    I had recharged my BSNL mobile on 23rd december 2015, using SBI freedom Android application and transaction unsuccessful still the amount is debited from my SBI Primary account. I have call to[protected] to complain regarding to same they ask to send e-mail regarding to this issue to mb.[protected]@sbi.co.in . I had mail with screen snap but still no response of mail even not refunded

      I am getting threatning calls from sbi bank and am going to report to police. I get calls from a woman called divya from [protected] and threatns and calls females of my family and illucit words are used. I used sbi credit card for more than 8 years with timely payment. However I never applied for irctc sbi credit card and i do know how was the card issued. I lost my job and had given money to few of my friends which I never got returned. I am also now seperated.I told her that at the moment I do not have money to pay but she keeps on calling and threatns me for sending criminals to my place. I am scared and will report to police if no action taken. If any thing happed to my life SBI bank is responsible. I am giving this in writing and in complete senses.

        Sir i have an account in sbi /jawahar nagar branch, myaccount no:[protected] /my mob. No-[protected] .I have withdrawn rs-9000/- on 24/12/14(trans id-atm8161).But after 5 days that is on 29/12/14 rs-9000/- was debited from my account (trans id -swos[protected]) errorly .When i complaint to the branch manager of home branch, that entry was revised on 5/01/15 and my money rs- 9000/- was credited in my account. After six months they once again debited the same amount rs-9000/- on 29/07/15. I have given a written complaint on 11/08/15 to the branch manager but he never turned up to my complaint.After several attempts he suggested me make a complaint in toll free number. I have given a oral complaint to the toll free number also(complaint no[protected].After a one week period i got a sms from sbi that your complaint was attended and closed after resolution as excess amount refunded on 09/10/15 .Next day i reffered with my branch manager he said simply it is a false message given from the toll free team to close the complaints.I am suffering a lot from the month of july behind this blender, i here by request you kindly do the needful to get my hard earned money and give a permanent solution reg. This type headaches.

            I had deposited Rs. 14000.00 in my account on[protected] at 8:35 P.M. through cash deposit machine at Gandhi Nagar ATM. However after accepting the money machine showed "transaction cancelled" and confiscated the currency notes. Neither I received any receipt nor any sms for the cancelled transaction.

              On 4th Dec.2015, Amount of rs.2600 was deposited in my account no. [protected] (Aman Kumar Pandey), in your customer service centre (bara chakia) Branch-SBI, but it was not deposited within the time. When i complained about it to that service centre, it was deposited on 29th Dec.2015, after 25 days.it is criminal offense towards the customer and also to the bank.I complained about it before bank manager (sbi bara chakia) CODE- 00291. He expressed grief but not took any action. Please lodge my complaint and take proper action for benifit of customer and also for the bank. Thankyou.

                        My Simply save SBI Credit card no: [protected] I was working and staying in Bengalore and I took a credit card. By the time I received the card, I left the company and place and relocated to a new company in Hyderabad. Even my mobile number also changed. I requested to change my address, mobile number and others, instead of giving up the card (along with the outstanding amount) There was a huge delay in response from the bank for each communication. I did not give up. I tried and tried and finally successful in changing my mobile number, address. But was very much shocked when I check the statement. There were too many late payment charges and interest charges levied on the card. Actually I did not receive any statement from the bank. I requested to reverse all the charges. As usual too much delay in response. Even complained to nodal manager. Their mail says maximum response time is 8 days, but to my experience I never received any response in 8 days. And again and again for the duplicate documents. But as I am interested in the "SBI" card, I requested to reverse the charges to continue with the card. I am ready to pay only which I really incurred on the card (only 1 transaction I could really do).

                          Dear Sir/Madam, Recently I applied for a credit card and I had given all the necessary documents asked by them and I got the following message on 2nd November 4:15 PM "Thank your for your interest in SBI card. Please give us 11 working days to process your App. No.[protected]. The annual fee on YATRA SBI TITANIUM CARD is INR 499. Your can track your application status at www.sbicard.com" Though the personal told that we take only two weeks for the process I was waiting for the card. But after a long delay on 12th December 2015 at 9:03 AM I got the following message: "Dear Applicant, we regret to inform you that basis our SBI cards internal policy, we are unable to issue a credit card to you this time" I tried to call to SBI related person whom she was a Tamil talking lady(Contact No: +91 [protected]) and she was not at all understanding English. Somehow I could managed to get one of my Tamil talking friend and asked the reason for rejecting my card. They were saying that as I am staying in Remote area, they cannot provide me a credit card. Also said me to give any relative s address who is staying nearby my working place at Techo park. Till now I had not taken any personal loans or made delays in making any of my bill payments. I don t know staying in Remote area is a reason to reject a credit card. If you want, I can present the account history of both my accounts. And also I doubt how they can deliver my credit card to any of the relative staying near Techopark. I have recorded the voice also of the SBI personal. Please clarify the exact reason for rejecting my Yatra card or else I have to present this issue to the other related areas of SBI card. Expecting a favorable reply from you at the earliest.                             Fraud calls were received from the Air tel Nos[protected] stating that the caller is from SBI call centre on 16 Nov 15 on the Telephone nos [protected] belonging to Mrs Anita Dhania.Fraud transactions of Rs 27000/- took place and the complaints were lodged with SBI cyber crime, local branch manager of SBI and cyber crime cell at Gachibowli Hyderabad ( CA Nov1286/15/CCPS/Cyb dated 17 Nov 15). Despite complaints being lodged the Airtel number is active and continues to commit further fraud . In view of the above necessary action may be initiated at your end.

                              Dear sir, I, sunil kumar, tried to book a flight on 30 nov night.But transaction was failed and money deducted, so i filed complaint twice with SBI customer care and YATRA.COM also, SBI customer care saying transaction was successful and YATRA.COM saying they did not received the payment.                                 I have submitted application to transfer the saving account from NOIDA SECTOR 48 branch to VISHNUPURI KANPUR account number of times and its been very painful to go to NOIDA again and again for submitting the same application again and again. Branch Manager NOIDA Sector 48 managed to transfer the CIF number to respective branch in kanpur but account number is still with them. Please suggest what can be done to get my account transfer in kanpur

                                        I ordered one item on 13/12/2015 and was to receive in seven days. I have not yet received the item in 14 days could talk to their customer care executive after lot of efforts. The bluedart aero-bill number given by him [protected] is also wrong. Moral: Do not believe SBI Rewardz. It's different and not SBI
