On[protected] i swapped my SBI debit card for some purchasing but due to some network problem transaction failed and amount debited from my account. i called customer care and file a complain for refund. they generate ticket number-PO[protected] and promised me that within 45-46 days amount credited in my account but till date complaint status is still pending....

Respected Sir Access to My internet banking has been locked since the last 2 weeks & when I tried to login it always asked me to provide the preprinted password given by the branch, which I had lost already. So, I can not produce the preprinted password. Also I can't approach the concern branch as I am posted in other State. Pls help me how can I login again without visiting the branch. Hello All, I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with my SBI credit card. SBI Card recovery agencies have been calling and threatening that they would disrupt my credit score if I do not make the payment. When I request them for a statement they are not even trying to help me. It is unfair to ask a customer to make the payment for something which he never spent. My son Pankaj Kalia has taken Edu.Loan on 02/07/2010 vide a/c no [protected] from SBI, NAKODAR ROAD Branch ( Code No 11967 ). The same account was closed in 2012 but when my son now approached for fresh loan from some other bank for some other purpose, they said you earlier loan was not liquidated/closed. It is not justified. They should close the account in system also....

Sir, See attached which is a clear proof of mishandling of an F D deposit starting from 26 03 2017 and closed on 26 11 2014. In the statement the deposit date is 17 07 2008 were as the actual date is 26 03 2007. I have registered complaint through S B I on line and Banking Ombudsman. So far no proper response is received. I have received sep 2015 statement for Rs. 52214 on 15th sep. But i paid amount 30000 (minimum due is Rs.2610). My son had a sbi card I am not aware about. I got harassment call from collection agents of the card and I was harassed by their team very badly.
