Sir i tried to pay the college fees through debit card but there was an error and the amount of Rs 44000/- has been deducted under the MOPS-SBC-OUR-CARD-DR Mumbai. the money does not paid . how can i get money back.
State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Dear sir, I am trying to pay my sister's MUCWC Admission fee through SBI collect but during the payment i select the payment methood as SBI ATM cum Debit card and pay using my Rupay Debit card. I am successfully submitted OTP on Rupay page. When redirect the SBI collect page i get a error massage. Now my SBI account is debited with the amount but fee not paid.

The transaction neration is (POS[protected] MOPS-SBC-OUR-CARD-DR Mumbai) Please refund my money to my account.

    Sir, my name is Mayreddy Bhavana.i am maintaining a saving account in Newtown branch, Mahabubnagar, telangana. since i lost my mobile i want to change my mobile no. in internet banking for recieving OTP. Ref no for changing mobile no is UM[protected] .I didnt receive a message regarding IRATA reference number. Please do resolve this isue ASAP. I cannot reach out to my home branch, as I'm far from my hometown.

        On 20 dec 2015 I recharged top up of rs 50 by using my SBI net banking. But it failed. A message came own my number that amt rs 50 would be refunded within 15 min. But still no amt be refunded.. Transition ref.no[protected]

There someone replaced my atm card with his and later drew 30, 600.i donot know how he got to know my pin. then i went to the nearest sbi branch(ramnagar) and told the manager what had happened, but he took no action. my account number:[protected] his card number:[protected] please, take some action.

One year se mai bank manager ke pass kcc amount extend karne ke liye request kar raha hu, apna toatal required paper bhi two time deposited kar diya bank manager bola apna outstanding amount deposit kar do to re-newal jaldi ho jayega hamne toatal amount deposit bhi kar diya. Uske bad bank manager ne mer kcc account block kar diya hai. Ab mera pass rabi fassal ke pani or khad dene ke liye paise nahi hai.Mera easal kharab ho raha hai. Yaha 4months se koi manager bhi nahi aa raha hai. And bank accountant rough language me bat karta hai. Please aap mera kcc acoount open karwakar mera help kare nahi to mera toatal rabi fasal kharab ho jayega shankar dayal singh [protected]

                  MY name is Sourav and having a SBI Credit card for several years now. I had a couple of LIC payments scheduled for Auto Pay with SBI Cards. I had decided to stop one of the LIC policy and sent email to LIC to know the procedure. As per them stopping further premium is the way to stop(paid of) the policy. On 27th August 2015, I called SBI Cards and asked them to stop the automatic payment to LIC A/c Number: xxxxxxxxx The reference number of my call was 1-[protected] . I was told that the payment would be stopped in 5 working days time. On the same day(27th August 2015) I also sent an email to [protected]@sbicard.com with the same request to stop the bill pay for the above LIC account. The interaction number is 1-[protected].After that I followed up with them through email multiple times for the stop payment. Even after that the LIC bill of Rs49, 220 was paid on 19th September 2015. So my point is I don't want to pay this amount to SBI Cards. I escalated this matter to the highest level in the SBI hierarchy.hierarchy. Initally their logic was they received the bill from the biller on 21st August. But when I argued that I requested to stop payment(through multiple channels) on 27th August and bill was paid on 19th September. Why there was no action taken for 23 days even after multiple followups? They don't have any answer to that. Apologized for that. But still wants me to get with LIC to get the refund. But to LIC the way to stop LIC would be to make any further payment. So I need the justice to fight with SBi Cards on this matter.

                    Sir, I on behalf of my daughter Sweta Das submitted application form for aipmt 2016 vide Reg. No. 7014027 on 19/12/2016 and payment of fees of Rs. 750-/- was made through online sbi net banking on 19/12/2015 at 18:41 vide Transaction Reference No. IK98064687, from SBI Samaguri Branch A/C No. [protected] but no confirmation page have yet been generated by AIPMT . On attempt for re-payment SBI shows a message as "A payment has already been made for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed." Please check and request neither to clear the transaction nor cancel it, so that I can repay the fees. Thanking you Haren Chandra Das Santinagar, Kokrajhar Mob.[protected]
                    In spite of several request the problem is not solve to clear my transaction. Service very poor.

The amount got deducted but I don’t see the funds being added to my other SBH account. I've tried all possible ways to contacting customer care sending email. didn’t get any assistance!.                             My name is c k sreedharan, choorakkattukara house, post amala nagar, thrissur, kerala, working as an assistant engineer at ph section, kwa, peechi, thrissur and account holder number of [protected] of sbi, vilangan branch, thrissur, kerala. I have taken hba loan from vilangan branch, thrissur, kerala, on 10.09.2009 and laon number [protected] and i applied for a topup of hba loan from said branch. I submitted application along with required documents and the same recieved at house loan section at thrissur on 24.11.2015. Valuator from sbi head quarters thrissur came and assured an amount rs. 5.8 lakh as top up of hba loan. Today at 3'clok pm, an officer telephoned and informed that there is no chance for sanction of hba top-up on basis of salary certificate. My property deeds and other certificates related to the hba loan is with sbi, vilangan branch, (ifsc code sbin0008693) and i am badly need of sum of money . In this crucial situation, bank authority did not help us for eligible amount which are offered at the time of valuation by sanction of hba top-up for which i prayed.

                                Dear Concerned, I have tried doing recharge of my Airtel DTH from SBI mobile application on 20.12.15 & 21.12.15 respectively Since the recharge was not done one time I kept on trying and did three times from my different accounts.                                   I got a call from SBI and they revealed all my card details and we are issuing a safe card by blocking it. They also told that they will send otp in this regard. They sent it and they sucked Rs.7888.00 at 03.25 pm on[protected]. The phone number they called from is [protected] /[protected]. When I called back that number they were still saying that they are from SBI credit cards department. The strong suspicion is that there is some relation between SBI credit card employees and these gang. Because when we asked them to stop the payment they did not do. and it seems they are leaking the card details to some outsiders. SBI has to take serious action about it.

                                      I have not been refunded with refund of cancelled ticket from irctc in my net banking account of SBI which i used for transaction. It already has taken more than 10 days now and there has been no cooperation from SBI Date of reservation-6th dec15 *For rs 2215.80 /Transaction No. (IG0BCLBJD0) Date of cancellation - 8th Dec 15 Date of refund cleared by IRCTC (obtained via their redressal forum)-11 Dec 15 Present complain ticket of SBI-PT[protected] I seek to also penalise SBI 100 INR as mentioned by RBI rules for this inadvertent delay by SBI

                                        Dear Team, This is regarding the credit card which was issued to me by one of the SBI agent. He cheated me by saying there is no charge and I will get 500 points as well that too free. But nothing such happened. I have been complaining this issue from past 4 months, there is no response. I have not even opened my credit card yet, it is sealed pack and I have asked them to take this back.I am getting the bills every month, it started from 300 and now its 1600. I said please do not send mail regarding this as I am not using the card and block it. I am still getting these mails. This happened in Hypercity - Viviana Mall Thane a day before Raksha Bandhan Please help in the concern, it has impact on my credit limit Regards, Vijay Sharma
