Hi There,

Today I was going through my SBI CC statement and observed 1-transaction on 29th March 2017 to "MOPSOTHCRDRCARD MUMBA"

I did not make this transaction and there is no any record of SMS of this transaction on my Mobile no.

​So, Obviously it is not made by me. Also I am calling customer care and they are not picking phone calls.

Therefore, I want its cancellation and regeneration of my Statement.

Please help me.

    According irctc my money Rs 5971. has been refund by irctc they give me ARL number
    but money still not come in my account
    when i went to bank he said to kindly contact to irctc but irctc said that u can track from ARL number i can ask from bank, help to refund my money plz track from ARL number
    my A/c is SBI bank, branch - jankipuram, Lucknow
    kindly help to refund my money its request to you

      Dear sir
      I deposited rs.28000.00 today 1.45 pm on cash deposit machine tankapani road branch. At the time of depositing hardware error show on screen and contact branch manager shown. Atlast i discussed with branch manager tankapaniroad and he told me that in between 4 days the issue solve. Sir this is urgent basis deposit and he also told that no guard provide to him so he does not take any step it is risky but sir my cash is also more important to credit on my account. After that i will transfer urgent.

      O kindly help it will be a very worse period of my career. Please do the needful.

          At the time of promotion they were saying that SBI card is free there is no annual charges during that time I had taken SBI credit card it was my mistake.

          Now they are continuously asking me annual charges 6000 rs where as amount is 700-800 rs. for that I have already written email to customer support in 12th Aug-16 they replied me Jan-2017 saying that we will improve our service and you have to make the payment

          I request you to please help me to resolve this issue.

          Sir i went to state to state bank of india to pay my challen to main brainh patan on 25/april/2017.
          but they not accepted i waited for nealy to hour in line...

          I got that message again and again after every transaction .

          plz let me know about this service charges because i m having my kiosk center saving account. plz pay me all the amount which were deducted from my account after every transaction.

            This is bhavesh barot from ahmedabad.. Sam tenciacal trouble. My payment is not dan on my last tranction. After long i can clear issue about my due payment. After i need a n o c latter. But still date i can not recive my n o c latter. I can lot of time youe coustmer care no but eveary time your perasan is fake commitment. Also no proper perfact answer how can accepted.?.. Also i m paying your full amt with all charges. But rewards is fake commitment. Fake giudence still date. This is not acceptble. I m wating i think last 6 motnth but your bank is not reliable to clear my issue. This is your servive.? What can i do..? I m also complain r b i also..

              When i swipe my card for withdrawn amount at petrolpump 800 rs amount deducted from my saving account as dated on 24/01/2017. Its deducted twice but petrolpump pos machine give me one copy's of 800 rs only. I have check statement on petrolpump. And also give the information my home branch. But he told give online complaint and i also complaint your tollfree no. But i have not response from your side.
              So please do needful.

              In the state bank bank employees not behaving good. They are not doing their work by responsibility. Customers are not getting any good service by bank in Biswan branch. Any customer is coming to the bank in morning and his/her work gets completed in evening. So in this bank customer is running only.

                This is a frustrated complaint of an ordinary sbi customer against the incredible inept ways of working of this public sector bank.

                Name hrishik tiwari
                Branch-bihari chowk satna.
                I requested for a new atm card and a cheque book in august 2016 but no action has been taken till date. No valid teneble reason given by inefficient, lazy employees.
                They ask me to come again and reapply.
                What on earth an ordinary person needs to do to get anything done with this insensitive instituition? Shame

                  I had accessed for net banking and got a kit from bank. As per the process of logging in for first time from the given id and passward the page openned for change passward is blank and no information is available on the page. I am trying from past 5 hours and having same technical issue. Its an emergency due to my college admissions. Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

                    I have a joint a/c with my wife at your branch code 7703, on opening a ppf a/c in my wife's name in the same branch, they have taken my cif no. For her a/c and as such on depositing money at her ppf a/c the system shows the credit to my cif which makes a blunder to my it returns, althouth i have approached the branch several times and also submitted application in this regard but it was in vain so i would like to request you to resolve this issue at an earliest, regards m.                         Dear sir

                        A refund of 550 rupees was successfully processed on 15 April 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my SBI account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund against[protected].

                        kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                            I moved last year to kanpur, uttar pradesh. I have to open account in sbi, lakhanpur, kanpur. I filled the form online. And when i go to deposite the form the worker says that address of kanpur is mandatory. So

                              The amazon company refund of an amount of Rs.4, 199/- on 13/04/2017 vide reference no.IGABCWLDW7 to my SB A/c No.[protected], State Bank Of Indai, Main Branch, Nizamabad. But till date not received. Do need ful immediately. The amazon company is telling that they have already sent the amount and asked to meet SBI Main Branch, nizamabad, Telangana State. They are also not responding to me properly.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I bade on line payment for the following property tax.& APSPDCL. The transition failure message generated after the payment and thanking message from SBI for using the debit card. The money is deducted from my S/B account.

                                8.4.2017 On line payment Rs.1842 to GHMC against PTIN [protected]
                                8.4.2017 On line payment Rs 3491 to GHMC against PTIN [protected].
                                9.4.2017 On line payment Rs 175 to APSPDCL against Ser No.[protected]

                                I have made complaints to SBI S.R. Nagar branch where my SB account is operated after complaining personally and mails, ii) also sent my complaint to GHMC and APSPDCL. There is no response from any one including the SBI SR Nagar branch.

                                Dear Sir, as you are aware that the PM wants cashless transitions but the systems and agencys are not in co-operation.

                                I request all concerned to rectify the system and set right my payments immediately.
                                The GHMC sends lot of messages for property tax payments but the co-operation is nil in solving the problems.

                                  Dear All SBI Customers,

                                  There is no any benefits to speak and ask something to SBI management Specialty to Every SBI Managers. I faced 3-4 Managers. Feel wonders. Seriously I feel how all employee can be same. They are seriously 3rd grade persons. I called in my home branch from outside many time.But never i got response. According to that person they have much more load.But i saw personally they only show like that. If they will do 1 week job in private bank or other firm.Owner will kick him badly. They never be cooperate with customers.

                                  Seriously I am very frustrated to SBI bank. World Largest Bank.But there manager are also worlds largest Extra person in Bank.Getting free salary.

                                    On 22/04/2017 i had a call telling that they are calling on bases of sbi and wanted to renew my atm and just given me new security pin for atm card. Unfortunately i just give my atm card number and security pin to them. They at that moment deducted my amount in that atm which is about rs 11, 630. I called back to the number from which i got the call ([protected]). They said after a long verbal fight that they will be refunding it within 24hours. But it was not happen. Then on 24/04/2017 monday at 1:44pm i called them and they are saying that they will be refunding it within a month. I argued with them via phone and they just blocked my number.

                                      I had availed an educational loan for my son’s higher studies from “ state bank of india” – uthukuli road branch, tirupur – tamilnadu.
                                      Received the loan amounts between aug’2008 & feb’2010.
                                      The loan repayment period was between aug’2010 & july’2017.
                                      I have been paying interest regularly during the study period & the repayment was also regular to quite a maximum extent.
                                      Due to financial crisis in the family my repayment was irregular for a few months & payment remitted to the bank was little less than the stipulated emi. So the balance of emi (S) got accumulated.
                                      During this period i used to get calls from the bank for the payment. I was prompt in answering their queries &
                                      Never avoided their calls as i was liable to them.
                                      During the month of feb’2017, i was served a letter from the bank stating the overdue pending.
                                      I had assured them that i would settle the full sum liable to them in due course of time.
                                      Now i have settled the full outstanding that was liable to the bank on[protected] & i have obtained a “loan clouser certificate” as well.
                                      Even after settling the loan amount, i am getting frequent calls from the bank enquiring for the payment details.
                                      I have clearly indicated them that i have settled the amount.
                                      I have received calls on the following dates :
                                      4-04-17, 8-04-17, 11-04-17, 21-04-17
                                      Sms : 13-04-17, 18-04-17
                                      In the mean time i visited my branch & complained about the calls & sms. I enquired them about how there was such a call. The deputy manager discussed something with his senior official & assured me that he will take it forward & see to that there would be no more such interventions.
                                      I had also sent a mail through the banks customer care site for which i didn’t receive any response.
                                      But again i received 2 call on 22-04-17 in the same bank number, which i couldn’t attend as i was travelling.
                                      I have received a sms on 24-04-17 again stating that my loan account has become irregular due to non-payment of dues.

                                      Kindly advice me on how to take this forward.

                                        time to time a request bank manager and its employee but they igoner me. give the post date and say that next monday we will do that .many time i visit bank but now they told we will not give you your money.
