Sbi credit card department has cheated me by providing some fake gift vouchers against my yearly fee of rs 2999 + taxes.
First they promised to give me gift vouchers worth rs 5000 and all i got till now is only 500 rs m-coupon. I called up customer service more than 15- 18 times and their backend team is not investigating my issue properly and despite of solving my issue they send me a text message that my issue is resolved.
Also i have written many emails to escalation team but not getting proper response at my end.
I am raising the same complaint from last 2 months and still my issue is not getting resolved.

Also their customer care executive named meena doesn't know how to talk to customers. She was very rude and disrespectful, she put my call on hold for 3-4 minutes and transferred my call directly to feedback ivr.

Despite of paying joining and yearly fee, i am not getting those benefits from sbi as they promised.

I request higher authorities to please look into this issue and take some strict action against these fraudsters.

      Hello sir,
      I'm jagsir singh from vill bhathuan teh moonak distt sangrur state punjab (148033)
      Yesterday i went to the sbi (Before[protected] is sbp) branch moonak distt sangrur. I went there to fill the high court challan and reached there at 4 pm.
      I went to the counter no 2 and ask the person sitting there can i pay the challan here or anywhere else? But he didn't reply of my question. Firstly i thought that he didn't listen me properly, so reiterated loudly again he didn't give me any response even he was sitting freely and waiting for the system to respond. All the persons who were present in the branch looking at me that why i was shouting like that. I thought he is busy in his work so i waited for 2-5 minutes. After that i asked again in a clear voice and very peacefully, but he just looked at me once and didn't reply me.
      He ignore me totally and misbehaved. I felt so insulted.
      The person who was standing besides me told that i should go to the guard standing at the gate and ask about the process.
      Firstly i wanted to meet to the respected manager but he wasn't present at that time in his office. I waited for 10-15 minutes but no one came.
      Then i went to the guard to know about the process. He said that your challan will be filled on the same counter where you were asking from a long time.
      In the end i filled the challan at the same counter.
      I hope that you will take an action against the related employee.
      I shall be thankful to you.

        My name Tilkeshwar Kr Jha retired on 31 Jul 2017 from AFStn Hindan. My bank account no is [protected] SBI Dwarka sector 19 IFSC code 17411 . My PPO no 08/14/B/12494/2017 .l had not received pension, gratuity and commutation till date . I received my PPO on 11Aug same time A PPO reached to Chandni chowk SBI branch and they had send one copy to my Dwarka sectorI19 branch l had contacted that branch regarding pension formalities ..bank staff told me to complete KYC formalities. I asked him any more they told me nothing then after one month when l not received pension l approached branch manager on 25 SEP .then l saw bank letter copy of Chandni chowk branch lt is clearly mentioned in that letter to take undertaking from pensioner .then l told manager he told me that undertaking is not required. You come tomorrow l will talk to Chandni chowk branch regarding pension delay. Then again l approached manager on 26 Feb .then manager talked to Chandni chowk branch they told that under taking is required. So pl tell me due to manager careless Ness my pension is delayed l am in loss of minimum 25 thousand interest of my commutation and graduity.then on 26 SEP manager told me that l will get pension within 3 or 4 days we had forwarded ur undertaking . But till today l had not received anything. I do not know why due to mistake of bank staff l should suffer and l will bear loss due to bank staff .this is the type of dealing to a retired defence personal of our country . without pension how we can manage our family expenses.

        Again when l approached branch manager after 3- 4 days he is not in bank .l waited there for around 2 hours then one clerk talked to him now he told me that you will receive pension after more 4 - 5 days l do not know. Where k should approach

          I mrs. Sarika umesh jadhav, having lot of issues of sbi credit card. At the begining i used to pay regular payment of sbi card no.: [protected]. But at the time of paying the payment the staff of bank refussing to accept the cheque of above mentioned card. They were suggesting me to drop the cheque of credit card payment and i was following their instructions and i used to drop the cheque in drop box. But nobody was picking up the cheque from drop box for more than 10 days. Afterwords they started calling me for the payment though i have drop the cheque in drop box. While calling they were using bad words as will as abusing me in bad wording, even their executive missbehaving with the neighbour i used to stay on rent.in this way the outstanding payment gone beyond the limit so i won't be able to bare it to pay. Because now a days i m jobless so i cann't pay entire outstanding amount of above mentioned card. But i would like to pay it in installement mode as per my convienent. Kindly ask sbi representative to do not go on my previsous rental adress for any kind of recovrey as we dont have any kind of relation with them.in any case they conmplain about sbi executive in future about their harestment we will not be responsible for the same. So, consider my request and do the needfull.

            Today 5/10/2017 at about 10am received a phone from mobile no - [protected] and stated that my account will if i do not provide the otp for my savings a/c no - [protected] after that the following amount have been debited from my savings account.
            Details of debit :-

              Dear sir / madam.
              I am applied for credit card and they said i am eligible to get card i gave all my documents and one person from sbi came and done verification. While tracking application status in online at sbi website i found "we regret to inform you that your sbi card application could not be processed since it does not meet our policy. We thank you for your time"
              I don't know what is the reason they rejected my application i wanted to know why it has been rejected.
              I am wasted my 10days time without any proper information and finally found rejected.

                Respected sir/madam,
                As per your new rules, you have started deducting money from every persons account. It is your monopoly, without prior information you are deducting our money.
                If people not paying taxes and interest; is this new kind of manoeuvre you force so easily deduct money from common mans pocket. What happen if we are not having financial inclusion accounts, basic savings bank deposit accounts, small accounts, phela kadam and pheli udaan accounts, minors till the age of 18 years, etc. Without any issue we are maintaining 500 rs. Minimum balance, this is new kind of plunder this system taking place in the name of government and finally give excuses if your are not willing to open account in government bank go for private bank. Is it correct way to talk with our citizen? As farmer and student am not even waste my single rupee extra than what require for study.
                As we are believe in you kindly take strict action against this kind of deduction and make our citizen happy without indulging such kind of hegemony.

He didn't know the customer satisfaction and field officer sai babu also soooo irritating me. He will doesn't handle the customer. Finally they both performance is none. I have loss my patiency. So please solve my apology as soon as possible thank you

                    Sir, i am shrwan kumar choudhary am your bank's customer with account no [protected]. I withdraw ten thousand five time (Ie. 50000) from central bank of india atm garhwa road jharkhand pin 822124 on[protected] but i received only four time (Ie. 40000). Then i complained customer care they said your txn is pending. After some days customer care said please contact your home branch. We contacted branch but they said txn is successful and refused to take writing complaint. Branch manager is asking for cctv fottage of cbi atm.
                    I am not able to understand what to do. Please do something and credit my account.

                      Last day i went to sbi basirhat branch to deposit 10k in an account of sbi (Behala). They told me i have to use c. S. P to send money. There was a long line of pensioners. I came back to home. Today i send the 10000 rs. But 80 rs is deducted. Called commission charge.
                      My question is why i have to use c. S. P, why bank is not provide the service.
                      Why???

                        Dear sir

                        A refund of 3895 rupees was successfully processed on 19th july 2017 to my account by amazone. This amount should have been credited to my sbi account by now, but i have not received the refund till now.

                        I have called the state bank of india customer service and also emailed the state bank of india main branch all the details many times including the unique transaction reference number but nobody has replied or resolved the problem. No action is being taken

                        I have confirmed with amazon and they have successfully processed the refund

                        Kindly go through the charge dispute emails, locate the pending refund and follow the path back to amazon's payment processor to locate the refund.

                          I was sbi credit card holder from feb, 2004 to june 2015 and had been making timely payments for all the above mentioned periods
                          I blocked this card in june 2014 due to some reason, but had not received any new card in lieu of the blocked card. Since then, i am unable to use the services of the sbi credit card.
                          I tried to contact customer care helpline many times but no one was available to help it out.
                          I even mailed at [protected]@sbicreditcard.com and [protected]@sbicard.com regarding the same many a times but even they were unable to solve the problem.
                          To my utter surprise, bills were generated for statement dated 6 dec 2014 onwards whereas i was unable to use the services to the said credit card
                          Lastly, i gave my consent to terminate the services in aug 2015
                          Services provided by sbi credit card were really bad; it affected my cibil score also, even when there was no fault on my side.

                              1- sbi kandey kiroli manager sir first complete mudra loan document with signature date 08/05/2017 signature with 500 stamp paper and as like all loan documents then agm almora sir and bm kandey kiroli meet and reject my mudra loan.
                              (2) i have three shops navin general store kandey kiroli 262531 and pant general store kandey kiroli 262531 and mansi coaching classes and computer work berinag. All in rent.
                              (3) during demonetarisation i have very lost so i write a letter to honerable prime minister of india sir i already have loan if you make this law i want mudra loan to recover my business. From pmo it is forwarded to ministery of finance.
                              (4) dated 02/01/2017 a decision eligible borower... 10 lakh above mudra loan. It is clear i complete described my all loan situation more not lack.
                              (5) iam going to sbi kandey kiroli they are irretated and said you write i answer any and i did not give. I said please sir about three year i complete. But they said no in oral.
                              (6) again i write pmo after that 30 march branch manager sbi kandey kiroli call me and said you are report so in this time march final so 15 april i give you after discussion 5 lakh clear mudra loan. Also in that time iam borrower of that bank from first i clear it.
                              (7) i call by my mobile number he came to my shop and said your shop is small. I said after payment i take next shop. This shop is before material shop. And about three shops furniture is destroyed in this time. From my inner side shop and in devinagar.
                              (8) 16/04/2017 that date they open his mobile and vediography so many and asked you stop your one loan. I said sir in present my all assets are ruined some machine maintanance and materials mail after three year in written i write you all loan finished.
                              (9) you cheating me otherwise i have no loan required to save his officer to make three loan. They irretated.
                              (10) i again file pmopg so in this time with the help of his agm they make a plan i do not under stand it.
                              (11) dated 08/05/2017 honerable bank manager sbi kandey kiroli signature all documents and 500 stamp paper. They both think to prepare in presion me but i again same what is happening i send to again pmo.
                              (12) mr branch manager sir asked me loan is complete so do not write after this. But i think they do any thing.
                              (13) and after that 15 may 2017 his written your loan is irregular. If i already write to pmo sir my condition is this so i want mudra loan. Think about sir if i have proper way my business then why i take mudra loan and give interest bank if iam in pressure then i write and if first time said your loan.
                              (14) i file 19 pmopg every time mr branch manager sir different one line decision to responsible officer.
                              (15) i have lost sir they break my fd 25000 + 13000, and 13000 are my 13000 extra money in bank so irregular dept is not possible.

                                Sir mene do baar settlement ki request dali sbi customer care par dono reject kar di.. And then baad me ek din sbi customer care se phone aaya or unhone mujhe commit kiya ki total amount par 20 percent less karke 82666 thusand aapko pay karne he or pahele emi cash hogi 13777 and baki ke pdc cheque lagege and then mujhe phone karke kaha ki sir me aapko settlement form send kar deta hu and then fir kafi baar sbi ke payment regarding call aate to unko batata ki mene settlement dala and the wo log ye bolte ki process me he aapka settlement.. And ek din unka phona aaya or unhone kaha ki settlement approved ho gai he or fir unka kabhi bhi call nahi aaya...

                                Me jaan na chahta hu ki majak to nahi kar rahe he sbi wale ab.. Coz me ek single rupee nahi de sakta so please settlement kare and aap logo ke commitment par mene mere ghar par bhi bata diya or paise bhi advance leke betha hu but aap logo ki fake commitment se mujhe problem ho rahi he...

                                  I umrao singh negi ex army ppo no s/29449/65 had transferred my pension from treasury office pauri to sbi mehrauli new delhi - 110030 on 13th june 2017 in sbi account no [protected]. All the formaltes have been made at sbi mehrauli in the month of june.

                                  Despite my several visit/followup with bank no action has been initiated since last 4 months resulting non receipt of pension since last 4 months ie from june to september 2017. I am 88 years old ad facing a lot of financial hardships.

                                  It is therefore requested to look into matter and do the needful to release my pension on priority.

                                    I recieved a call at 2.15pm on 04/10/17 from unknown mobile no [protected] (My true caller id displays name as haree das, bihar, india)

                                    He said that "i am bank manager speaking from sbi bank bhubaneswar and informed me that due to non compliance of kyc my savings bank account and debit has been blocked by bank will remain disabled for 90 days. If you want to make debit card operative, please give me your aadhar card number and other details of debit card so that kyc compliance can be done immediately online and there will be no problem for you for withdrawing money in future through atm. I said my bank had not told or informed me anything. You are a fraud person and trying to befool me. Either you put your phone off else i shall inform your number to police for further action. When he started to scold me in filthy language, i disconnected the phone and cancelled the call.

                                    Please arrange to verify such callers by mobile tracking, so that poor customers are saved from disaster.

                                      Sir a sum of rs 12000/- is found blocked in my sb a/c[protected] since long.in spite of repeated requests the said amount is not released/cleared. I am also not aware as to why the same is blocked by the bank mentioning as lien amounts seven years back. Please do the action against the bank for the same. I got transferred the said account from jabalpur to khanna (Pb) in 2016 and when i approached to the khanna branch they told that this is not their fault.

                                      As much as customer waiting for there number to come related to it the work is very slow .and there is only 1 accountant in following branch . And no respect is given to what customer wants .
                                      SBI employees in Bank do very poor service. Bank is particular in deducting money from account holders for every single transaction but the service we get in return is very very bad. Next is the customer care service, that should not even be given 1 rating, it should be in minus. No resolution given for my issues in the bank.
                                      I got a call from unknown person.He was introducing himself as a branch manager of SBI.He was saying that your ATM card is not linked with AAdhar card.So give me your card detail .His Mobile no is-[protected].Please take action sir.

                                      With reference to transaction no. [protected]IGACBJPYT9 (through sbi net banking) dated 22.09.2017 while booking ticket through irctc, an amount of Rs. 3761.80 was deducted but ticket has not been booked/generated.

                                      Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem.

                                      Please refund back the amount as soon as possible.
                                      I got a fraud call from [protected] & [protected]. Person was naming himself as Deepak Sharma. He called me to link aadhar card with my account and withdrew huge chunk of money from the account.

                                      Kindly take the needful action at the earliest.

                                        Respected sir, i am bathina v v naga prasad, account no: [protected], chandrayan gutta branch. Sir i am withdraws money once 40000 on saturday 30 sep 2017, 11:06 pm at machilipatnam. But from my account money was debited twice (40000+40000=80000) ie 80000. I thought that within two days my money was credited to my account. Still i am not got money.
