Sir/Madam, My SBI account is debited with Rs. 20000/- without any reason by ATM card withdrawal. But my account cannot have an ATM card. I don't know how this is possible. Due to this reason, I have noticed this problem with SBI customer care and blocked my all other SBI accounts debit card, and net banking also. On the very next day, I have submitted the following complaint to my SBI branch and SBI customer care in both written and email format. I but I didn't get any response from the side of SBI, even though I contacted them several times. Currently, I'm abroad on a student VISA. Therefore after three months, I collected the bank manager's personal number and called him on[protected]. But now he is saying they cannot find the transaction and the background details and I have to complain to the cyber cell. The bank is responding to me in an irresponsible way. Why my amount is lost from their account, please help me to resolve my problem and bring back my money. This complaint is not against the particular branch. I know they are helpless. But the higher authorities of SBI bank can resolve this issue. Could you please help me with that?
I'm attaching the complaint and other screen captures below
