Monthly compounded.

                                    Spoke with SBI Bank Customer support in this toll-free number:[protected]. They dont have access to verifying or confirming the status on the above transaction reference number. They dont be able to answer any questions related to SBI Collect, as it is only gateway and they wont be resposible for correct status maintained on their portal. I confirmed with my bank that there is no refund for the said transaction and I am not sure whether the Merchant got the amount credited.

                                    This is my fault. I have checked with Merchant and they said they have not received the amount. I have called my Bank to verify if there is any refund. The refund transaction has happened, however the reference number is not the same as the initiated transactions in the description, due to which I was confused. Hence its my fault and this ticket can be marked as resolved.

                                    And the transaction took 8 days to refund. It was returned by 10th-Nov-2021, where as the actual transcation happened on 2nd-Nov-2021.
