Respected sir,
I am registering this complaint to seek help for a problem which happened to me yesterday from sbi parassala branch accountant. I was an account holder in parassala sbi, and i closed my account yestereday afternoon. When i closed my account an amount of rs.590 was deducted from my account and the accountant said that that was closure charges, but according to the current rules of sbi if an account is older than one year then there is no closure charge but the accountant deducted the money unneceassarily. Then i contacted sbi customer care and from there i came to know there is no such charges for accounts which is older than one year and i informed the same to the accountant but he haven't refunded the deducted amount. So kindly register my complaint and please refund my money as early as possible, because i am a student and for me this will be a great help sir. Sir so kindly look at this problem as early as possible and please let me know about the details.

    An ecs was submitted with your rewari branch (Railway station) on 03.07.2017 at 11.00 am in morning for an amount of rs.44, 34, 705/-.

    The said ecs has not been credited to the benificiary account even after lapse of more then 48 hrs.

    The worst scenario is that no response on status of this ecs transfer is being provided.

    Also please note that this is not the first time that such abnormal delay is being done.

    Every third or fourth ecs transfer is delayed.

    I have pay my daughter's fee through Epay federal bank by using netbanking of sbi on 29/6/2017 . Rs96392.75 has debited from my account but not credited in college account . Please refund my amount or credit in college account .i have ref.no. for this transection.

      I have recharged my idea mobile number [protected] on the 5th of july 2017, using the sbi app, sbi freedom with fh:40447268 and oper ref: dl[protected]. The amount although reduced from the account has not been credited to my mobile number. I request that either the amount be credited to my mobile number or my bank account.

        Date of birth cannot be entered as its blocked

        While setting profile password when it comes to enter Date of Birth that box is block, I am unable to enter the date in it or select the date from the calendar as its showing any option but blocked box. I have attached the image of it please have a look on it, the red circle is showing the error part which is blocked. Please this as I am unable to proceed further for my net banking transactions to start....

        SBI, Telibandha branch in Raipur, Chhattisgarh is unable to provide 16A Form to its customers/depositors even in the 1st week of July, 2017.How will l submit income tax return before the end of July?What a callous, insensitive and indifferent attitude of SBI, Telibandha, Raipur to its customers!I have received 16A form from other SBI branches; but this branch has not provided as yet.

          I vishal kumar having an a/c in the sbi buria chowk, jagadhri near hissar petrol pump dist. Yamunanagar state haryana pincode 135003. A/c no [protected]
          When i tried to withdraw rs 1000 from my a/c [protected] on 5th july around 8:20 pm from the sbi atm booth no.3 indra colony, jagadhri at the time atm machine switched off so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
          But when i checked the balance from the sbi anywhere app the balance was deducted from my a/c.
          So i am requesting you to take necessary action

            Dear sir

            A refund of 448 rupees was successfully processed on 20 june to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

            I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

            I have confirmed with amazon and they have called to do charge dispute file against sbi.

              I have done cash withdrawal transaction in AXIS Bank ATM Bangalore but my ATM debit card is SBI Gulbarga(market branch) homebranch. The ATM did not dispensed the money(₹500) and the money got debited in my account. So please verify that and credit to my account as soon as possible. It has been 6 days but the money didn't got credited in my account. so please verify.

                Dear Sir,

                I am customer of HDFC, 2 months ago i deposited one of the cheque which was to be deposited in Allahbad bank in SBI, Siyaganj, Indore branch by mistake.When it was of Allahbad bank then it should not get clear.Now amount has been deducted from my hdfc account but yet has not reached to the other account to which it actually belonged.Visited SBI multiple times but they simply say that the Female staff who was responsible for this is out of country now and no one is there who can solve this.Even dropped multiple mails to SBI from customer care to nodal officer to grievance redressal to chairman but its my badluck that yet this issue is not resolved.I must say that private banbks are far much better than government banks.

                Its my humble request sir please check the same and let me know where the amount is as it has been deducted from my account.Either i want the amount back or it should reach to the other persons account to which it actually belonged.

                    This is really painful that in-spite of myself being a non account holder of SBI account, I regularly receive text messages saying that 'there is a debit transfer from my a/c' and so on...

                    My complain is against SBI and to the account holder who is simply using my mobile number.

                      Kindly Check my ATM transaction on dated 01 april 2017, I have received amount once only Rs.2000/-, but the deduction made twice is wrongly debited from my savings account no.                         I have received a call from mobile no.[protected] towards link ATM CARD LINK with Aadhar Card. Otherwise your card will block & you need to pay Rs.2500/- to unblock the same. Then I asked caller where are you from then he told me I am speaking from SBI CBD, Bepaur. I also told him that I will pay the same no issue.

                        Then I checked the no. on true caller apps & showed the name as Bankchor (Kolkata).
                        Kindly investigate the same at earliest.

                          Band issue me pos machine and ask 220 per month rent no minimum or maximum commitment
                          Now on 30/6/2017
                          Bank debit my account 537 rs against non commitment charge
                          I ask manager to see my agree of pos machine
                          He said we havnt time
                          I said plz disconnected my pos machine. But he refused and say that we havnt time
                          Sir i m old customer of sbi and my 58lakhs in your bank
                          If you not reversse these charges
                          I withdraw all my money from saving current and ppf

                              Its not regarding the rs 25 only
                              Its a village area
                              In my own branch i am being charged for depositing money in my own account.
                              No problem if are not taking cash on counter and for faster working you are using a machine but why you are charging for deposit in my account
                              Even in current account there is a limit till 2 lacs.

                              Earlier also i was having so many complaint that i can prove and i have ignored alot. But now i can not resist.

                              Please return my money asap.

                                    For the last more than a month, I have not been receiving oto and so all my online transactions like paying bills, marking lien in a/c, adding new beneficiary for account transfers and so on. I am not even able to link my AADHAAR no to my SBI accounts because it asks for OTP.
                                    My complaints have not been resolved. Looks like I have to switch back to the old "cheque" system.

                                      I don't know how it is possible to purchase any thing with out OTP
