State Bank Of India [SBI] — refund didn't get credited in my account. having arn number | |||
I took a withdrawal of 800$ on 7th June from Iqoption.com. in my visa debit card but the amount is not credited till now. I asked Iqoption.com for my refund but they told that they have sent money to me on same day. and they provided me ARN reference number to take it to bank but the Sbi bank manager didn't helped me in this matter. they told me that they can't track the payment through Arn codes. their system told have this Arn tracking. they don't even know about Arn number. they didn't helped me for this. I told them about Arn number but they didn't understand and told me that to tell Iqoption to send the amount they didn't received any amount. please help me sir I am in trouble. no one is helping me to get my money back. hope u will help more for this iam attaching a document which is sent to me by Iqoption support team. have a look on it. it is having all the required information. my account number is [protected] name Shreya gupta. ifsc code sbin0017101. my mobile number [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

See in this case of online transaction, bank branch officials cannot do anything.
All you have to do is to file up an online complaint to the bank's official website.

REMEMBER--- At the Phone call DO NOT EVER Share your account no., PIN OTP, AADHAR number or Card details for any kind of refund initiation. They are totally FAKE.
DEFINELTY many fraudsters will try to reach you. I also face a similar kind of issue. Do not panic, just follow up the required steps. Everything in this case can be done only by backend Customer care executives. Your money is safe if it's in the network of SBI.

I mailed on /cms.onlinesbi.com/CMS/ but in response, they said that even Bo cannot trace ATR number. I do not understand that if the bank ARN then trace why do we give such ATMs which they do not have complete knowledge about. This ARN number is also generated by debit card transactions, so why can they renew it.

But, i didn't get refund after expiring waiting date .they provide me an arn no...but bank tell me that this is nothing for us.i can not provide u any information from this.
