Amount deposited but amount not credoted in my acoount
I have complend mithanpura branch maneger and main branch red cross but no any response by the both branch manrger
So please sir my problem sort out as soon as posible

      The transaction status is Success, but the mobile is not recharged. I contacted Member Support several time, and on April 18th they ask me

      " we request you to allow us 2 business days to resolve the issue."

      But till now there is no response and no action taken

      Please do the needful

        I am facing very bad experience here. After posting this complaint I got call from one no. [protected]. He is sayingbhe is from SBI customer Care and asking for my atm no and cvv this things. Although i did not tell him the cvv. So how this fraudsters are came to know. Please don't show the complaint to other except the organisation we complaint.

          Hello,

          I have an fdod account no. [protected] in vejalpur branch since last 1 year. Due to change in interest rate on deposits, all my deposits rate decreased to current rate but with 1 deposit they have not changed the rate as because the rule says for fdod, rate of interest will be charged on maximum rate of interest on deposits.
          And due to that only, they have not updated the rate of interest for 1 deposit and charging with higher rate of interest than actual since last 3 months.

          After spoken to mr. Gohel (Branch manager - vejalpur) he deny to help me and short out this issue.

          State bank of india - vejalpur branch cheated us by changing higher rate of interest on fdod account.

          Following up SBI branch manager from long time not getting any response at all. this type of behavior is ruining the image of SBI. Such an irresponsible manager should be thrown out of his responsibilities.

            I had applied for account transfer from my native place (SBI mahasamund c.g. branch) to my current location bangalore( kundanahalli branch) ...and its been almost 2 months ..process is not yet completed ..is this so difficult for them to do.
            And around 10-12 times I went to SBI branch(including both the places) .. one says we have sent request to them ...other says we have not received any request from them... no buddy knows where it is going wrong ...and no buddy want to figure this out.

              Hi,
              I availed education loan of amount 4 lakh from SBI jamalpur branch, in year 2011 for my engineering college fee. I completed engineering in 2014 and started working in an IT firm.I contacted bank staffs to pay my loan amount, they tolad me it is around 6 lakh now including interest. I asked them that the interest on education loan was waved off for loan amount less thsn 4 lakh if father's annual salary is less than 4 lakh. I had provided income certificate of my father at the time of sanction.

              Please help me to get out of this.

                Dear sir, respectfully i have to state that a sum of rs. 995/- was debited from my sbi credit card on account of payment of electricity charges on 24/12/2015. But the transanction was not successful and payment could not be made to wbsedcl. Since the amount was shown as outstanding against my wbsedcl customer no.[protected]. I paid the said amount through icici credit card on 31/12/2015 to avoid fine..In this connection i would like to draw your kind attention towards merchant order no. 44400248299320151224135537 and citrus order no. Ctx[protected] which clearly shows as failed transaction.. I waited for couple of days for auto refund of of failed transaction. But when the same was not reverted in my sbi card. I lodged several complaint on your given complaint number. After vigourous efforts the said amount credited in my account during march 2016. And i informed your customer care that the case been resolved. But today i was surprised to see that said amount whose transaction was failed has once again been shown outstanding in my credit card bill. I immediately contacted customer care but he did not give me suitable reply and instead told me that case was investigated by us and as per final report on this issue, the said amount was paid to wbsdcl and said transaction was successful. Earlier, on advice of your sbi card customer care representative i contacted merchant viz. Citrus payment solutions. They informed me in writing through e mail which is reproduced below as under : "thank you for contacting citrus payment solutions. With reference to your email, we understand your concern regarding the status of the transaction. We have checked the records, and can confirm only one transaction has been successful at citrus. The other three transactions are failed payments on same card and we would like to inform you that your said transaction is not successful with the reference # ctx[protected]. We wish to inform you that for above said transaction, we have not received any funds for failed transactions. We request you to get in touch with your card issuing bank for further assistance.". As such i have been penalised unnecessarily and have been forced to pay rs. 995/- whose transaction has been failed as reported by citrus payment solution. Despite my several pleas no satisfactory reply has so far been given to me. It is really disheartening that no efforts have been made by your bank to look into the genuine grievance of customer like me. I n view of above, i once again request to immediately credit amount of rs. 995/- as the transaction dated 24/12/2015 was not successful. An immediate action is solicited to resolve the issue.                     I am feeling so bad due to unconveyince by the SBI ATM in this area.Here all the SBI ATM's are in closed condition.None cares for the customers during banks closed days like 2nd and 4th saturday.
                    Following are the detail.
                    I ( Kaushikkumar Ravishanker Trivedi/account no:[protected] ) have visited all ATM on the Date:23/04/2016 of near by areas for sudden cash requirement.all are in closed condition.then i talk to customer care (Mr. Abhijeet-11.55am) for assistance they also demand me for bank ATM machine ID that I inherantly dont know.
                    Please do needful to take step for the responsible person to keep open the ATM machine for this type o[censored]rgent requriment.

I request for a new cheque book. Bank give me a cheque named mr mansur ali. I request to bank for a cheque book in my name. But they give me the book on my husband name. I apply for a new cheque book 6-8 month ago, but no response from bank. I want a new cheque book in my name.

                          For my sbi card no: [protected], sbi not only suspended my card in 2014 but also suspended my reward points. I was not aware that they have done this and in nov 2014, i paid my nnual fees in full faith. Customer care also stated that once i will pay the annual fees, my reward points will be reinstated.

                          Instead they continued to keep card suspended. In nov 2015, when i raised the issues as why i was never communicated of card being suspended, they first gave reason that it is bank's discretion. Then they gave a reason that card was not used for more than a year. I asked them as why then annual fees was charged? They had no answer and refused to refund annual fees also. Cannot believe that they took away my ~8000 reward points, took annual fees of rs. 400 and kept my card suspended also.

                          I want my annual fees to be returned and reward points to be re-instated.

                              Gst, sbt & fin charges ?

                              I am using sbi yatra credit card since oct-2015 & i have paid the amount on regularly without delay, but i dont understand the what is gst, sbt & fin charges.
                              I have paid rs.499 toward the annual fees / charges for 1st year. As convey by sbi credit card representative there is no any annual fees / charges if your purchased is above 75000 in one year.
                              I have also trying to contact to sbi credit card customer care but no any positive & satisfactory reply.
                              Kindly resolve the issue & revere the amount to maintain the reputation of sbi credit card.

                                  i have account from SBI in krishnagiri town. In my account credit balance is 75, 000rs only .without my permission, my amount was taken in lien account. now my balance is showing zero.very disappointed.without my permission, my amount was taken and i never applied any loan also. I want to know how to release lien amount in my saving account. please i no need to save my amount in lien account...kindly please do something urgently and please remove the lien account in my saving..soon i will do to close my account in sbi bank .

                                    SBI card is a shame in name of credit card. For my card, they suddenly blocked my card and suspended all my reward points. Not only that they took annual fees from me and remained the card in the blocked state. It is a clear case of fraudgery and I will file a case to teach them a lesson.

                                    Only legal notice and legal case can cure their stubborn boses. I will seek a damage of Rs. 10 Lacs.

                                    Don't be afraid to hire a lawyer or even approach your district consumer court. They should be taught a lesson.

                                      I have two problems
                                      1 )i am shahnawaz hussain . I am holder of sbi credit card no [protected] . I have made a payment toward bill of january rs 4254 on 31/01/2015 in sbi cash couter from my a/c [protected]. But i was not credited in my credit card till now i have made many complaints email ivrs but not credited the amount.

                                      2)i have not applied for auto debit facility myself but company had set it and charged me dishonour fee rs 350 many times it should not
                                      Be done

                                      Sir i want that all dishonour fee of rs350 and rs4254 should be refunded and i am victim of this harasment since 13 months so i want some compensation in cash

                                        I have account from state bank of india, in my account balance is 75, 000 recently i was received one message from sbi that's lien amount is 1 lakh ..What is lien amount in sbi?After some time i was check my balance its shows 24, 980rs only..I want to know how to release lien amount in my saving account. Please hereafter don't showing the wrong balance ...My kindly request please give correct available balance message to the phone or net banking...
