    Hi sir,
    I had open an account at sbi branch-mico layout, bangalore on 2nd feb 2016 and account number is [protected]. Its already more than 2 month has been passed and they have not delivered the atm card .Even they send atm at wrong adress and it come back to their zonzl branch this is tracking id-aq[protected]in. So after 11th march i visited bank more than 5 times every times they are saying one week it will take more. And they not giving exact date and time, they are behaving like very irresponsible and now i dont have atm so i am not able to make any kind of transaction and facing so much trouble.

      I have an account with sbi, razole. (Ac no: [protected]) through mini statement, i observed that my money of 27, 000 is debit sweep. On 6/4/16. But actually i was not withdraw that money. What happened to it. Debit sweep means what.
      Please clarify my doubt.

        I am using a sbi card now, but facing problem with payment system. I had activated auto debit facility from the biginning, but i generaly wanted to pay the outstanding amount by online with debit card and before 3 working days, my transaction debited within due date but they want to debit the amount via auto debit and for insufficient fund the auto debit not fullfilled and they charged me for insufficient fund, after that i had sent 3/4 email they replyed its their fault but they not adjusted the amount in the statement of the month not gave any interest for the amount, they adjusted the amount in bill of next month. This happend 4 times with me, their fault of last january adjusted in bill of march. Yesterday i called their customer care over phone, they replyed as your auto debit is activated you have to pay before 7 days if you want to pay through another way. What you want to say about this?

          Day before yesterday (11/04/2016) i received a call from [protected] which said it's from sbi credit card department and fraudulently taking my card credentials i.E.Otp and cvv number they made a transaction of rs 7888.00 against salemall_epaykerala.The other mobile number which was used to send messages is [protected].Now both the phones are not working to cancel the transaction. Can you please cancel the transaction as it is a fraudulent one and i haven't made any transaction today through my sbi credit card and revert the amount to my credit card.

              Hi,

              I have generated TCRN and TARN number for opening a savings account but now I am not being able to download the form. It says that PDF generation is in process, please visit the site after some time.

              This error message is being displayed for more than 24 hours now.
              Because of this, I am not being able to open the account.

              When I visited the branch with my TCRN and TARN number, they said that they will need a print-out of the form. And they have asked me to wait till my PDF gets generated. This is going nowhere.

              Any help?

                Locker rent debited twice for two years

I have lodged a complaint regarding Locker rent debited two times (1019+1019) on[protected] and[protected] in sbi customer care.I have approached the bank in person on[protected] they said it was wrongly debited and the excess rent will be credited.                       30 days ago i forget my atm pin, i had called to customer care and they provided me something 'ivr' facility to get atm pin on my registered mobile no, after that i got my pin but after two days my card blocked.
                      In atm machine it shows unauthorized card and in online transaction it shows you do not have registered mobile no.
                      Actually i do not have internet banking,

                      I have complaint about this matter to care also but after few days they said it has resolved but actually still not resolved,

                      Customer care says go to your home branch but
                      My home branch is balasinor, kheda, gujarat and i am studying at vnit nagpur, so it will not possible to go there until last exams,

                      Also no one is receiving my phone at that branch

                      So sir pls help me to solve it as this account contains more than 40000/- rs

                      I have called them by my father as they are not receiving call on their given no. They said send one application to branch we will solve it. I had send the application twice but haven't replied once and not resolved till now

They treating the customer in very bad manner, multiple time visited the bank no solution, lot of confusion and they denying the customer etc...Very uncomfortable banking experience before i close this account i want to escalate this issue...Pls contact me for more explanation.

                                  I have closed a credit card loan taken from SBI credit card on September. At the time of closure they didnt say anthing except paying the full amount of 47 or 48k. even i asked them anything else they didnt say anything. last week i recieved an SMS saying need to pay 20k for my credit card. i called the customer care of SBI and they said we ll investigate and come back, i even raised a request of alternate number since i ll not be available for a week in chennai. I have never received a call, later a week i called the same bank and asked, they said it's closed and no comments. i got literally shocked to see such a response from the executive, and now they're sayhing i can raise another complaint.

                                    This is with reference to the above subject wherein i have deposited an hdfc bank cheque vide cheque number 134122 dated 23/03/2016 which i had deposited on 4th april 2016 at 10:30am at sbi chandpara branch ( branch id 6046) for my sbi account number [protected] biswajit sarkar, savings account, which i was asked to deposit in drop box.

                                    I went to bank to know the status of the cheque and they told me that it takes 15 days to get it cleared as it is others bank cheque.

                                    The cheque that i have submitted was an at par cheque which was supposed to get cleared by 3 -4 working days .

                                    Due to this delay i had to face lot of financial and moral questions which has effected my social status.

                                    Just now checked the status with transaction id tn979301 on 11/04/16 at 14:58:09 at syndicate bank atm anadapur branch.

                                    Kindly look into the same.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I want to complain about wrong marketing skill used by SBI Cards Marketing Department.

                                      They offered me credit card of 10 Lacs Credit limit against which they charged me Rs.2999 Yearly Fees.
                                      But i received credit card only of Rs.46000 Credit Limit.

                                      They said the billing i will get 50 days duration to pay my bills, whereas as per there statement billing duration is only 20 days.

                                      I have tried to establish contact with their Customer service department but I have not received any concrete response even after 30 days followup.

                                      Kindly do the needful.
