Dear sir

I am manishankar tongariya account holder in your branch nit warangal.
My account no - [protected]

The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 740509.

A refund of 449 rupees was successfully processed on 12 september 2017 to my account. This amount should have been credited to my sbh account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

I has been send to this description many time to my home branch but they dide'nt reply.

So please take action against my home branch detail mention below.

    Cashier of state bank of india (Patiala) dmw branch in patiala behave so rude. When me and my wife go to withdraw cash the cashier who wear turban they behave very rude they using abuse language also and say i have no time use your atm card. You have atm then go and use your atm card and use some abuse language also. And when i use my atm card then i go to cashier again for change of 2000 rs but he again told me i have no time. Branch code is 000521

        I have tried to withdraw 10000 from sbi atm bhawarkuwa indore second atm at[protected]:56 pm. The atm was hungd up i wait for some time then i press the clear button. After comming welcome screen transaction has not happend. I needed money so i went to idb atm next to sbi atm and i withdrawn 10000. After 5 mnt i got msg 25000 deducted from you account from previous sbi atm. Please refund the wrongly deducted amount.

          The cash deposit machine of SBI near Binovanagar branch, Guwahati is out of service for more than 80% of the business hours. The people are facing difficulty to make deposits to their bank accounts.

          I would request the authorities of SBI to look into this matter with utmost care and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

He put a general health insurance form and said it is mandatory to open a bank account... How it can be mandatory... It about to join in delhi government si post and i will be in panel in 2 month...                 Wt the funking service of sbi.. This irritating services cdm mechines or not working properly and employees olaso not working properly. I wait 3 hr in bank its tenali kothapet brach..                   Hi sir,

                  I am holding sbi credit card number xxxx xxxx xxxx 8856,
                  Sbi is charging rs. 1809.99 for the 10 days late of of rs. 66. This i never expected from sbi.

                  In the month of september 2017, the bill this credit card was generated for rs. 44072 and the due date was 24 september 2017.
                  I already paid rs. 44006 by 9 september 2017 and for the remaining rs. 66 due date was 24 september 2017.

                  I got new bill on 4 october 2017 and found the sbi has charged rs. 1899.99 just for the remaining amount of rs. 66.
                  Kindly help in getting this huge amount waived off.

                    Dear sir,

                    Please find below fraud transactions made on my sbi card by merchants mentioned against each transaction. I got a mail from [protected]@sbicard.com on 06.10.2017. They informed me that your sbi card ending with 8763 has been temporarily blocked due to suspected activity. Almost at the same time within a span of 2-3 minutes following transactions were made on my card without my knowledge and without received any otp on my mobile.

                    1) merchant name is db bahn internet berlin de amount is rs 2027.28 on 06.10.2017.

                    2) merchant name is db bahn internet berlin de amount is rs. 11576.23 dated 06.10.2017.

                    I called to customer service and made a complaint regarding the fraudulent transactions made on my credit card. They told me that i will receive the message for redressal of my complaint but no message has been received on my registered mobile. I again and again called the customer care for the redressal of my complaint but no response has been received till date. However bill of rs 14163/- for the fraudulent transactions has been raised against me for which i shall not pay a single rupee as the onus lies on the sbi card for for the fraudulent transactions. It is pertinent to mention here that i have not conveyed the card details with anyone. It seems some insider has a hand in the fraud.

                    However i have blocked my card and intimated to customer care. Please do the need full and take necessary action for reversal of the above transactions. Please reply back as soon as possible on my email id – [protected]@gmail.com

                      A refund of 999.00 inr was successfully processed on 6th september 2017 to my account by 'amazon'. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till date.

                      I have called the sbi customer service and provided the unique transaction reference number but no action has been taken as on 09/10/2017.

                      I have confirmed with amazon and they have confirmed the successful processing of the amount/refund. Request you to kindly locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to re-initiate the refund.

                          I had booked 2 bus tickets through goibibo.com on 27th september, 17, but cancelled it the same day. The amount has not been refunded yet though the cancellation was processed within an hour by goibibo. How shall i know the status of this process? According to the message by goibibo, the amount was to be refunded into the account within 5-7 working days which did not happen.

                            I had paid to indigo airline for booking amount of rs.3345.00 transaction id:jsbi[protected]igacdlfyr0 on 06/10/2017. According to indigo airline it was due amount and indigo airline didn't get any amount from sbi. So i must needed repayment on 08/10/2017 that of my journey.

Union bank of india which transferred the a/c says sbi is suppose to give interest as interest on ppf is credited once year at the end of finance year. Repeated visit to local branch has yieled no result

                              When I was using the machine I swipe my card and take option of debit with amount of 10000rs the machine did not gave me the money but they show me message the debitting 10000 rs why it is please solve my ref no is[protected] and response code is 072

                                  I got a call they said they are speaking from sbi and offered extra discount on my credit card.
                                  They said this will be in the form of various clothing and accessories.
                                  They asked for the otp and the next second i know is 7517 rupees were deducted from my card.
                                  Please help me out.
                                  Do sbi makes any call like this?
                                  If no then please help me get my money back and take strict action so that these fraudsters can't make a fool of anyone like this

                                    A manager called sekar who worked in thirukazhukundram sbi branch kept my pension book somewhere while shifting the building (2009) he also accepted that he only lost the book somewhere and promised me that he'll search and give but 3 years he was shifted to somewhere so he said to his successor (Baskar) about this issue then also baskar didn't find the book or report it to twad board where i'm getting my pension. I've also given many complaints about this but still they haven't taken any action. Twad board is telling me to get some acknowledgement from bank. Pleas take some action or reply me with whom i contact because this is a very urgent issue. So pl revert me as soon as possible

                                      We have clearing account with your branch bhanvad distjamnagr state gujrat
                                      Account no[protected] name icici bank ltd. At every month end we need balance confirmation by your branch but every month branch accountant mr. Amrutlal patel created some issue and not provide the b. C. C on time. On 3/10/2017 he provided me b. C. C of icici account with some altreation which is rejected by icici coporate team with reason branch stamp require with signature. So on 09/10/2017 i have visited the branch and requested to mark branch stamp but mr. Amrutlal patel (Accountant) has split the b. C. C of my a/c and. Throw back into dustbin. Kindly provide me reason why? He has splited the official document of icici bank. And take neccessery action against such offical who dont have basis manner of banking.

                                        On sat 7/10/17, at sbi honda sattari goa branch 6191, my deposit for housing loan instalment was denaid by cashier stating that it was not from their branch. I was supposed to be deposite rs 3000/- in 500 notes, and 100 coins of rs 10. The cashier told he will not accept ₹10 coins, you have to deposit it where i am having my loan account. I request him to take it for my savings account, which is in same branch at honda, he told that it is only wednesday they are accepting the coin. I told branch manager in this regard but he also refuse to allow me the deposit. And written note on depositing slip that coins to be deposite only on wednesday.
                                        Now i want to know is there any rule regarding this and why they have not displayed the same on counter. Normally this is happening every branch. Your staff is not ready to accept the coins especially ₹10. It will be very great full if senior look into matter seriously.
