I have received a call from mobile no.[protected] towards link ATM CARD LINK with Aadhar Card. Otherwise your card will block & you need to pay Rs.2500/- to unblock the same. Then I asked caller where are you from then he told me I am speaking from SBI CBD, Bepaur. I also told him that I will pay the same no issue.

Then I checked the no. on true caller apps & showed the name as Bankchor (Kolkata).
Kindly investigate the same at earliest.

    Band issue me pos machine and ask 220 per month rent no minimum or maximum commitment
    Now on 30/6/2017
    Bank debit my account 537 rs against non commitment charge
    I ask manager to see my agree of pos machine
    He said we havnt time
    I said plz disconnected my pos machine. But he refused and say that we havnt time
    Sir i m old customer of sbi and my 58lakhs in your bank
    If you not reversse these charges
    I withdraw all my money from saving current and ppf

        Hello all
        Its not regarding the rs 25 only
        Its a village area
        In my own branch i am being charged for depositing money in my own account.
        No problem if are not taking cash on counter and for faster working you are using a machine but why you are charging for deposit in my account
        Even in current account there is a limit till 2 lacs.

        Earlier also i was having so many complaint that i can prove and i have ignored alot. But now i can not resist.

        Please return my money asap.

On 3rd July 2017 at 7:00 PM I tried to trasfer 2000 Rs Through IMPS By using Internet Banking.In the process of transaction Payment was failed But Money was Debited.I tried to conatact with sbi customer care but they dont respond properly So please solve my problem and refund my money.

              For the last more than a month, I have not been receiving oto and so all my online transactions like paying bills, marking lien in a/c, adding new beneficiary for account transfers and so on. I am not even able to link my AADHAAR no to my SBI accounts because it asks for OTP.
              My complaints have not been resolved. Looks like I have to switch back to the old "cheque" system.

                I am not using netbanking services but my account is debited around Rs. 17000.00 through net banking ( from 20.06.2017 to 30.06.2017 )
                On 20.06.2017 amount debited Rs. 9000.00
                On 21.06.2017 amount debited Rs. 6000.00
                On 01.07.2017 amount debited Rs. 2000.00

                I don't know how it is possible to purchase any thing with out OTP

                  Sir my atm card belong to lddc bank latur and i have withdraw 3000 rupees on 9 june 2017 from sbi atm machine. I have visited 4 times both bank and told them about my problem but they couldn't response me.in l. D. C. C bank latur the operater told me to go in court. We can't do anything. So i haven't any option now. Now i am totally mentally apset. Please help me

                    Sir, i have an edfs account in your amanpur branch code (02056 )last year i presented paper for renewal of my limit as per the guidelines giving to me from branch manager . after 10 month manager inform me that there are some mistake in limit renewal and demand some new document . i submitted these til today no decision comes to me and my next renewal is due before 15th July 2017
                    i also talk about this matter to mr ram sing ji regional manager but his way of talking is unsatisfactory

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I applied for a "Swabalamban" loan for Rs500000/- whose documents were send to the Arundhutinagar Branch (04544), from where the officials also have visited the site (i.e my house) and gave me positive feedback regarding my project. From there on my Loan documents were being send to SBI RASMECC Agartala for further processing. Two three months passed by then I got a call from there asking me to meet them. I went there they told me to provide certain documents including Affidavits, Stamp papers and also buy cover files and produce Original Challans and all which I did as early as possible to the best of my ability. Then no one called me up for nearly three months whereas they told me they will get back to me within a week. Then I went there and to my amusement they told me that they have misplaced my file and they couldn't trace it. Then they finally retrieved my file and told me that I won't get the full amount of Rs500000/- but only get Rs150000/-. It had nearly been 7 months of continuous follow up whereby by I was mistreated a many times but I still had faith in our SBI family but at last when I got this reply that they can't give me my whole loan it was really heart breaking for a middle class person like me as I was so much dependent on that loan for my livelyhood. If it wasn't possible to sanction the loan iI could have been informed a lot earlier. Why so late? Is this the way to treat your customer. Reputation of SBI in our state is at stake due to these Officials from RASMECC as they even don't treat us as humans at times. Please do take some actions. And let me knopw why I wasn't informed earlier as I have seen people having worse projects and still getting a lot as compared to me. I want justice.

                                  Sir I applied for the new debit card of State Bank of India on may of this year but upto now i didn't get any of the resolution about my Debit card
                                  I deposited my SBI cheque on 09/06/17 in SBI branch Birsingpur Pali district Umaria MP ( Pincode: 484551) in account of Rama Rajak (A/C: [protected]) but still the cheque has not been collected in my account.
                                  I request you to take quick action to solve this issue.

                                    I had used my debit card to pay for some services at Mahindra Logan Service Centre. After using the card, the accountant at the service centre stated that she had added an extra zero to the amount, in the POS machine. This resulted in instead of the bill amount of Rs 19331/- being charged, an amount of Rs 1, 93, 310/- was deducted from my account. The accountant cancelled the sale immediately and handed over the POS machine receipt for Rs 1, 93, 310/-, and also the VOID Sale receipt. I was assured that the amount would be reverted within 24 hrs. When the amount was not credited after 24 hrs, I rang SBI toll free number at [protected]. They informed me that the amount would be returned within transaction plus two working days. The amount has not been returned even after stipulated period. I have lodged a complaint on toll free number. Complaint no is PO[protected]. SBI should have the amount returned immediately.

                                    One of the stupid thing, i have tried SBI customer care we dont have option contact in emergency case.

                                    I have submitted the form in SBI home branch bank - Pushpa Bhawan, New Delhi, so that i can reset profile password, however i have not yet received any update from bank. No one is there who can pick up the phone in bank, i have tried multiple times.

I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 1512.75/- & 1512.75/- has been debited from my account on 06.03.2017 & 08.03.2017 for passport from fill up but transaction was failed & 30.03.2017 (Time-14.47.43)RUPI POS TRDT 06/03/2017 SEQNO 1880, RUPI POS TRDT SEQ NO 7245 08/03/2017 amount of 1512.75/- & 1512.75/- has been refunded but 15.04.2017(time-14.39.21) RUPI POS TRDT 06/03/2017 SEQNO 1880, RUPI POS TRDT 08/03/2017 SEQ NO 7245 amount of 1556.47 & 1556.47 without any reason passport seva Dept. again debited from my a/c without any information without any OTP without any SMS confirmation .

                                        My SB a/c no. [protected], on 03/07/17 I made a payment through net banking of ₹1120 to Woohoo milk but due to some network problem my payment was not received by the party but the amount was deducted fomr my account and I received SMS which TXT as " Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking. Your Transaction Ref No IGABOVQDS0 for Rs.1120.0 on 03-Jul-17 11:55"
