On 18th october 2016 i received a phone call from mobile no.[protected] stating that he is a manager from standard chartered bank and that my credit card has expired. He told me that he would send a new credit card and wanted the details of my old card. He asked my card number and the cvv number. He also asked for the otp number. Within minutes i found from sms message that rs 5000 has been drawn from my account. Immediately i disconnected the phone call and i gave a complaint to card services of standard chartered bank. They found that rs 5000 was drawn from
Sbi bank in the name of sbi buddy_bd some where from mumbai (Possibly)
I kindly request you to find the culprit who had done fraud transaction from my standard chartered bank credit card on 18th october and return the money back to me. My email id is [protected]@hotmail.com. My sb account no is [protected] of punjab national bank, sadashivnagar branch, bangalore

      L pardeep kumar 24 |10|2016 date go in SBI bank in neelam choak faridabad l go to recive a money with check but window number 6 employ say your sing is not match iam also do my sing but they not pass check then I go to manager he say to meet window number 4 employ and window number 4 employ say this check pass only its own bank not this bank then I say in past iam also recive money to this bank then he say iam sorry but he did not give me money with check so iam face very difficulties so I say check are issued in all bank but not pass in neelam chok SBI bank 'bank token no.292 time -15:30

        Hi team,
        This complain is regarding of mistake of bank employee.. He is not upload my signature on system thats why my cheque is gone bounce. Its soo harrasing me that in my last 7 year carrier my none of single cheque is bounce. Today i am shocked when party call my that your given cheque is getting bounce.. When i visit branch (Sbi udaipole branch, udaipur, rajasthan) branch manager said (Aapka naya account hai aapko ek baar branch aana chaiye dekhne ke liye ki aapke document upload hua h ya nahi) i can't understand this type statement of any manager... This bounce spoiled my repo in market... I m frusted this insident... I want resolution of this metter.. I hope bank resolve my issue on priority nd bank give proper resolution on priority.. I dont want to take any other legal action..
        Please take on priority.. Thanks nd waiting for your possitive co-opartion...

          Hello. This is qaiser from bhagalpur bihar 812002. I would like to speak about my father has a account in sbi tatarpur branch bhagalpur. Nowadays my father is no more when i went to the sbi tatarpur branch for withdrawal money from my father's account then bm told me that you have to do some formalities he given a form to me and i filled it with the legal documents. He told me come after 25 days to the bank. I replied as you wish. When i visited to the bank after passing 25dy then he told me verification is going on. When again i visited he told me we have sent your documents in head office. After passing 19 days again he replied come after 15dy. Again i visited he said come on next day. I have a request to you please don't west my time and the service is very poor compared to others bank. Please do sthg for me.

          Please tell that how many time's I have to go 100 times or more than that. I am mentally very harsh by branch manager. He thinks customer are his servant and without calling him we have to go there front of him and say same things when I will come again sir. what is this? Its very ridiculous I never ever thought about SBI Bank.

            My name is shubham soni and i am a customer at your bank. I’m having an saving account in your bank s/b ac. No.[protected].

            Has on[protected] i went to the atm for withdrawal of cash before withdrawing, my bal. Was amounted to rs. 85, 052.30 on[protected] but to my surprise the bal. Was showing me rs.78, 552.30/- on[protected] it is showing me rs.5, 000/- has been withdrawed through atm. So i’m just tensed whether it is the machine is malfunctioning or really it has been withdrawed. Coz the atm card is with me so how can rs.5, 000 be withdrawed. By atm.

            Please refund the full amount of rs.5, 000/- to my account and return or replace my atm card as soon as possible. Thank you.

I submitted 3 application form in paroo dist-muzaffarpur but that miss due to staff is not sincere so i have to do calls many times to manage... I think they are not active for any work and they always ignore to every work... What is this... But still now.. My problem not shot out.. I think u should take action...

                    Recently i got the internet banking . I was told that it takes 24 hours to access internet banking with the user ID and password provided in the kit. But it's more than 4 days that i got the kit. Still it says invalid username or password.

                      I had tried to make entry in my pass book at E corner counter of Sarkanda SBi. After entry of one page the passbook was jammed in the machine and the entries could not printed. Amount of rs 115 was deducted for printing at your branch for none of my fault. I made complaint on 07 Sept 2016 for refund. Personally twice I requested after 07 Sep.

                          I have paid premium for taking SBI Life e-shield policy for 30 years. I have paid premium in advance on 30th August 2016.                               Complaint: Fin charges levied on 3 days delay in card payment without considering natural calamity effects.

                              Statement Date: 15 Dec'2015

                              The fin charges (Amount: Rs.2, 962.47/-) have been levied on 3 days delay in card payment.
                              Reason for delay in payment: On 2nd Dec 2015 Chennai was flooded with heavy rains. There is no power, no internet, no transportation and no mobile connectivity for 4 to 6 days. Even SBI ATMs and branches around were drowned in water. So we could not pay on 5th DEC 2015 which is payment due date. Only on 8th Dec 2015 we could pay the card bill through internet.

                              It is very unjust to levy fin charges even in the above mentioned circumstances. We were never been defaulters in credit card payments. you can check it on our card payment history.

                              We request SBI authorities to credit that amount back which has been paid on 4th Jan 2016.

                              On 21 of march i tried to withdrawn 5000rs from my card at union bank atm but transiction was failed but 5000rs had deducted from my account.I tried several time to visit main branch but still my problem has not yet solved.
                              Dear sir
                              I have submit a request For SbI Parwanoo staff. Parwanoo staff service very poor and Lazy. There was not do her work properly and there was bad behavior to our customer's.So I request to you please action now your SBI parwanoo staff.

                                My name is Ravinder Grover, today at 08:00 AM i have withdrawn Rs. 5000 from my saving bank account using SBI ATM located at pandav nagar D Park,
                                Said amount was instantly debited to my saving bank account but atm is not able to dispensed that cash amount, i lodged a complain with customer care but they are not giving me any type of satisfactory answer,

                                I request you to look into this matter and provide me resolution for this.

                                    I made two transaction each of Rs. 10812/ on 25-09-16 thro' net Banking for indigo Tickets WHICH WAS NOT ISSUED DUE TO NON PAYMENT.

                                      I booked a flight ticket from vishakhapatnam to New Delhi for Nov9th through Paytm. The transaction was failed but my money was deducted. The transaction Referrence no.[protected]. Please resolve this problem immediately. I need money very urgent. This is not the first time i am facing this problem from state bank of India. The same thing happened last week also.

                                        Most respectfully it is submitted that, We have some partly burnt, on which number and other things clearly visible and we want to exchange these currency notes.
                                        State Bank of India Pathankot, Main Branch, Dhangu road Pathakot-PIN 145001, Branch Manager was today approached for the exchange of these currency notes. And he refused to do the same. He says that there was fire broke out in his house too, in the past and he himself also could not got the damaged currency notes exchanged. This SBI routinely exhange damaged currency notes.
                                        My wife is again going to request Branch manager in this regard after lunch today itself.

                                        The matter was also reported on 21/10/2016 to

                                        Customer Services Dept.,
                                        State Bank of India,
                                        Corporate Centre, 4th floor
