I am naidu nagaraju, i have used sbi credit card due to covid i have not done the payment and the persons were abbusing my family as theives icluding my parents, my wife and my children, and suggested me to die sue to lack of capability to do the payment and i asked legal notice for to procede legally but they refusing for that asked to visit my address for payment but refusing and they told that they will beat me when i found outside, need help, i have call records

    Sir,
    I made a transaction on September 5, 2021 through SBI using Paytm Banking (UPI Ref. ID:[protected]. The money was debited from my account. But it is not deposited in the beneficiary's account. I contacted Paytm customer care but they said my UPI transaction failed. Hence no amount should have been deducted against this transaction.

    I contacted SBI Bank and visited the nearest branch and they said they were not responsible for payments through Paytm apps. So far no refund has been received from the bank. I need my money back.
    So Kindly please fix my problem as soon as possible

      I transferred Rs 1, 700 through IMPS on 25-Jan-2022 01:40 PM from ICICI A/C to Yes Bank A/C.

      Transaction Remark : MMT/Ref[protected]/[protected]

      The amount did not get credited to the Beneficiary Account neither was refunded back to my account.

      But I got a message that said

      "Dear Customer, Your fund transfer for Rs 1700.00 on 25-01-22 is times out. Please check with your bank (IMPS Ref no [protected] ) -SBI

              I had booked sbi encash on the sbi credit card. Unfortunately, I haven't received the loan amount yet into my account but the statement has been generated with an emi of 15534.25 along with INR 3000 for encash processing fee INR 1134 GST interest fee of INR 3300.

                  Sir, I have ordered a product sketchers men’s dynamite navy blue walking shoes on 19th december 2021 through cash on delivery of amount 2639.00 rupees
                  The product size is too loose later I returned the product on January 2nd 2022!
                  For the purpose of refund I Linked my bank account…From the amazon They clearly mentioned that they Initiated the refund to my bank account on jan 2nd 2022…and it was expected to be credited on jan-7th 2022
                  But Till now bank didn’t credited to me!

                  Amazon Costumer gave me the *Reference Id for the issued refund:[protected]
                  Till now bank has not credited my money Rs: 2639

                  And I have asked the bank regarding this . They are not at all responding.

                  This is urgent.please help me as soon as possible to get back my money.

                        Hi i'm using 2 types of credit card from SBI. The total limit of both card was 30k only. Collection team asked to pay totally 50k to settle. Also they frequently called to my number before that i said to them as i will pay within 10 days. therefore i asked to give me a time. But they did not accept. They used my number and track my near by location active number. They are called near by location number and complaint about me. They totally misbehaving me. That was totally crime. I did n't sign in that agreement as call to my near by active number instead of i cant pick the call.

                            I have paid my college(Dayalbagh Educational Institute) fees of 6350rs via Sbi collect on[protected] but payment has been failed due to some network issue, The Payment amount has been debited from my account.

                            I have got a refund msg from Sbi collect on[protected].
                            I didn't reciece my payment amount yet (it's been[protected] today).

                              I think the main aim for providing education loan is to help student pursue their higher studies without them having to deal with finances.My self Suman Prasad Rath from Odisha. I am categorization under BPL people and general caste. Am continuing Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree professional course at Berhampur Academy Of Technocrats.I am in need of education loan for this course so am applied a education loan through VIDYALAXMI NSDL Portal. After that am visit to the State Bank Of India, Buguda Bank Manager for submitting physical documents but The Bank Manager denied me for giving me loan after request a lot.Branch Manager denied me letting me know that only we give loans to graduate people we don’t provide any loan to under graduate people.                                     i paid an amount of Rs 300 by using phone pe for the application fee of ICAR Technician-1, this transaction was successfull, money got deducted from my account and again showing that applicaction status failure. Again i paid Rs 300 by using sbi debit card and same money got deducted from my account and still showing payment status failure. So, I request you to refund my debited amount through phonepe and sbi debit card.

                                      SBI collections department representative reached out to me that I had outstanding balance which I cleared in 2021 and after some days I got the email saying my case has been transferred to Encore for debt collection but I reached out to the SBI representative and he said nothing else needs to be done by me since I have paid everything. I thought okay and forgot about it. Now people from Encore have been harassing my brother by calling him day and night (my Indian number got deactivated since I moved countries). I reached out to SBI guy and told him to give me NOC and he said bank must have given but I didn’t receive any such email. This is so distressing. The customer care doesn’t respond I feel like sueing the bank since this is so irresponsible

                                        As I applied for debit card and it was ready on 04/01/2022, but still it's not yet dispatched which is more than 3 weeks and 10 working days. It's very difficult for me to withdraw and deposit cash for emergency, I didn't expect a service like this from SBI. MORE THAN 3 WEEKS TO DISPATCH A DEBIT CARD.
