I have booked a train ticket on 13th of March, 2017 using my State Bank debit card via IRCTC Connect. I choose pay via debit card/credit card/net banking option which is powered by Paytm. Due to some of my personal issue I cancelled that e-ticket on 15th of March . And IRCTC refunded my amount on 18th of March, 2017 .

Today it is 26th of March that is already 8 days passed away and the mentioned amount still not credited into my S/B account. When I met my SBI branch manager he told me that he wouldn't do nothing from his end and he is so judgemental that he blamed on IRCTC without checking anything. I call several times to SBI customer care but they were horrible. I am completely fadeup with this issue and SBI services. I need my refund amount back into my account as soon as possible. I feel really helpless with this issue.

Today I had call to SBI customer care but they didn't help me and made me irritated because of there behavior and because of them SBI can lost there one Customer and most probably more then one

When I register my card for on line payment, card block and one sms come to contact no. 39020202, for unlock, very sad I trey several time to constant number but all time response it's wrong number, pl say what I do.This month no sms & statment received how can I pay my outstanding amount,
Unexpected service in SWASTHYA VIHAR branch, also irresponsible behaviour of staff, For maximum five minutes work, every person, either senior citizens or females or any age group they work carelessly, making one counter to other counter and staff often absent, if ask for any support they are irritating, Kindly Do Needful To Organize Them

    I have received call from [protected] called name as Rahul Sharma himself as taking care of ATM card related issues. He said that Rs. 5500 will be debited and for that he had not given sufficient reason.
    Pls check whether he fraud to the SBI customers. If so, do register the complaint him. Call this no. [protected] for more details.

      In Dec 16, i availed facility of credit card. First charges were debited on 9.12.16. On thisservice tax was imposed on 9.12.16 Rs 74.85 & on 1.1.17 Rs 60/. Then late fee Rs 400/ was imposed on 1.1.17.
      I had paid Rs 574 on 7.1.17. Again some minor charges were imposed, then on 1.2.17- Rs 100/ was debited as late fee. on 4.3.17 again late fee Rs 400/ was debit.
      Without use of card i have been charged with service tax & penalties.
      Please see the account & rectify my grievance at an earliest.

        Today(26/03/2017), i deposited 46000 cash(denomination of 2000), in cash deposit machine via cardless deposit at State Bank e-corner at Brodipet Guntur, Andhra Pradesh at around 12:15 pm. the machine accepted the cash and then it was displayed hardware error. nothing else was shown. The money has not come in account. I waited for few minutes but no result. Afterwards i deposited a 500 rupee note, it got deposited and confirmation receipt came. Please look into the matter and resolve it.

          I mostly use my debit card for online transactions but recently I have noticed that suddenly I was not getting the transaction message on mobile number. Even after that login page is also said that ur number is not the registered mobile number. I don't know how automatically I have lost my authentication. Please can you tell me reason??
          I am asking this because previously there was a case of hacking ( someone sends u a message like " u have won coco-cola prize of 1, 00, 000 please send ur name address for receiving prize." ## and Even when u have not sent any details still someone enters in ur account. ##)
          I also got the same message and 2-3 days after that I have lost authentication.
          Please check this security threat and tell me the correct reason for losing authentication.

              Dear sir,

              I am one of the customers of your deemed bank. I had retired from CISF almost eleven months ago, but till now, i have not received the PENSION BOOK from the branch. In this connection, i had visited the branch time and again but i am not getting any response from the branch. Neither the branch manager is taking any action in this regard. He only tells that the pension book can only be obtained from the pension cell in New Delhi or from my department.

              I talked to my department official. They are saying that it had been dispatched and it can be obtained from the branch itself. But the branch is not helping me out.

              I humbly request you to kindly look into the matter and help me in getting my pension book.

                Kindly consider my amount deducted from my account but I got no air ticket and Druk air authority is telling they have not received any amount . SBI people are not taking complaint too. They are telling me to wait and wait. Balance deducted but no ticket received but I cannot lodge complaint. I am feeling harassed. SBI is cheating. The transaction was complete.

                  In the year 2002, I purchased a flat from promoter taking the loan from SBI. The price of the flat was Rs. 6 lacs in which I gave cash of Rs 1.5 lacs and bank loan of Rs. 4 lacs and balance Rs. 50, 000 was due. After purchasing the flat I entered there and began to recover the loan.But soon the promoter and his friend forced me to give interest for that due amount in cash of Rs. 3000 per month. I gave the interest for 9 months. In the meantime, I got transferred to Kharagpur office. So I could not recover the loan regularly. After giving interest for 9 months I stopped to give interest. Then the promoter began to assault me in various ways. Thus residing at the flat for 2 years, the bank and the promoter bound me to leave the flat without any court order taking the key of the flat. I had paid about Rs. 50, 000 of the loan in the bank till then.

                  In 2007, the bank manager contacted me again and asked me to deposit E.M.I. through my office. I prayed permission to my office and began to deposit the E.M.I. by cheque from my office. The Asst. General Manager of the bank told me that he will give me the key of the flat after depositing one month's cheque and show him the receipt. But after that he called the promoter and after some discussions between them, he refused me to give the key asking me to register the flat. But at that time, I was not ready to give the promoter the due money and revenue the registration. I requested several time but all in vain. I had paid about Rs. 1, 60, 000 of the loan in the bank through office cheque that time. So all together around Rs. 2 lacs was paid to the bank out of Rs. 4 lacs loan. But I hadn't get the key to enter the flat.

                  Now I came to know from the promoter that the flat has been resold by the bank and the promoter without any of my knowledge. The present valuation of the flat is minimum Rs. 25 lacs. But I haven't got any part of the sold amount neither from the bank nor from the promoter. They have cheated me and shared the money between themselves.

                        Public fund account of general manager ordnance factory dum dum (Under ministry of defence, govt of india) has been maintained at sbi dum dum (02054).
                        Cheque requisition for 1000 leaf has been submitted to sbi dum dum br and accordingly on 17.01.2017 "mcc issue charges[protected]" for rs 2, 300.00 has been deducted in our account [a/c no [protected]] but cheque leafs bas not yet been received at this end.

                          Dear sir,

                          A refund of Rs 179 was processed succesfully on 16 march 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                          I have called the sbi customer service and told them including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken. I have confirmed with amazon and they have succesfully processed the refund

                          Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund

                            Dear sir,

                            I did transaction through (Sbi pay) upi android app and it was failed at 24.03.2017 9.56 am. Still my money not credited to account. I have submitted online complaint via bank website (Case id: trn ref no. #[protected], ticket no. 8482 dt 24.03.17). But not getting any response even i talked many times to call center people they told call centre can not help for case o[censored]pi transaction fails. Because upi is a third party transaction case and i have not any detail about it. You can only mail to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in and also submit complaint via app only then they will resolve your issue. Even i have also mailed to support. [protected]@sbi.co.in but not getting any response.

                            If it will not credited in my account then i will mail to all sbi bank's senior office and also twit to #pmo#rbi#state bank of india along with all supporting evidence proof and snapshot.

                              Amazon has successfully sent me the reference no.. but still i didn't get that amount in my bank account.
                              I called sbi toll free no. But they said, they need utr no. And amzon only gave me reference no.

                                I Akhil Kaushik ordered a phone on Flipkart via my SBI VISA debit card of 8999 rs on 23/3/2017 at 10:30 am .but the transaction was cancelled despite having sufficient funds in my accountand the amount was deducted from my account.

                                I was eligible for 10%cashback for making a purchase via SBI debit card offer on Flipkart.
                                The amount is not refunded till the time of writing this e-mail.the customer care executives assure me that the whole amount will be refunded, but whom should I hold responsible for the financial loss to me as the 10% of the amount now i have to pay more after the refund?
                                as a customer i only have one obligation- to have sufficient amount in my account.Despite having sufficient funds why am i having this problem?

                                  Dear Team,

                                  i miss.kalpana golhait activated a new credit card from sbi before 1 yr. later 10 days i got call in the name of sbi for verification of sbi credit card or providing 2 coupons gift voucher of Rs.2500 each & demanding for credit card no. which they use to paid bills of vodafone & now till date SBI Charging Rs. 13, 238.

                                  this is kindly request for investigate about the same. i dont have vodafone number & also look from where its happens, because of this many calls i get for the same purpose to paid pending bill.

                                  pls resolve the problem,

                                  why again & again they demanding for the validity no. or other things

                                  Whats wrong has going with customer care service,
                                  again i got call or the person demanding for debit card no. or credit card no's after asking for the purpose then they rudely shouted to drop call

                                    Maine 1 S.I apne Branch Sbi behea (03643) ko diya tha 2000/- p/month Suknya account me daalne ke liye. Lekin S.I galat hone ke karan 2000/- daily deduct hone laga. jab maine complain kiya to S.I. Stop kar diya gya. Lekin Fir 287.50 daily mere Account se katne laga aur msg aya S.I. Fail. Plese Do something. Branch staff/manager fail to help me.

                                      I work as a senior consultant with one of the leading MNCs in Bangalore and had always kept SBI in high regards. I have a long association with SBI and my brother-in-law holds a very senior post in your Mumbai HO.

                                      However, this impression was quashed due to the arrogant attitude of one of your employees.

                                      I had been to your LHO, St.Marks Road, Bangalore this evening for opening a PPF account. Was directed to counter no. 13 and asked to meet Ms.Shilpa for assistance. I was pretty disappointed with her approach and the service she rendered. Found her extremely rude and possessing only half-baked information about the subject. When ever a query was put forth, she was consulting other officers for help. I wish you employ people who could provide decent customer service.

                                      It is so unfortunate that in this era where your positioning in the market depends on the service you offer, employees like this fail to value and treat customers with respect!

                                      Sorry SBI. You lost me as a customer! Nor do I think will suggest SBI as my favoured bank.

                                        Being a SBI account holder, I would like to complain regarding the issue of minimunm balance in savings account Rs. 5000/-. If a person earns only 7000 in a month, then what will he /she do with the rest 2000 rs. in her hand. Please look into the matter once, its not a over rich country, here many people runs their life with rs. 5000 only. So please make the minimum balance system as per the monthly income of a individual.
