    On 20 dec 2015 i was trying to withdraw Rs 2000/- from SBI ATM ID no. DBBO[protected]. but unfortunately the electric power was OFF during the transaction before its completion. after electric power comes on ATM delivered a slip containing txn no. 8247, response code 053, "SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS". I contact many times to customer care service but they are only said that they are unable to lodge a complaint because the details are not updated.

      I have a sbi bank credit card. I closed it last april 2015, but now at december 2015 the card company send me annual fees statement. When i ask for this they said that its auto generated statement they can't responsible for this. Now i am responsible for this!! and they make an auto debit system from my saving accounts. Its on kind of cheating with me. Please help me. My sbi credit card no :- [protected]

        ATM CARD no:- [removed]
        yesterday dated 20/12/2015, when I have used my ATM card in sbi atm machine then it is showing on screen that"YOUR CARD IS INACTIVE/BLOCKED".
        then i talked to customer care for the same problem, they replied me that due to security resons my ATM card has been blocked and for unblocking it again i have to go to home branch
        My problem is that my home branch is in Madhya pradesh but i am right now permanently settled in gujarat. So for me it is not possible to go to my home branch just for this small problem.I have to mention that the same account i am using from last 4 years and my sallary is also depositing in the same account every month and along with it i am also using its netbanking facility on regular basis as per my requirement. it means my account is running and active, only my atm card is not using from some days since i have netbanking even after that you have bloked my ATM. kindly unblock & resolve my problem as soon as possible.

          Sir, I on behalf of my daughter Sweta Das submitted application form for aipmt 2016 vide Reg. No. 7014027 on 19/12/2016 and payment of fees of Rs. 750-/- was made from my A/C No. [protected] of Samaguri Branch using online sbi net banking on 19/12/2015 at 18:41 vide Transaction Reference No. IK98064687, but no cofirmation page have yet been generated by AIPMT with a plea that payment not completed . On attempt for re-payment SBI shows a message as "A payment has already been made for the same reference number. Your request cannot be processed."             Sir/Mam I have an account in HSBC Noida branch with account no[protected].I paid online for UPTET 2015 exam application.But after deduction of rupees 412.59 it shows error SRVE0260E:.The server canno tuse the error page specified to handle Original Exception. I used another SBI Lucknow branch account also to make payment, expecting them to revert the money withdrawn with account No ending with 35377425 to make the payment of Rs.411.59 but again the same error was shown and money was withdrawn from my account. I sent a mail also to the SBI branch but nothing was done about it.I am trying to reach the Helpline number given but till now it has proven futile.Please help me in bringing the matter to the concerned authority notice and ask them to take immediate action.                 Dear Sir, to day at 2.03 pm i have received a call from mobile No [protected] asking in hindi some about ATM 14 digit number and i asked who are you.he repeatdly asking ATM card renewal and so on.since i couldnt understand i disconnect the call.after some time at about 3.38pm again from the same number a person talking in tamil that too from SBI asking ATM card details.immediately i asked his name address .some how he avoided.then i told him who are you i am from police dept.immediatly he immediately disconnected the phone. the phone belongs to Madhyapradesh and Kukri or some city name.please investigate

No. IK98064687 aginst Application No. 7014027 for candidate Sweta Das, but the aipmt cbse showing ignorance of the receipt of my payment and not yet release the confirmation page .                               I have a SBI VISA Gold Credit card. As per statement of 15 Nov 2015, I had a due amount of Rs 17256.68. Due date was 5 Dec 2015. I made a payment of Rs 20, 000/- on 3 Dec 2015. But the bank auto debited Rs 17, 256.68 from my Savings Account despite the bill payment. I called up customer service agents through the helpline requesting them to refund the money paid in excess due to their auto debiting of my account. I was told that the unbilled usage of the current month would be adjusted. I protested that I would make the payment in the next month. The customer service agent said they do not have policy to refund if there is unbilled usage, which of course I had. I am a salaried individual. I receive a fixed monthly salary and prepare my budget accordingly. Payment of Rs 37, 000/- to SBI card out of which Rs 17, 000/- could have been paid in the next month has made me lose faith on SBI cards. I am yet to get my refund of almost Rs 7500/- till now, even after preparation of statement for the month of Dec 2015, which another customer service agent has said will be refunded by 31 Dec 2015. Why my funds are blocked by SBI Cards from 03-31 Dec 2015 even after adjustment of all dues. I intend to intimate the internet savvy public through blogs about this harassment by SBI Cards. I also have made up that I won’t use my SBI Card anymore(though it is not a big matter) and will never recommend SBI Cards to anyone.

                              I have following experience with SBI Cards.
                              - There systems does not report Card due payment status in real time. Even if you have already paid the previous dues, they continue to add the same to current and show higher value for outstanding
                              - you get mails, SMS & phonecalls about payment dues even before due dates when you make a big purchase e.g. if you have made a purchase of say 20000 which is well within your credit limit and there still are 15 days before the payment is due, they start following up with you in a tone and way as if you have not paid the dues. This is highly insulting, disgusting and ridiculous. The people who manage SBI cards division are illiterate and unprofessionals!!

                                  I am a retail customer of STATE BANK OF INDIA, LOHGARH GATE, AMRITSAR since 2010 and operating regularly with fare transactions.Now I demanded for NET BANKING, but my branch manager for one week { LOHGARH GATE, AMRITSAR. BRANCH CODE 2407} including his staff daily call me and then make excuses for here and there and recalls me for next day. Please take care of the matter otherwise i have to close my 4 A/Cs running at same branch.

                                      महोदय, मेरा खाता संख्‍या [protected] भारतीय स्‍टेट बैंक बाराबंकी उत्‍तर प्रदेश में है ा मैं दिनांक 16 दिसम्‍बर 2015 केा दसहरा बाग बाराबंकी में न्‍यू स्‍थापित स्‍टेट बैंक ए0टी0एम0 से पैसे निकाल रहा था प्रासेस पूर्ण होने से पूर्व ज्‍यों ही ए0टी0एम0 मशीन नोअ काउण्टिंग के लिए स्‍टार्ट हुई त्‍यों ही एटीएम का पावर सट डाउन हो गया ा प्रार्थी ने तत्‍काल मुख्‍य शाखा प्रबन्‍धक बाराबंकी तथा अन्‍य उच्‍च अधिकारी को दूरभाष पर इसकी सूचना दी उक्‍त अधिकारियों द्वारा बताया गया कि मशीन का पावर सट डाउन होने के बाद मशीन समझदार है कैश डिलेवर्ड नही करेगी प्रार्थी के मोबाईल पर अभी तक पैसे कटने का कोई मैसेज नही आया था दूसरे दिन बैंक जाने से पता चला कि प्रार्थी के खाते से 15000 हजार डिडक्‍ट हो चुके हें ा क़पया आवश्‍यक कार्यवाही करते हुए प्रार्थी के खाते से निकली हुई धनराशि को पूर्ण कराने का कश्‍ट करें ा

                                        Dear Sir Somebody has called me yesterday(18/12/2015) from his mobile no. +91 [protected] at 3.30 PM and told me that this call from ATM CARD HELPLINE and asked me my ATM Card Number. I have given my SBI ATM Card Number to him. After that he purchased things from different shop(POS) approximately of Rs. 19960/- and my SBI Account is debited. I request you to kindly look into this matter and investigate so that I can get reimbursement my above amount. I am enclosing herewith my passbook along with transaction details.
