State Bank Of India [SBI] — ticket cancellation, money not refunded yet | |||
Hi I had booked 2 bus tickets through goibibo.com on 27th september, 17, but cancelled it the same day. The amount has not been refunded yet though the cancellation was processed within an hour by goibibo. How shall i know the status of this process? According to the message by goibibo, the amount was to be refunded into the account within 5-7 working days which did not happen. Kindly help. Thank you.
