Respected Sir/Madam,
In an attempt to book a Rail ticket through IRCTC on 1st December 2016 at 22:00 hours ...i used my SBI debit card but as i clicked on the pay option i suddenly got an error message, due to which i got the amount of the flite deducted, but failed to book the ticket...so please refund me the desired amount...i checked my transactions and found this very transaction in the name "POS PRCH
POS[protected] irctc_PayTM SBIPG" with the amount INR 2, 837.76/- deducted from my SBI account...([protected])
so kindly look into my problem and refund me the desired amount

    Respected Madam,

    I, the undersigned, am a dental surgeon practicing at Thane Maharashtra and also engaged in social work like free Dental health checkup camp and free medical facility to poor and needy.

    I have an account with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Naupada branch Thane. Details of which are as under:

    i would like to share an unfortunate NEFT transaction carried out by me inadvertently. The transactions were carried through my above account to an account at your SBI Sarai Khawaja Branch in the name of Shiv Shakti Finance Solution with account no. [protected]

    The details of transactions which are to be considered are as follows:-

    [protected], 500/- KKBKH[protected]
    [protected], 000/- KKBKH[protected]
    27-05-16. 28, 500/- KKBKH[protected]

    The transactions were made by mistake as I did not go through the details properly. I am a dentist and the funds had to be sent to my laboratory named Shiv Shakti Dental Solutions. The Shiv Shakti Finance Solutions bank details were lying in my inbox as they wanted me to deposit an amount of 1500 to be a part of their loan plan. In a bit of hurry I typed shiv shakti in my messaging search box and quickly entered shiv shakti finance solutions details. It was unfortunate that i did not realise it was finance and not dental and that it could be another account and I added them as beneficiary. However after paying the entire amount of 60000/- in three installments as above which i owed to Shiv Shakti Dental Solutions, I called them to confirm the receipt of that amount on which they said they had not received any amount. On realisation of my mistake, I called Shiv Shakti Finance Solutions on Mobile No.[protected] the details of which were available in my inbox. The Finance Company asked me to join their loan plan but since I was not interested, I asked them to revert the inadvertently transfered money to my account. After that I tried contacting them on several occasions but they had stopped responding to my calls and now the number is not reachable at all. Immediately, I personally visited SBI, Vashi branch on[protected] and requested them to hold the entire amount remitted by me as the funds put by me were not withdrawn. I felt that the finance company is fraund and not a genuine company since they did not respond to my calls neither did they approach the bank after their account was put on hold.

    I sent e-mails dated 31/05/2016 and[protected] requesting your SARAI KHAWAJA, FARIDABAD BRANCH to reverse the entire amount.
    In the process the Branch had asked me to submit an unconditional Indemnity Bond from my Bankers i e Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd in favor of SBI indemnifying unconditionally all the referred amount along with cost and charges which Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd did on 27/07/2016(a copy of the same indemnity letter is enclosed herewith for your ready reference).

    Inspite of my bankers sending several mails, reminders, telephonic calls, indemnity letter for recall of the NEFT amount, to my surprise, Mr. Prabudh Kumar, Branch Manager at SARAI KHAWAJA BRANCH sent a one line denail mail to our request. On Phone the Branch Manager said the customer is not available at the address recorded with bank and that i should go legally for getting the reversal done. As such it shows that the Shiv Shakti Finance company is not a genuine account holder andI am afraid the amount may be withdrawn by the fraudulent customer.

    In light of the above, since the branch has not considered my request for reversal of my lawful amount, for the reasons best known to him/them, i request you to kindly intervene and instruct the SARAI KHAWAJA branch to remit the entire amount of INR 60, 000/- with interest, from the date of my reporting the matter to them i.e[protected].

    I would like to reiterate once again that i am a dental surgeon practicing at Thane Maharashtra and also engaged in social work like free Dental health checkup camp and free medical facility to poor and needy. I am also in process of formation of a trust for stray dogs. As such I need this money to pay for medicines/equipment needed for the noble cause.

    I am approaching you as every effort of mine has failed to convince the branch to get my hard-earned money back.

      Dear sir, we are having our business account with panuria SBI branch . Our account number is [protected] . name- Shree Shree maa Durga transport and civil contractor . We have requested the bank for cheque books on 25/10/2016 but till date we didn't received the same . It's impossible to run our business.we can't do any payment to our parties, is it not very ridiculous that a bank is taking more than a month to issue cheque books. kindly help

        Have SBI Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.(+91 [protected]) from KYC Department at SBI on 29-Dec-2016. He (executive) told me that SBI Bank will Issue a new master Credit card. Which has got more security So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.-7840 (Same is already been debited) but he assured that it will be adjusted through reward points and the same amount will be credited to my account before generating my bill. I was hesitating to provide OTP but somehow i given OTP. immediately my account got debited with Rs.7840.
        They told me now the KYC is compulsory even they told last two transaction correctly ..I believed that they are genuine SBI guys .. after I got know the different story when I called the SBI customer care (number mentioned in the covering credit card Pack) then I got to know they are fraud dept..

        When I browsed to find out the customer care number of EPayKerala (merchant ) the phone number was not answering .. when I browsed got to kinow it Fraud merchant.

        I too received call from this number and when I started asking more questions they cut the call. It is fraud. Do not respond to calls. If they threaten to cancel your credit card, tell them to cancel, don't be afraid, they cannot do it, also now after demonetization lot of banks are issuing free credit cards. So do not worry that your card will be cancelled. Just be calm and don't panic. Report the matter to SBI and police station if still these people are calling and threatening.

          An amount of rs.122.00 deducted from my account number [protected] in sbi, pau on 1.12.2016 for recharge of bsnl number through state bank anywhere, but amount is not credited to my bsnl number and the same is told by bsnl custormer care that amount is not credited to bsnl mobile number.

          please read reference number as IGAAJAPMN3 for state bank internet banking for recharge of bsnl mobile for Rs.122.00. The amount is still not credited to my account number [protected] in SBI PAU.

              Today on 02.12.2016 I alongwith my wife went at SBI Pernem branch in order to submit the sanction order of Laadli Laxmi Scheme. while submitting letter staff who was on second counter told me to tell Bank account number for which we told him that we did not remember the bank account number for which he started to behave rudely and refused to tell the Bank account. he also told that they will not sanction the same.

                I hold a nre and a nro account with sbi, metropolics, bank, my nro cheque book has not come since the last one year, even internet banking does not work as, the profile password which i created is not accepted,.. So i cant add a beneficiary,...

                I am unable to do any transaction,

                Please send my nro cheque book urgently.. Kunal karkera.

                Even when i go to the bank, my problem is not sorted out.

                  Sir,
                  I along with my wife went to SBI Vishal Enclave New Delhi on 1st December 2016 and requested branch manager Mr Mitlesh Kumar for opening Pension account of my wife Mrs Promila Mauji. He flatly refused to open the account we asked reason, he said I have no staff, my 4 clerks are on leave. We told him that my wife took VRS from Central Government and for getting terminal dues and pension they require account number and cheque details. He rudely behaved with us and called the guard ask him how you allow us inside the bank. I tried to call my sister working in SBI Chandigarh he again instructed the guards and shouted at us you can not stand in the branch and we were forced to leave the branch with the warning I will not open your account you do whatever you want to do. It is public place and he is not supposed to behave like this with a senior citizen who have come to open the Pension account

                  Further I may submit that am retired as Sr. Manager from PNB. I served PNB for 38 years and having my all accounts there. I want to open her account in SBI because she has her salary account in your Nirman Bhawan New Delhi branch. We preferred this branch as it is near to my residence and keep all terminal dues in you bank in FD shape.

                  We felt very insulted by visiting your said branch and had very bad experience I have never expected such behavior from such a big bank like SBI and this is the worst experience of my life. By doing this act your bank has lost good customer as well as amount of Terminal dues in Fixed deposit.
                  Action taken may be advised on my mail.

                  I requested to provide net banking form to assistant manager, SBI, Korlagunta branch Tirupati. she (Ms.Hema) simply replaied that come after two days. I shocked for simple for they take two days!! are they centuary back? for online bank i should wait for two days. how they encourGE CASH LESS tranctions like this attuide of employees in bank.
                  I had changed my mobile number for sms alert. Sms alert was coming to my changing number.Unfortunately sms alert stop now.                     Today evening I recived a call from mobile number - [protected] asking SBI ATM Card details. He commented that my ATM card got locked due to non submission of KYC and need these details to open same. It is obivious that this is a fraudulent call. Hence kindly trace all Outgoing & Incoming he has done from this mobile number and cross check his conversation and today only catch him else he may switch off his mobile

                      Dear sir, i have sbi credit card, i received a call from this mob no. ([protected]) on 1-nov-2016. He (Executive) told me that we are calling from mastercard/vissa card verification department and he told all my details including my card number, full name and mailing address linked with that card and asked me to enter otp which has sent to my mobile number for verification, since he mentioned all my details i trusted he is from sbi only but finally its a fraud call, he used an amount of rs 7840 from my card. So please solve my problem and save me from this fraud.

                        I have gone to sbi, khadra branch, branch no15115, lucknow, uttar pradesh to withdraw money from my father's account no.[protected].. I had to go second time because earlier also cashier sita ram yadav had refused to give me money citing technical reasons...
                        But the manager as well as cashier again refused to give me money and misbehaved with me using foul language... They told me "do whatever you can do".. I need this money as there is a wedding in my family but the bank refuses to address my problems and give me my money... So i ask you to look into this matter and take required action against the culprit...

                          Helpline pe bola gaya tha ki kisi bhi branch me jake written me application de dena to wo apko atm pin de denge but sbi g.r.m.c. bank staff kah raha hai home branch jao lekin wo 100 km door hai to ab me home branch kaise jau aap please meri problem solve kijiye me gwalior akela rahta hu mere papa ne paise bhej diye hai par me nikal nahi pa raha hu please help sir

                                I had requested to activate my sbi internet banking to my home sbi branch located at amarwara (chhindwara), but the employee is absent from their desk and when i tried to contact him, he said come tomorrow and my work still pending . I had to submit money to my daughter who is study in another city so i heard about digital payments gateways (INB) facility, i decided to activate my inb facility, and i had also completed my all required form filling details online, only i need activation from branch side but the branch employee are so rude n uninformative about that .Always tiers to ignore my problem and postpone my request to another day which never comes .

                                pls do contact that branch and solve my problem as soon as possible

                                  I have an account in SBI Agarpara Texmaco Area branch, my complain no. 1) I have deposited a SBI cheque on 28-11-16 at 10.10 am in drop box, everybody know that same bank cheque clear same day, but it was clear on 30-11-16 after 5.00 pm, it is negligence or not, 2) after 500 or 1000 rupee note bane there is no cash in ATM under this branch for a week which I have seen because before that I do not go that ATM, 3) I have gone to ATM today for passbook update which is link failure. Why I will keep my a/c. in this type of bank, I think I will close my a/c. from this bank & open other private bank such as ICICI, Bandhan etc.

                                    I have not made any transaction for the www.foodpanda.in & surprisingly why money of rs496.46 is debited from my account on dated 23.11.2016 at 6.21pm. I also lodged on line complaint vide complaint number pg[protected].
