Sir, i m holding salary account no.[protected] in sbi, bedi bundar road branch, jamnagar, gujarat. Since last april, 2017 i 've requesting the bank to get my passbook front page printed as this can be done only in the home branch. I have been told that the printer is out of order and the service engineer's services has been called for. It is more than two months the printer is neither repaired nor replaced with a new one.
I m very badly required to submit copy of front page of the pass book to lic for settling my claim. This delay has caused immense difficulty and the branch is not taking any positive step to meet the customers needs and the staff working in the branch are highly lethargic, nonchalant and have no sense of duty/devotion leave aside the manager.
Kindly look into the matter and the needful. I often hear people voicing not to transact in sbi and even pensioners are thinking of shifting their accounts to other banks because of this poor service.
