      My father in law holds SBI credit card number [protected].
      At[protected] we got a call from unknown person(women) calling from SBI bank.
      she cheated my old father in law who is not familier with internet transaction.
      She cheated him by getting all the card details including OTP code to make online transaction saying that bank needs all these details to replace his existing card with a new having photo ID
      she made 5 transaction in your website for 12500 Rs (each 2500).
      we called SBI bank and got the below authorisation numbers for each transaction .
      1st transcation @ 12.21.54 PM for the amount 2500 Rs - 028674(Authorisation number)
      2nd transaction @ 12.22.04 PM for the amount 2500Rs -028727(Authorisation number)
      3rd transaction @ 12.22.07 PM for the amount 2500 Rs -028735(Authorisation number)
      4th transaction @ 12.22.13 PM for the amount 2500 Rs - 028775(Authorisation number)
      5th transaction @ 12.22.17 PM for the amount 2500 Rs - 028792(Authorisation number)

      we request you to stop this payment immediately and do the needful to return back the fund to our credit card.

        This complaint I am referring is for Branch manager Neeru from safdarjung SBI branch.

        3 months back I went to open an account for my sister and the attendant failed to open an account, he was skilled enough to do that and asked for additional documents. This a very sad customer experience.
        Today again when I went to the same branch after verifying the documents branch manager told that a student who doesn't have any account has been blacklisted and they can't open the account.

        This not acceptable, have skilled employees to deal with public.
        Later when I went to different bank in ten mins account was open and money transfered.

        Branch manager of safdarjung branch does have any idea of how its works. Very very bad customer experience.
        If no action taken against them, I will raise this issue to the higher level.

        Have some more professional and skilled employees in this branch

          I had taken this credit card[protected]) from sbi and i used it for a while, then i decided to not use it further and closed the account.
          I paid the entire pending amount on the card before closing the account. It was account closer from my side since no longer i wanted to use the card.
          But sbi has updated in my cibil detailed status section as "post (Wo) settled" . I want to tell sbi that this not settlement case .
          I had closed the account by paying the entire due amount on the card. In this case the details status should be left "blank" as per cibil and rbi guidelines.
          I request sbi to take care of this and update my details correctly in cibil as this status is effecting my credit score.

                I have placed a complaint regarding hacking of my debit card no[protected] on 11.04.2016. But it is regretted to note your message says that trader informed the receipt of amount and hence you have closed complaint without attending the cause.

                It was expected that you will ask the trader to with hold delivery of goods and details of hacker for further action. At least it should have been realized that sitting in vindhyanagar office, how i will operate the debit card from other place and i think probably calcutta/mumbai/bangalore. At least the ip address from where this transaction was made should have been obtained from trader.

                Now i hope the complaint will be addressed again and my will creditted to my account.

                  Dear all,

                  I was using sbi credit card "[protected]" since last few years but due to some financial problem i was failed to pay the credit card amount due to which my you mark me defaulter in cibil.

                  But in feb'16 i have already cleared my all outstanding amount & on behalf of complete payment made i receive one letter from sbi that my cibil score will be cleared.

                  But few days back i checked my cibil score & findout that still my cibil is not cleared by sbi.

                  Seriously it is a big harassment by from you guys that even after paid complete payment your bank showing me defaulter & that too when i was using this card since last 5 years.

                  I am requesting you to clear my cibil score at the earliest or else i will have to take legal action on you.

                        I had deposited nps (Tier-1) contribution amount of rs.50000/- in my pran no.[protected] through cheque no.034523 dated 21/03/2016 in sbi nariman point branch, mumbai-400021 (Branch code.6846) vide their receipt no.[protected] dated 21/03/2016 and debited in my account on dated 23/03/2016. When i check my nps account and found that said contribution amount is showing in f/y 2016-17 statement instead of f/y 2015-16. I requested many time to sbi branch nariman point mumbai-400021 through mail & telephone but no any response received. I request you to correct my said contribution amount in correct f. Y.2015-16 so i can produce correct statement for tax rebate. I will be thankful for them. Regards.                           I've used SBI international debit card here in Sweden. on 2nd and 5th of march ive used their card in a petrol bunk for 100krona(800rs) each time. this bank has charged me 8200rs and 6500rs for those transactions.
                          I made complaints about this situation and they are least concerned to deal with my problem. I've submitted the bills as proof also. i don't know what to do with this problem

                          Why the state bank of india is taking inter city charges for depost money to account in non home branch.
                          Please stop this charge otherwise nobody will deposit money to sbi.
                          Becareful with sbi. And becareful sbi for this charges otherwise you will lost your custmores and also i am close my account

                            Dear all,
                            I made an inquiry to one world teleservices regarding international sim, as per this company oral information, i send my passport copy, international air ticket copy, and front page of my sbi credit card copy through my mail.
                            The next day i received the international sim, but i am not received any information regarding my questions, so i decided and send back the sim immediately by the same courier, once i send back the sim i got some information regarding, but i said its too late i already send.
                            Some days after i check my sbi card online, there is a application charge for this sim, immediately i inform sbi, the charges or back, next month they raised the charge for the international sim rent, i inform to sbi, they refused to delete charge and they said me that my card is used (I never used my card) at this time, and they send me the international sim request application copy.
                            I am not received any application, also i am not sign in this application, the one world tele service copy my sing from my passport copy and paste it in the application, but i do not know without swiping my card without my cvv or otp, how this transaction is valid by sbi?
                            All my question there is no proper answer, now i loss nearly 1000 rupees.
                            Could you please help me to fight for truth.

                              I am existing customer of SBI, Jasola, and i had to open Sukanya Govt Scheme for my 3 year daughter, I submitted application and all document except Pan card original copy for id verification while i shown original Passport copy, driving lisence copy, Electricity Bill, MTNL Bill, and photocopy of Pan card for verification but Mrs. Sunita (Bank Staff) argued that this is RBI guideline to submit Pancard original in sukanya scheme and she rejected my application, while she denied to give any written note on this guideline.when i told that where is written as guideline that it is mandatory to show original copy of pan card and i have saving and PPF account in your branch and you can see my PAN card update for your reference as i lost original Pan card, and police report is attached in my application but her behavior was so rude and started shouting to just walkaway from branch, it was very embarrassing moment as existing customer of SBI.

My pension account no [protected], which was transferred from sbi jaisinghpur to sbi bhawarna, not receipt arrears of orop including service and disability pension have also not been revised even for mar 2016. Details of my pension drawing & revised are as under :-
                                  1. Drawing service basic pension wef 01 aug 2011 @ rs 11970/- pm after completion of 28 years of service vide ppo nos s/031934/2009(Army) and s/corr/10481/2015. Entitled for revised service basic pension wef 01 jul 2014 @ rs 12268/- pm as per orop table no 7 & difference @ rs 298/- pm + da as applicable from time to time.
                                  2. Drawing disability pension(40%) rs 2189/-pm vide ppo no de/corr/016992/2013 and entitled for revised disability pension @rs 7361x40 divided by 100 is rs 2944/- pm. Difference rs[protected] = rs 755/-pm + da as applicable from time to time.
                                  3. 1st instalment of arrears of service & disability pension have not been credited so far as well as pension both i.E service & disability pension for march 2016 have been credited at old rates. You are kindly requested to remit 1st instalment of arrears to my bankers & also revise my pension accordingly.

                                    I had an online train ticket of 1200/ sanghamitra exp on 26-mar-2016 which was done using SBI net banking facility. I had canceled two tickets of class third ac on 25-mar-2016 at around 10.30 am.And on 28-mar-2016 the amount is refunded to my sbi account.But i haven't received the refund amount yet.

This has been pending from last 6 months. It is very disappointing as this has been pending from last 6 months. I have tried all the possible options with no luck. Please help on the priority.
