State Bank Of India [SBI] — Customer account debit but it not credit in my settlement, account

I am a b. C. Of state bank of india and my code is 1a492018, sir i did a transation on 3/10/2016, it is debit in customer account and its status showed to me failed, but customer account had debit and it is not credit in my settlement account,, please help me sir i did 3 transation and it is also show like as before but my customer account has debit, but bit is not credit in my account, please help me,, aeps transation account no [protected] debit,, its reference no. Is [protected], and its r r no is[protected], sir please help me, sir please refund my amount as soon as possible, please sir my amount is 10000 rs,

Sir i have to get refund from RAZORPAY. Of 6752/- They said they initiated my refund refund id: rfnd_82o8fS0sjaKRQL on june 14 2017 with Bank reference number:[protected] but amount not credited into my account. Please resolve my issue, do needful

My atm card is expired on nov2016. But i did not receive any new atm card to yet. If I try to apply using online banking, It is saying 'ATM ALREADY ISSUED TO CUSTOMER'.
On 24/06/2019 i paid bill to goa electricity department bill, amount of {inr} 2, 147 but when i check by login in ged still showing unpaid and my money debited from my account, I used E-challan gateway payment method, director of accounts reference no[protected], i already complaint my ticket no is : [protected], Mer-id is : CPS9440310, AND RRNO IS[protected] so please help me and credited my amount 2, 147 back in my account
