I, shubhadeep das have opened an savings account(A/c no:[protected]) on 15th april, 2016 at tribeni branch(00225) by deposit of 8, 500 rupees.

It was told to me from branch(00225) that opening of de-mat account is mandatory from this financial year. So, they have misguided me to open the account & for that already 500/- has been deducted from my savings account.Even it was not told to me that it is chargable.Now tell me how i can get my money back & close the account.

    Lost account no of ppf

    Good Afternoon.

    I have lost my PPF passbook and accounts details unfortunately. I have lost my PPF account number as well. But i remember, in the year 2007 I opened my account at State Bank Of India, Kalighat Branch, Kolkata 700026. Several times I visited the branch to get my account number . So I can put my lost complaint to my local police station . But I would not get any positive reply from the Bank...

    Dear sir
    Last month i submitted application for transferring ppf account no. [protected] from sbi nagda to sbi parichha branch (Pin code -284305). On checking with the parichha bank they told me that account has been transferred but my cif no. Is not updated in my account . For the above reason they are not able to issue me passbook and fill my kyc details.

    It is therefore requested to enter my cif no. In account details and oblige.

      I was opened sbi online website as usual for netbanking. First time i checked
      "Mobile/DTH recharge" option in menu. As a requirement i opened to recharge my Bharti Airtel mobile number to recharge. I clicked that option. I was selected SBI-InstaPay / SBI-OxiPay service and clicked experience "SBI-OxiPay" now to go through that. accepted the terms & conditions by confirming. A new page was opened. entered and re-entered the mobile number to be recharge, selected the operator as airtel. Region as Andhra Pradesh. for recharge amount clicked the recharge plan to check available recharges, I found the 3g plan 97/- for recharge. entered the amount 97/- for recharge in recharge amount option.
      Amount was successfully deducted from my SBI account. But recharge was not done! I have also attached the print of the receipt and email copy print below. I have waited days.
      Kindly requesting refund amount of 97/- to my account.

        Sir, i am from patna and on 24/04/2016 on 07:47pm i tried to deposit an amount of 6200 at the cash deposit machine at kadamkuan patna.But while i was on the last dialog button where it asked confirm, add more cash and cancel. I was little late in clicking the option and it displayed transaction time out. And there was messesse inconvenience is regreted . Kindly contact your branch or call 24*7 helpline at [protected] or[protected] because that day was sunday so i could not contact the branch but next day on mondey i went to branch one bank staf has sugested to meet a person that was busy in calculating cash of atm and cdm in a separate room. He filled complaint and submit with reciept that is given at the time of cash deposit he called me after 4 days. I went to bank on 28th april but result was very bad that person was saying that your money has been refunded here no your money. It is very big accident for me pleas help sir this is my utmost request to the authority to kindly look into this grave issue and provide me a solution.

          This is tamil amudhan tr
          From vellore dt -- katpadi taluk.
          I want to open a joint saving account with the sbi, so i went online and filled up the account opening form online and given all the details required and finally took the print out and with supporting proof and photo i went to the katpadi branch for filling up my application, but i was shocked as they say they won't accept this application and they gave new application ask me to fill it up.
          And is this right .
          Here with i have attached online application for your reference.

            Hi my name is Rajeev Ranjan having account ([protected]) in SBI for last 3 yrs. In my account arround Rs 3, 860 was available but when i went ATM for withdrawal then it says your account balance is zero. then i logged in sbi Net banking then i saw a new amount is Added i:e; LIEN Amount of 5, 00, 000( 5 Lacs). now it shows -5 lacs.
            then i went my home branch official said you have to submit your form once again then i filled the form...

              I have paid to SBI, Meenambakkam Branch to purchase Gold Bond on 22.01.16. The amount was debited from my Account on the same day itself. The Chief Manager told that my Bond will be delivered to my address within a week. Till the last week of February I didn't get my Bond. When contacted the Branch in person they said i will get it within a week. On 24.03.16 i have sent a mail to the brach and there was no reply. I have made so many reminders and complaint to SBI Customer Care. But no use. Till date the bank is not giving the documents/Soft copy. Visited the Branch in person on 25.4.16. The Cheif Manager told She will mail me the URL address. Till date I haven't received the URL. I have made complaints to SBI customer care, SBI Nodal officer AND SBI Chairman. No use. How long should i wait to get the documents for which I have invested.? Shame on SBI. They are not able to provide the documents. But they will always insist on to invest. Worst treatement. They made me to come in person many time and not able to provide the URL address. I have sent more mails. But no reply from them till date.

Details of katwa sbi, micr code[protected], branch code 111, ifsc code - sbin0000111, account type - joint account with wife baishakhi modak. I visit to katwa sbi for regenerating new card. They said when i transfered my account, cif no had not been transferee. So please send my cif no so that i can receive a new atm card

                  Till date and time olease clarify else i hall have to intiate dispute process to stop payment from the sbbi card. Tks

                    I had taken a loan of Rs.500000/- on POLO car on 17.12.2014 and foreclosed it on 9.03.2016 by paying the bal. amounts in two installments 104529.00 on 05.03.2016 through IMPS and Rs 219973.00 on 09.03.2016 via net transfer.
                    While getting the loan, I had given seven cheques of ICICI bank RR nagar branch. They have presented two cheques on 21.01.2015 (chq.no 158588 )for Rs. 16239 and on 28.04.015 (chq.no 158588 ) for Rs.16239.00. Remaining 12 installments they have collected via ECS mandate given by me to ICICI Bank RR Nagar with sufficient balance every month. This being the case they have charged Rs.562.00 twice as debit adjustment late installment charge on 27.04.2015 and 25.05.2015. If they have not presented the cheque or ECS mandate in time, is it my fault? Also they have charged as arrears of interest of Rs.793 on 31.03.2015 even though the interest rate has come down from 10.45% to 10.3%. And Rs, 700.00 on 30.04.2015 arrears of int.cap. and Rs.583 as discharge int. for a balance of Rs.219390 for just four days. I have detailed transaction list for this. and pointed out the same thing to them via complaint no. mentioned above. The bank sent me an email and SMS to my mobile stating that the complaint has been resolved and the charges applied are correct and Charges applied are correct. they have also told in the sms that Customer contacted and explained to satisfaction. We regret the inconvenience . The fact is no one from the bank has contacted me and explained the details.

                      I vasudha singh having an a/c in the sbi sector 56, centrum plaza, sector 56 gurgaon. A/c no [protected] when i tried to withdraw rs. 20000 from my a/c [protected] on 26th april 2016 around 12:45 pm from the sbi atm hudda market sector 56, gurgaon at the time atm machine shows amount not available in atm and clear the screen for next transition so that i could not received any money any receipt from the atm.
                      But i received the massage from bank that rs. 20000.00 withdrawn and amount was deducted from my a/c.
                      Sir i have tried so many calls to register the complaint by phone banking but they said your transition not available so your complaint can not be register.
                      So i am requesting you to take necessary action.

                        I had applied for cheque book in apr 14 2016. This was urgently needed as my old cheque book was not valid for applying a loan . Yes the cheque book I requested, belongs to my salary account. The base branch of which is salt lake kolkata, electronics complex. I tried calling to their office no, but after repeated rings nobody pick up .
                        I lodged a complaint, they said it will take another 10 days to respond to the complaint .
                        I don't understand what kind of service they are providing, there is no tracking system to track your cheque book delivery, unlike other private banks.
                        I will definitely move my salary account to other bank . This kind of old fashioned banking, is such a pain to people like me.

                        Company had no trace of where my cheque book was. I registered a complaint 2 times, everytime I got the same reply. Finally yesterday I got my cheque book delivered at my address. It was a normal post, not speed post. Thanks for this portal, so that atleast my complaints at sbi got answered quickly due to the escalation from this forum. Thanks Monalisa

                        Just now I was inquiring, they said it will take another 10 days to update me on the matter.
                        This is urgent, my loan is on hold due to this reason .

                        I got an immediate closure of the complaint id, after lodging a complaint here.
                        But the quality of resolution provided is very poor. It says, 'We regret the inconvenience. Cheque book issued/delivered on 14/04/2016''. I has applied it over online on 14/04/2016, how it can be delivered on the same day?? If it is delivered, the person who has received it, that detail at least could have been there in the resolution.

                        Since there is no provision of re-opening a closed ticket, I called the customer care of sbi, they gave me one nodal network office phone no and mail id. i.e.[protected], and nwno1.[protected]@sbi.co.in .
                        In the mentioned no, after multiple rings, the no says 'please check the no u have called' . In the above mail id I mailed from my personal mail id, nobody is responding .

                        After all these, I lodged another complaint today, CB[protected].

                        Please let the bank know that I want the complete detail of my cheque book, where it is lying, since I have not received it yet. If the bank can not provide a cheque book delivery service to other locations, then why it is there in the system ? Its very urgent for me, since my loan disbursement is on hold since last 15 days due to this silly reason . How long a bank should take to issue new cheque book . A month or a year???

                        This is for the bank..

                        Its very frustrating, this time also the SBI has provided the same resolution, i.e. 'We regret the inconvenience. Cheque book issued/delivered on 14/04/2016' .

                        But since I have not received it yet in my address, I want the bank to track, if it is returned bank to bank or somebody else has received or the cheque book is vanished in the air . Does the bank not have any tracking system to know the status of the cheque book that they are delivering to their cosutomers??

                        If not its a complete failure of the system and security breach.

                        Please mention me the whereabouts of my cheque books . For God sake, don't reply with some bogus note which does not mean anything in detail.

                        This issue is pending since 20 days, and I am stuck here with my loan request on hold due to this cheque book issue.

                        Awaiting for a complete resolution this time rather than just an silly excuse.

                          I made a payment of Rs 20, 000/- against my credit card bill of March 2016. The payment was made on April 2, 2016. The bank representative says that they have not received any such payment. I showed them my bank statement and even a letter from my Bank manager stating that the amount has been cleared from my account but they are not ready to accept and have added penalty for late payment over and above that.

                            My father mr.Sakti moy rudra is a senior citizen and ex govt employee with the following details :

                            Date of birth : 26/07/1940
                            Date of retirement : 31/07/2000
                            Adhaar no :[protected]

                            His 15 years of pension got completed on 31/07/2015 and he is entitled to get the entire commutation amount (Incl interest) since july last year.In addition the pension amount should have increased from july last year as there are no more commutation deduction applicable.

                            Both the arrears amount for commutation and pension difference since july 2015 (Inc interest) should be paid out immediately to the following pension account.

                            In the sbi pension slip the commutation end date is 31st dec 3000 which is a big mistake and it's like playing with senior citizen hard earned money.
                            Surprisingly even after writing to many people no action has been taken till date which is very depressing.Kindly take some action on this.

                                Hi,

                                I had on 13th April remitted 15000 is one Ms Anju Bhalla's account no[protected] (The phone no.[protected] belongs to some Rajindar as per true caller). i understood that she was a fraud hence asked bank to reverse the transaction. I have been trying to reach bank but in vain.

                                Today i happened to speak to branch manager after 20 failed attempts. Ms Santoshkumari to understand that the account has been deactivated.

                                But what about my money. I need my money.
