A rs. 2000/- note with something written on it received from sbi atm, now bank refuse to accept the note. What should i do now to exchange the note. Because of government banned all new currency with written something on it. Now bank doesn't take any liability, though it comes from their atm. Rs. 2000/- is not a small amount. It is a huge loss for me now. Who can exchange my note now?

    Initially my bank account was in new katni (Mp) (Ifsc 4936).
    I requested at katni branch (Ifsc4936) for transferred account to jabalpur (Ifsc-390). And soon after my account transferred jabalpur (Ifsc390).
    When i requested to issue new atm card (As old outdated/expired), bank personnal told your account's cif number is transferred to mathura (Up) sbi branch. And you should again transfer your cif from mathura to jabalpur branch, until otherwise you can't issue atm card.

    I didn't understood when i requested at katni sbi to transfer my account jabalpur branch, then why my account cif transferred to mathura sbi branch.

    If there is any clerkage mistake by sbi personnal, then why should i adwised by sbi authority to go mathura and arrange retransfer.

      Hi, i am sanjay kumar (Mob: [protected]). On 7th of june 2017, i did a transaction of rs. 20, 000 from sbi at, matiyala village area at 8:18 am morning. Amount was deducted from my account but withdrawal amount was rs.18, 000 only. I was trying to complain to guard but guard was not there on that time. I have tried a lot on customer care but still it's not connecting.

      Kindly note down my complaint and send money back to my account. Also try to create some complaint mail ids where we people can easily claim for such kind of cases.

        Dear sir,
        I have a sbi credit card no. X x x x x x 5734, which i have used on 17.03.2017, then after sbi representative called me or message me on april, 2017 about flexi pay emi scheme in which i have convert the amount to emi in 12 months equal installment and the issues they offer me on 7.5% and after my nod, they agree and said your amount will converted on this interest rate, but in stead on this rate, they converted on @14.5% or increased the rate of file charge also and make emi on that rate. I also report this problem to consumer forum and docket no. 294358. I have mails and messages regarding the offer, which offered me on prior dates. So, my humble request to you is that, please concern my issues as soon as possible.

          Attention :

          Received call on today from no +[protected] that your atm card is being blocked. Please share aadhar card as well as atm card no to avoid this. This is annual verification of sbi and calling as manager sbi, samba
          After sharing information received otp from sbi on my mobile and shared one of it and other not shared due to some meeting.
          After this verified from sbi customer centre they refused for any call and suggested to block that atm
          After checking my statement he has withdrew rs 4900/- after sharing the password and on my phone these messages were found.

          976193 is your one time password for online purchase of rs 4900.00 at ucobank thru state bank debit card ending 3898. Don't share this with anyone.
          228160 is your one time password for online purchase of rs 5000.00 at sbibuddy thru state bank debit card ending 3898. Don't share this with anyone

            I have deposited rupees 6000/- through sbi cdm to my card linked account, but only 5500 credited to my account.
            I have given a written compliant, but even after 48 hours the problem isn't resolved

            I did the transaction on 07/06/2017 at 9.30 pm in trivandrum of kerala at sbi trivandrum branch cdm.

              Dear team,

              I had sbi card no: [protected], during 2007. I have paid the amount till august-2007 and tried to reach to customer care to close my card for around one year through mails, and called customer care there is no response. But during that time i have paid all the amount, it is due to annual charges and some insurance which i did not approve.

              Recently after around 9+ years i have received a call from sbi team asking to pay the amount 15, 000.

              Please help me to close the card, i do not want to affect the cibil score because of this, same time i may not able to pay the amount which i did not agree/approved.

                    I was using hdfc bank and this account is linked with my adhaar number and i am getting my subsidy amount in to this account. Currently i have changed my account no to sbi and confirmed that adhaar is linked with sbi also. But i m not getting subsidy amount in to my new sbi account, now also its going to my old hdfc account, which i am not using.

                    How to share the details with npci server for getting my subsidy amount in to my new sbi account

                      I have to inform that i m resident of ashok vihar, visiting ashok vihar branch 3- 4 times to open my saving account and ppf account... But assistant are not solving the problem properly very slow in work and after that they said time is over or its lunch time and their lunch time of one hour 2-3 that time and moreover this branch is open is last year not more that 5-6 months and its very untidy.

                        I have sbi credit card number - [protected] against my fixed deposit of state bank of mysore and on 15 may 2017 i have closed my card by paying all the dues and same day i have applied for lien or hold removal from my f. D of state bank of mysore and on 26 may 2017 i got a text message from sbi with service request number[protected] in which, dear sbi cardholder, your request for fd lien removal for card no. Ending xxxx5665, has been initiated. Your request would be closed within 5 working days. Please note the service request no.[protected] for your reference, has been written but till now i didn't get any responsible feed back rather than there costumer care executive keep on saying that sir your lien will be removed in 2 days please be with us only for 2 days but now it's been more than 10 days and till now my lien has not been removed and i need money very urgently and please i need a serious action against this the supervisors of sbi credit card named rahul, pushpender, sudhanshu whenever i talked with them they said me that your lien will be removed by the evening and they will call me to inform that your lien has been removed but i didn't get any call back from them and i also need action against them they are from sbi cards & payment services pvt ltd. Dlf infinity towers, tower c, 12th floor, block 2, building 3 dlf cyber city, gurugram (Gurgaon)-122002, haryana (India) and they all are supervisors as they told me on phone call

                          I am doing my mba internship in bangalore and have my sbi account in indore, madhya pradesh.
                          The bank in bangalore is not accepting my dd for clearances stating that it need to be submitted at your account branch only or i need to transfer my account to bangalore.
                          It is useless for me transfer my account to bangalore for one year.
                          Whereas, my branch manager clearly told me that i can submit my dd in bangalore also.
                          What should i do.

                            This is to bring to your notice that my monthly installment got deducted even after closure of the car loan.

                            I had taken a Car Loan from SBH, Vikrampuri, Secunderabad branch on March, 2015 and have closed the loan on 15th May, 2017, however the monthly installment got deducted this month (June) as well.

                            I raised a complain however no one was available even to address it. I was said that there are so many complains we cannot look into everything, moreover the person who looks into it is on leave and there is no one to assist. I do not understand how such a big bank has so much staff scarcity. In that case please let the customer know that they have to wait for months for their complaints to be addressed.

                            The next day I was asked to come to the branch even though it was 60 KM away from my house, must acknowledge the great service here, as the person in charge said he cannot work on it through sms/email, not sure this was because of his laziness or lack of technical knowledge.

                            I skipped my office and went to the branch just to raise the complain. The person in charge, Srinivas Rao greeted me with 'cant i just be on leave for a day, next day people come and eat my head'. The guy continued to ask me irrelevant questions and kept mocking me time and again.

                            He went on to mention that it was the fault of HDFC Bank wherein we have the account, that they credited the money... hats off to the logic!!!

                            I have no idea when my money will come back, or if it will ever come. The behavior of the bank employees clearly states that we are a burden and not customer for the bank. We have been treated like we have stolen some money from the bank.

                            Please work on it and escalate the matter if needed.

                                At the time of submission application for sbi card.. I was assured a voucher of rs 3000 + 2 movie ticket per month has not been provided to me till yet.
                                And even the request for auto debit is also not been considered till yet though i have already completed all the formalities in this regard through a employee named nitesh. Due to this i m being charged unwanted interest since i m utilizing my sbi card.
                                You are requested to deduce my extra amount to original amount.
                                Kindly discard my sbi credit card.. And i don't don't to continue with it in future.
                                If my complaint will not be considered, i will approach the consumer court.

My grievance is th bank has denied me the facility of education loan. My father and family is very old customer of sbi family. I myself have the account in sbi.                                       I am sorry to write that i submitted my complaint on 26.04.2017 to sbi baru sahib (11784), hp. Regarding a fraudulent entry from my a/c no.[protected],. An amount of rs.1000.00 was debited from my above account on 12.01.2017. Wide.. Upi/[protected]/[protected]@upi. I noticed this entry from my account when i got my passbook completed on april 2017. I lodged a complaint with the branch manager. Almost 40 days are gone, still my branch manager is unable to give me proper reply. Hence the complaint. Regards, mohinder singh matta. Mob.                                         I have paid my passport fees through syndicate bank debit card on 23rd march 2017. The transaction was failed twice. The amount was deducted twice. I called the customer care several times and they informed me to contact sbi. I have sent them several mails but have not received any reply. I also tried their bank number but no response from their end. Is sbi is having such bad process and infrastructure in its core banking? Mr. Modi is asking everyone to use digital transaction. Even people with highest computer literacy are struggling to get back our paid amount, what will happen to illiterate people? When i spoke to customer service at passport kendra, they are telling it is sbi issue and they have to resolve. To whom do i need to contact now to get back my amount. Very bad experience and don't know about sbi & passport office taking a joy ride on their customers in india.

                                        Its been more than 2 months and still i have not received my refund amount

                                        Please reverse and refund the money asap.
