Sir, i Susheel Kumar Yadav s/o ram adhar belong to jaunpur uttar pradesh, .. i went to create a bank account in govindpur allahabad, .. Bank manager of that branch not created my account due to my residency, please help me.. .

I was applying for transfer my a/c from sbi, baranga branch to rail kunj branch on 31.12.2016. bt till now my a/c is nt tranferd n for that i cantt withdrew my salary. so kindly take necessary action please. its very urjent.
