I along with my wife went to SBI Vishal Enclave New Delhi on 1st December 2016 and requested branch manager Mr Mitlesh Kumar for opening Pension account of my wife Mrs Promila Mauji. He flatly refused to open the account we asked reason, he said I have no staff, my 4 clerks are on leave. We told him that my wife took VRS from Central Government and for getting terminal dues and pension they require account number and cheque details. He rudely behaved with us and called the guard ask him how you allow us inside the bank. I tried to call my sister working in SBI Chandigarh he again instructed the guards and shouted at us you can not stand in the branch and we were forced to leave the branch with the warning I will not open your account you do whatever you want to do. It is public place and he is not supposed to behave like this with a senior citizen who have come to open the Pension account
Further I may submit that am retired as Sr. Manager from PNB. I served PNB for 38 years and having my all accounts there. I want to open her account in SBI because she has her salary account in your Nirman Bhawan New Delhi branch. We preferred this branch as it is near to my residence and keep all terminal dues in you bank in FD shape.
We felt very insulted by visiting your said branch and had very bad experience I have never expected such behavior from such a big bank like SBI and this is the worst experience of my life. By doing this act your bank has lost good customer as well as amount of Terminal dues in Fixed deposit.

I have one saving a/c from sbi. Account no is [protected]. I need cheque. But till date bank is not issue.
