I have being using simply save sbi credit card since 2017 and my card is due for expiry this April 2022..I had submitted all.documents including those needed for kyc at the beginning and I had reported many times that email I had given in the request is wrongly entered from sbi office by an irresponsible office personnel and it needs corrections. Instead of considering as an error from side of sbi credit card section sbi office had asked me to resubmit the documents for change of email..I have no document which I can prove that this is my email id and Google also doesn't issue any certificate of mail ownership either.To make the matter more complicated a new card has been issued and my pin is being send to some mail id which is not mine ( the mail sbi office person has entered irresponsibly).I had mailed sbi customer care regarding the serious issue about my credit card I may have to cancel the new one issued to me and the pin send to another email id which I have already told is not mine. A mail was again send to sbi customer care and office head but I have recieved the same forward message again from there side to submit all document again.i may suffer from huge financial losses due to this irresponsible behaviour and putting blame on customer for even mistakes from the office bearers.kindly register the complaint and take proper action

    Hi, I have converted my existing max gain account in to term loan account which is successfully done by SBI branch. Thanks a lot for this support over mail.

    But SBI has linked only one CIF in new loan account instead of joint loan account. And due to this, I am not able to access new term loan account online. No response on phone or email now.

      Dear sir
      unauthorized /fraudulent transactions have been done from my SBI simply save credit card ending number 2667 on dated 26.01.2022 @ 5:05AM of Rs 66825/. at FLIPKART PAYMENTS BANGALORE. total 5 transactions, each 4 transactions Rs.14850 and one transaction Rs.7425/. and hacked my Email ID and credit card details to make the transaction without my knowledge . the same day I lodged a complaint to SBI customer care and blocked my card, as per SBI card manager instruction Dispute the Transaction Ref No[protected] and the same day raised the complaint to Cyber crime police yeshwanthpur . for your reference find attached police complaint acknowledgment.

      kindly resolve this issue and refund my amount early as possible

        I did transaction for 70000 Rs and amount got debited from my account 5 days back. However, the receipient party did not receive the credit. I contacted phonepe support team and they provided the update that I would be refunded my amount by 26th Jan, 2022. However, my refund is still not happening and i was not able to contact the team for support. I did reach out to my bank and did not receive any positive response from them too stating that phonepe is liable to refund my amount back. I request to consider this as priority and provide me back my refund amount asap.

              I had initiated a request to surrender my SBI FASTag wallet, due to poor service and malfunctioning of card several times
              from fastag.onlinesbi.com on (30/12/21) 12:49 pm
              but have not received my refund yet.
              Please credit FASTag balance into my savings bank immediately.

              Moreover, I also received a confirmation (attached below) on 11/01/22 11:11 am that my refund will be processed in 3 days, and I have not received my refund yet.

                Sir maine amazone se 3 January ko boat airpods 12v2 order kiye the jiski order id[protected] kuch takniki kharabi ke karan mene usko return dal diya or 8 January ko mene return kardiye or Amazon customer care se bat ki to unhone apni taraf se refund initiate kr diya or ek refund reference number diya or abhi tak mere account me refund nahi reflect hua. The Refund Reference Number for the transaction is[protected].

                  This is regarding an unauthorized transaction made with my debit card of INR 9000 on 25th January 2022
                  My account is debited with the name of OTHPG paytm with rs 9000 without any message
                  i never use card online and never share card details to anybody
                  please give me a solution
                  i have complained to my bank but they have not given any satisfaction answer. So i request please provide me a solution

                    I ordered a smartwatch from boat website online but i got missing product which order id is 1059866 so they provided me refund and i got a refund from the company boat but the amount not credited in my bank account (ac.                         I have returned a product on ajio on 25th december 2021. The order id is EX[protected]. The refund was initiated by ajio on 4th january 2022 to my account. But i still dint receive any amount. After contacting ajio they provided me with a refund reference number and asked to contact my bank on 26th january. The refund reference number is

                              This is regarding my OD A/c with SBI Bank Jaipur Rajdhani Anaz Mandi Branch. On 19.8.21, the bank deducted an amount of INR 12000 from my account in the name of TDS under section 194N (Tax on Cash Withdrawal) of the Income Tax Act.

                              On knowing the same on 28.8.21, I immediately submitted an application to the bank with the necessary documents (PAN details, 3 Year Income Tax Returns) and conveyed that the tax has been deducted incorrectly and that this income tax act section is not applicable to me as I am an APMC (Agricultural Produce Marketing Committee) registered agent. These details were submitted to the bank prior to this deduction as well.

                              Despite making an application and submitting the request, the bank did not respond properly and said that the system did not accept my PAN number and hence they made the deduction and you can claim this TDS when you file your income tax return at year-end, etc.

                              I submitted another application on 21.10.21 with all the documents however, the bank did not credit the amount back in my account.

                              I was shocked by the response provided by the bank manager as firstly, the deduction shouldn't have been made and second how I will claim this TDS in my income tax return if my PAN no. is not updated. I checked my 26AS (Tax Credit) form and this 12000 TDS was not available there. I highlighted the same to the bank again however, they did not entertain my request.

                              A few days back they again deducted around 1, 40, 000 from my account in the name of TDS under the same section however, I immediately went to the bank and explained that the section is not applicable to me and the
                              amount should not be deducted. On my repeated follow-ups, they credited the 1, 40, 000 back on the very next day. However, no action has been taken on the 12000 INR.

                              This was really disturbing to know that neither the bank staff nor the bank manager has enough knowledge about the applicability of TDS on banking transactions. Further, I submitted my PAN no. long back when the account was opened yet they responded that the system was not accepting my PAN any accepted under the category of a Partnership firm deducted TDS. I explained to them that I am an owner of the proprietorship firm and not a partnership firm. The bank should be aware of the same as my account is with the bank for more than 7 years.

                              I request that action should be taken immediately and credit of INR 12000 should be made to my account. As a customer, I am not responsible to bear the consequences of incorrect TDS deducted by the bank. Further, the bank did add my PAN no. while making the deduction because of which I cannot claim this amount in my Income Tax return at the year-end.

                              This is nothing but high negligence and carelessness of the bank and its staff.

                                  I have order a product from flipkart on 14/1/22 with oreder id (OD[protected] by upi, but i didn't like it then i will return it and raised a request for refund but i didn't get my refund from flipkart till now (Date - 26/1/22) and flipkart said that the seller has refunded Rs. 599/- on 18th January 2022 to your UPI and it will be credited by 19th January 2022, as per standard banking procedures and they will give me a reference number[protected]. But till now i did not not get my money (refund) and i tried to contact with my bank but i can't. Please help me!!!
