Dear sir, respectfully i have to state that a sum of rs. 995/- was debited from my sbi credit card on account of payment of electricity charges on 24/12/2015. But the transanction was not successful and payment could not be made to wbsedcl. Since the amount was shown as outstanding against my wbsedcl customer no.[protected]. I paid the said amount through icici credit card on 31/12/2015 to avoid fine..In this connection i would like to draw your kind attention towards merchant order no. 44400248299320151224135537 and citrus order no. Ctx[protected] which clearly shows as failed transaction.. I waited for couple of days for auto refund of of failed transaction. But when the same was not reverted in my sbi card. I lodged several complaint on your given complaint number. After vigourous efforts the said amount credited in my account during march 2016. And i informed your customer care that the case been resolved. But today i was surprised to see that said amount whose transaction was failed has once again been shown outstanding in my credit card bill. I immediately contacted customer care but he did not give me suitable reply and instead told me that case was investigated by us and as per final report on this issue, the said amount was paid to wbsdcl and said transaction was successful. Earlier, on advice of your sbi card customer care representative i contacted merchant viz. Citrus payment solutions. They informed me in writing through e mail which is reproduced below as under : "thank you for contacting citrus payment solutions. With reference to your email, we understand your concern regarding the status of the transaction. We have checked the records, and can confirm only one transaction has been successful at citrus. The other three transactions are failed payments on same card and we would like to inform you that your said transaction is not successful with the reference # ctx[protected]. We wish to inform you that for above said transaction, we have not received any funds for failed transactions. We request you to get in touch with your card issuing bank for further assistance.". As such i have been penalised unnecessarily and have been forced to pay rs. 995/- whose transaction has been failed as reported by citrus payment solution. Despite my several pleas no satisfactory reply has so far been given to me. It is really disheartening that no efforts have been made by your bank to look into the genuine grievance of customer like me. I n view of above, i once again request to immediately credit amount of rs. 995/- as the transaction dated 24/12/2015 was not successful. An immediate action is solicited to resolve the issue.
