My name is Manojit Sarkar, my SBI credit card no. is [protected]. I have received the following SMS on 06/08/2015 from "044210":-"Dear SBI Cardholder, spend Rs.13243.9 more to reach target of Rs 75000 on or before 16Aug'15 with your SBI Card & get FREE Giordano Dual Time Leather watch worth Rs.3650. Not valid on cash&fuel.T&C". Getting the said SMS, I have spent Rs. 5070/- at Pepe Store Asansol on 9th August’ 2015 and spent Rs. 10045/- at Levis Store G.T. Road Asansol on 9th August’ 2015. Which sums up to Rs. 15115/- which is more that Rs. 13423.9/- that is the targeted amount. This is to inform you that it has been for months that I have fulfilled my target, but, till date I have not received the said gift. I have been writing mail to SBI Credit Card authority every month along with the screen shot of the SMS that I have received. But, there is no positive feedback from them. In the month of August they told me that they have launched a complain and necessary action will be taken. But, nothing has been done. Now, in reply of my last mail, they are writing me that I am not eligible for the said gift, because I need to spent Rs.75, 000 within the offer period (15 July to 16 Aug) but I have spent only Rs. 52652.09. Hence, I am not eligible for Giordano Model 60056 Dual Time Leather Watch. Then, again when I wrote a mail to them proving my eligibility, they are now writing me that they are again lodging a complain again. This is to bring in your notice that how a behemoth organisation like SBI Credit Card is cheating and harassing the customers like. This is also to inform you that I will not make the payment of Rs. 3650/- because of bluff or the cheating that S.BI Credit Card authority is doing with me. They can add as many interest and finance charges for not paying or adjusting Rs. 3650/-, but, I will need those charges as well as the reaming Rs. 3650/- to be justified in court.       Hi, I have received a cal from SBI and saying that your card is upgraded & we will issue a new card, & they said if you don't take this your card will be blocked then is said ok, and she said that your have some reward points of 7888.00 which are lapse and for that case we will provide some gifts from rebook, polo and some other stuff and fraudly took my CVV, OTP and made a transaction, now my money is lost, please help me how to revert my money back, right now that money is very important for me . please help me..           I would like to say a request for release my extra fee payment which deposit in one registration. I have lost Rs 1200.00 during the deposit of fee for UP TET entrance exam. Actually SBI portal and website o[censored]PBasickshikha parishad have not working properly and I can not receipt of my payment then i was continuing try to payment 3 times. Next day I checked and found all payment were deducted in my account. I checked in again website and it show our all payments as Paid. It is the fault of web page How is possible that One registration accept again and again fee payment.                 Hello Sir, My name is Mukesh Gupta. I paid an amount of 40261 using sbi collect MOPS service but at last page after I entered OTP it shows transaction failure but the I received a SMS which is like: Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 622XX3074 for a purchase worth Rs40261 on POS [protected] at MOPS-SBC-OUR-CARD-DR txn#[protected]. The transaction is between 18:30 to 19:30 on 23-Dec-2015. Now I don't know what to do as I have to submit my semester fee. PLEASE CREDIT MY MONEY INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP.                 Hello Sir, my name Nazmul alam, I paid an amount 1711.8 using sbi collect to submmit my son's school fees. at last page after i entered otp, it shows transaction failure but i received a sms which is like Thank you for using your sbi dabit card 559XX9885 for a purchase worth rs 1711.8 on pos [protected] at MOPS-SBC-OUR-CARD-DR txn#[protected] The transaction is on 4th september 2017 at 11.17 a.m. Now i don't know what to do as i have to submit my son's monthly fees.Please credit my money in my account.                   State bank of india rejected a high value transaction cheque without any proper information to customer I.e with a reason refer to drawer.they dont even informed the customer about it.upon inquiry we found that due to insufficient kyc they have returned the cheque.how can a general public will know about this kyc process of banks.now The beneficiary to whom the cheque was issued is going to claim interest amount for delay in payment.the same cheque was cleared by sbi after 2 days.we knew that the cheque was passed at rbi server end and the cheque was returned mamually by both sbi and idbi.please guide us accordingly.

                      Onlinesbi.com has not been accessible for me for the entire day. All other websites are accessible. It is very unprofessional of a national bank to not correct an outage like this for so long. This tops the extremely unprofessional attitude of the tellers at the SBI branch where I have my account. I would not recommend this bank to anybody anymore.

                          On[protected] I tried making Income Tax payments using online banking. I am using SBI OTP application in my mobile. While making any payment (including income tax payments)it is supposed to generate OTP and when i enter that OTP then only payment shall be successful. But on that day, for two times OTP WAS NOT GENERATED and the online page suddenly showed me there is ERROR IN PROCESSING PLEASE LOGIN AGAIN. It happened like that two times. Third time OTP was generated and payment was successful. But after few minutes when I verified my statement, the payment was DEBITED to my account for THREE TIMES INSTEAD OF ONE TIME. The transactions which I did not authorize through OTP vide reference no.IK97742825 and IK97742896 amounting to Rs.4, 380/- per each transaction total of Rs.8, 760/- excessively debited to my account. And I called customer care so many times no one is responding properly. my contact no. is [protected]

                            Hello Sir, This is to inform you that my account is in SBI Amroha branch. I have withdrawl 2000 rs from Nangloi ATM (12.12.2015) in Delhi but due to machine problem I did not get any amount but 2000 was dedicted from my account. Again I cheked but no amount was return back. I waited half an hour after that I withdrawl 2000 from PNB Nangloi. I called customer but no response. When I reached Amroha branch employee showed me statement in that statement 2000 are refund but I have not get any massage or money. I don't know why was 2000 deducted from my account I want my money back.

                                Sir, I did two fees payment through the SBI Icollect portal yesterday. Unfortunately once i was doing payment, after the 3d password page a error page came in and i assumed that the payment didnt pass through and hence i did it again. But once i checked my balance, it showed that the amount was deducted. I checked the payment history, but the fees receipt payment didnt reflect in the "Payment history" portal. ' The details are as follows- Fee Payment 1- To- IIT(BHU) Varanasi (Academic fees)[Amount-13922.62] Originally 13765 Name- Shivam Mehta DOB- 11/12/1994 Phone no. [protected] Time-Between 1:50pm to 2:00 pm Fee Payment 2- To- IIT(BHU) Varanasi (Academic fees)[Amount-13922.62] Originally 13765 Name- Mohd Yunus DOB- 19/03/1994 Phone no. [protected] Time-Between 1:55pm to 2:10 pm Error page details- Error Page Exception SRVE0260E: The server cannot use the error page specified for your application to handle the Original Exception printed below.                                   Dear sir/madam, I am anupriya rani, have taken a education al loan during study[protected].according to HRD or central government, I should be eligible for subcidy on educational loan(because belongs to less than 4.5 lakh per year family income as well as from other backward caste).But my bank doesn't give me the subcidy as well disguide me.I had written a complain also on there id-sbi.[protected]@sbi.co.in, but till now no response.

                                      The porur chennai branch is refusing to print the passbook from others . While this facility is available in many other branches . My father and mother are living with me after the retirement . They can not go to home branch every time... When i ask about this in the home branch they say it is available. But the porur branch is not cooperative...

Checks of SBI issued by M.D. university, rohtak (HR) on my name ( Yogesh Kumar) is cleared to other persons. Proof has been attached with details like check no. Date, Amount, Issuing authority with sign n stamp. How this could possible and please give remark of this fraud. Waiting for positive response and give me concerned no. so that, i can explain in detail. State Bank of India, MD University, Rohtak has issued four checks (details has been attached). Check nos. 371304, 285314, 281436, 125014 Check date:31/7/14, 30/5/14, 30/4/14, 13/8/13 Amount : 2720, 780, 720, 2110 Issued by MD University Rohtak from SBI Account No. 111308 (don't remember starting digits). I will confirm later surly
