Dear Team SBI,

I have done transaction today i, e:24/04/17, to pay Credit Card bill of SBI cards from State bank Anywhere of Amount Rs, 6203.

That time while submitted, message came that transaction has been failed but from my account money has been debited and that transaction is showing in Mini Statement with reference No.UB00154129.

Kindly give me confirmation that the transaction is successful or not ?

I have mailed this message on sbi customer care but there is no reply.

Call centers people also not supporting.

Kindly give me confirmation asap or raise my complaint.

    Hi I have applied for SBI credit card and has informed all my details appropriate ly but the same was not captured on application form they have mentioned my name which was before marriage no one in office knew my mother maiden surname all verification was done by the same apart from that I have rectified the same in every verification call but none has bother to rectified and card was rejected as they have mentioned my wrong name also my signature was Forged I didn't saw my application I m feeling very cheated I have tried complaining on same but none has bothered to take seriously hoping some response from ur end my application no is[protected] I want to take the same seriously as I m been cheated

      I have an SB account at State Bank of India, Velachery branch, Chennai. The account is frozen due to some internal mistake they have committed (I understand there was an audit objection). But the branch staff do not accept it. They made me submit Aadhaar card, PAN card and photos multiple times. Even after repeated branch visits they are unable to share what is wrong with the account and how to solve it. Now they have just transferred the account to the IIT Madras branch, just to get rid of me. But the problem remains. I cannot still access my money in the account.

        Dear SBI Team,

        I have recently noted that there is a transaction of Rs. 99 under the narration ""TO TRANSFER P[protected]Tr For DDR BAJAJ-AUTO". Please note that this money has been deducted without my consent.

        This is very shameful to note how SBI can let this transaction happen. For now, it is Rs. 99 and sometime it may be more than this. Is SBI authorized to permit these transactions?

        Therefore I direct you to please revert back the money ASAP. You get in touch with BAJAJ AUTO and resolve the matter.

        I advice you to please take the matter seriously and revert back my money.

          Hi,
          In 2008, I have opened loan account in SBI which was loan for bond with my company. In 2012 it was closed as there was bond of 4 years. In cibil this is updated as Personal loan account, but it was not a personal loan account, and SBI updated that I have missed payments during this period, but there was no personal loan, How I was supposed to miss?
          Please correct this and update CIBIL that I have not missed any payments during that period.

            On the subject, payment of rs. 20000/- from s/a [protected] not received to me due to failure of electricity, but debit to my account on dt. 22.4.2017 at 12.40 pm with txn. No.7929. I contact to the sbp, phase-7, mohali branch. Dealing hand said that the amount will be credit in my account in 24 hours, but the same is not credit in my account till date

            I was drawing Rs. 20000/- on dated 22.04.2017 at 12.40 pm from SBI A.T.M. No. DFBP[protected] Phase-7, Mohali with A/N [protected], and card No.[protected].Due to failure of electricity, the amount could not cleared/released by ATM.but Mini statement shows withdrawl of Rs. 20000/- with txn. No 7929, which not received to me, it is requested that the same may be credited in my account at the earliest.

                      I had open a nps account. My pran is[protected]. As per central recordkeeping agency vide my token no.10192534. My kyc pending with you bank since 10.04.17. Due to which my pran is frozen. As per cra your head office should confirmed my kyc, after that they may defreeze my account and i can able to deposited further amount to my nps account. The detail is as under of my reply of cra:
                      This is to inform you that the grievance registered in the cra system vide token no. 10192534 has been resolved. The details of the same are given below:

                      1. Pran:[protected]

                      2. Date of logging grievance: 21/04/2017

                      3. Mode of raising the grievance: grc

                      4. Details of resolution: dear subscriber, we wish to inform you that we have verified our records and it has been observed that subscriber registration form has been accepted by cra. Further, your pran has been frozen due to kyc verification is pending from bank end. Therefore, your account is in freeze status in cra system. Kindly note that there can be no transaction carried out in subscribers account once the pran is in the freeze status. The steps to be followed by the pop bank users for kyc verification are: step 1: bank user will login into cra system and access the option for kyc verification under subscriber registration option. Step 2: the bank user enters necessary details to search for the records to be verified. The search can be based on pran, acknowledgment no. Or date range. Users may please note that the date range for the search cannot be greater than 15 days. Step 3: based on search criteria, the list of pran which are pending for kyc verification will be available. Step 4: the pop bank user will click on the link, to be verified? And the subscriber details will be displayed. The pop bank user will verify the details provided by subscriber in enps and details available in the core banking system (Cbs). Step 5: once user clicks on `confirm' then need to select dsc and click on, ok to complete the verification. Step 6: once the kyc is successfully verified by bank, an alert will be send to the subscriber and pran will be activated in cra system.in case of any rejection, an alert will be send to the subscriber for further course of action. Kindly note that all the pop (Bank) operations are centralized. Hence, the above mentioned activities are carried out by the head office of the branch. You are requested to visit the branch and request them to process your request through their head office. We thank you for being our valuable subscriber.

                        My fathere going to open the account in you SBI harij branch diast. Patan, gujrat. From last 6 days he is continuously taking follow up to open the account but your branch person not responding well he think and treat us like a he is the owner of SBI harij branch.
                        On 18th my fathe goes first time in brach hell not give answer properly he'll directly say that account opening not possible now so do not came here for the same. On 20th my father goes with me and i debt with the person so he'll redy to open the account so at that time he'll say came on 21st bec. My staf[censored]s not present so here will go on 21st. On that day he'll give us forum and say that complit the same and came Monday on 24th with documents so here will came on 24th, on that day he'll say that our account opening person is not present, so will meet branch manager he'll say i can't do anything in this you just came 26th. So will go on 26th and today he'll give us another form and tell my fathe fill the same in English my fathere is not literal so he'll say plz help me so that man say directly no and tell do not came without filling form, my father gone fill form with the help of some good person. The the man of your branch owner is say tht today branch manager is not present so came tomorrow and then my father say plz check the document whether it is ok or not but your man clearly say that this is not my job plz go ...

                        Sir... If instead of my father if your father is there so what you'll do... I need priper action ... Otherwise something goes wrong.. don't think you are the best bank in india...

                          New manager and bank staff behave like the don't care and not responds properly to customer problems. They just give time periods come after this and again come after this. There is just a directionless management. I want my education loan, but bank employees attitude is the just don't care. I have some dead lines for filling my fees.

                          First they said new manager will com so come after 1 week. After new manager is arrived, and I met him and he said again come after 1 week. This 1 week will not end I guess. This is ridiculous to any customer.

                              On 5 th april, i used my atm for taking out money. I got my money deducted from bank but i didn't receive my money from the atm. Atm showed the transaction as successful but i didn't get my rs 1000. What is my mistake if the money gets deducted and atm shows the transaction successful.
                              I also compaint this issue to your companies customer care but i still didn't get any resolvation for this issue. It's been 20 days and plese help me resolving this issue as soon as possible.

                              Sir my dad had a policy in SBi Life Insurance we had already provided 4 installment Yearly of Rs 50000/- For four years. Till now we have not get the deed of the policy so whenever we reach towards the head office they said you need to go to ooath commisner bla bla.

During my last visit at branch on 10/03/2017 i had approched for inet activation which was earlier blocked due to incorrect password. For this i had submited request at branch and i was suggested and assured by branch official that inet password will be sent to the correspondance address with 10-15 days which i yet to right now.

                                      Today I was going through my SBI CC statement and observed 1-transaction on 29th March 2017 to "MOPSOTHCRDRCARD MUMBA"

                                      I did not make this transaction and there is no any record of SMS of this transaction on my Mobile no.

                                      ​So, Obviously it is not made by me. Also I am calling customer care and they are not picking phone calls.

                                      Therefore, I want its cancellation and regeneration of my Statement.

                                        PFA

                                        According irctc my money Rs 5971. has been refund by irctc they give me ARL number
                                        but money still not come in my account
                                        when i went to bank he said to kindly contact to irctc but irctc said that u can track from ARL number i can ask from bank, help to refund my money plz track from ARL number
                                        my A/c is SBI bank, branch - jankipuram, Lucknow
                                        kindly help to refund my money its request to you
