    Hi, Online SBI and app is not working for more than 3 days. I am not able to do any transactions with this bank. They are not at all worried in fixing the issue. Customer service is completely down and they are not fixing it till now.

        Hi Sir, I am Sudhindra and yesterday at 12:50PM(Thursday 17th Dec 2015) received a spurious call like others where in the fraudsters mentioned that they are calling from SBI Head department from Delhi Office. They started with conversation they are going to block my credit card and going to issue a new credit card as per the RBI guide lines. As they told as per the RBI guide lines they are going to renewal my credit card with new features where my photo will be present in credit card and other credit card features will be normal like old credit card. As they mentioned that SBI bank will going to give 8000 bonus points for choosing the new credit cards and they are going to redeem in SALEMALL_EPAYKERELA to purchase the free gift as my old card points got expired for not redeeming the points so they redeemed with my new credit card and mentioned that i am not going to pay any money from SBI credit card and SBI will going to pay to the merchant and 1 point is equal to 1rs. For my details verification they asked few security questions as normal and i have provided the details and after that they deducted the amount and did the transaction of 7888/- Rs from my credit card. They provided one number +91 [protected] which they have called me. if i have any quires related to the transactions and status they mentioned to reach this number. The representative names are like this 1. Swathi 2. Kabhir After immediately i called to Credit card customer care depart and reported the fraud happened with me and blocked the card and raised the new service request to revert the money by blocking the transaction which they did. Transaction details are as follows.. 17/12/2015 Salemall_EPayKerela SBIPG IN 7, 888Rs Please find the service ticket details which i have raised by the help of customer care department. 1-[protected] Please check the security system in SBI cards looks like some hacking happened and the fruders are easily getting the actual users information with card numbers exactly.         My problem got resolved and i did the below steps.. 1. Block ur card immediately by calling customer care which is present behind ur card. 2.call to sbi care and tell them to block credit card and block that particular transaction immediately. 3.Raise complaint in the nearest police complaint. ( this will help in catching frauds) i raised complaint. 4. Don't share cvv otp and card number to anyone. 5. Send email to sbi email id you can find in sbi card website. Send email to feedback sbi and nodal officer and one more is there u can find in website in contact option...

              I have call from [protected] this no, he saying me that i am calling from RBI mumbai, and he asking my all the bank detail, and i provide my all the bank datail of my bank account, then he sending one sms to me and he provide 4 digit no., i telling to him of this no, .after words he shopping about rs 9000 from my accont, plz provide me all the support.

I am not able to make bils payment through net bankin for the last 5 days as I get the message ' TECHNICAL PROBLEM- UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR REQUEST - TRY LATER' . Since bills payment like EB, BSNL, MOBILE are pending in the absence of Net Banking error in system. Kindly arrange to rectify the defect and inform me. R Jambunathan

                          Sir/Mam, I have an account in SBI Rudauli branch A/c No [protected]. I have online pay for UPTET exam. But after deduction of rupees it shows errorSRVE0260E: The server cannot use the error page specified for your application to handle the Original Exception printed below. I take journal Id from branch also but after it the final print of exam form did not show. what we do i fill second form if yes then where are my ruppes deduct if no then why final print not takeout from upbasiceduboard site.

                                        Dear sir, i have made a online transaction of purchase by using my sbi atm card no.[protected]/ sb a/c no.[protected] on 30.08.2015 and paid rs.4085/ to vendor m/s snapdeal, pay u txn #[protected], pos-[protected], order no.[protected], however the cash back of 10% of rs.408/has so far not been credited to my account despite three complaints bearing ticket no.Op[protected]/29.9.2015, cr[protected]/08.12.15 & ob[protected]/14.12.2015.Filed thru your call centres & online complaint.No satisfactory reply has since been received from the concerned person.Please look into the matter.
