I have raised a complaint against premium deduction amount rs 2000 from my sbi home loan account by racpc Iyyapanthangal branch.

This amount was deducted without my knowledge or confirmation from my side.

I had also given a call to cancel the insurance immediately after i received sms on Insurance for annual premium of 2000 from SBI

Even after requesting not to opt me for the home content insurance of 5 lakhs, SBI has deducted 2000 rupees from my home loan account.

I request them to refund me the amount and cancel the Insurance.

    Hello, sir, i padmavathi rangaraju holding loan account no as hl/od-mortgage account no [protected] is requesting you to kindly ask the related bank people to provide me back the property papers we mortgaged though it been past one year we cleared loan as on[protected]. Sir for the same my husband has visited many times and the last time he visited was on july 13, 2019, as he fell sick expired later in august. Again in december my brother who stays in ireland visited the office and requested miss neelam a responsible person from the office she did give phone no for further inquiry but sir only for couple of times she responded next not lifting calls. Sir this property belongs to my parents and now are too aged father 81 mothers 71 years they cannot come to bank nor can do calls many times and myself being working in a private organization cannot take many leaves as at the end salary matters for cutting. So this is reason why iam logging complaint hoping i shall be justified through this option or had to take another option in search your staff are rude in talking too but that fellow is retired now. Try to understand the sensitive situation and do necessary help

        Hello there,

        Rajesh garg here owner/prop. Of anmol marketing, my account number is [protected] on the name of my company anmol marketing. It is my current account in your bank from approximately 10 years,
        My branch is ludhiana sme hosiery bahadur k road branch. The branch manager told me to give my cc renewal documents to fountain chowk branch because sme branch has a habit of mishandling documents. They lost my documents last to last year also. So i deposited documents at fountain chowk branch to prabhjot employee, he took documents from me himself and he said he will deposit them and process but now my current account is deactivated and prabhjot said he don't know anything and told us to do whatever you want etc. This is tottaly unacceptable misbehavior, misguidance and fraud. I ask to the bank where are my documents? Which i have given. Why my cc limit is deactivated? Who is responsible? I request you to take action asap or i will carry this matter forward and convey all my fellow business friends to deactivate their current accounts in your fraud bank.

          Dear sir/madam,
          My account has debited rs.147.50 from my sbi bank account. The message i have seen was from bz-cbssbi at 6:58 am on 26/02/2020. This deduction is done without my acknowledgement. I can clearly remember that i haven't any transaction at 6:58 am on 26/02/2020. I checked my statement and it was showing my debit of same amount. Please help me to get back my money.

            I purchased a realme c3 phone by paying through my debit card a sum of total 7999 rupees and then cancelled it for some reason. It's been more than 11 days and i haven't got my refund.

            Flipkart says they already have initiated the refund and told me to contact the bank's customer care. I contacted to the customer care but they told me to contact flipkart again and both are saying the same thing again and again.

            I don't really what to do in this stressful situation. Please help me and credit the due amount to me as early as possible.

My gas subsidy amount was regularly credited to my account but unfortunately since last 01/12/2016 my subsidy amount was not credited to my account.                                 Kindly help me on below issue.

                                I was staying at Hyderabad and using my SBI credit card daily purchases and I used my card on 30th May 2019 as well in one of the consumer shop.

                                On dated 31st May suddenly I got a message for value of 10, 000.00 and 2, 000.00 deducted from my SBI card and no OTP received as well. Immediately on the same day with in 3 hrs I called SBI customer care and blocked the card.

                                I never shared my card details with anyone, I was in Hyderabad and how come someone can withdraw money on my card from Mumbai?

                                Bank people harassing me to make the payment and adding late fee charges and other charges and they keep on sending me the monthly statement.

                                    I have a fastag issued by SBI, which shows deduction of Rs. 110 on date 24.02.2020 in account of debit adjustment. but I have not traveled on 24.02.2020 by any means my tag is with me in my office in car parking but system shows deduction of Rs. 110 against debit adjustments with message "Debit_Adjustment34161FA[protected]A4AD80"
                                    No one from SBI is listening about it.

                                      Dear sir, mr shankar from sbi, delhi calling me continuously and using absuses regarding some loan of vijender ruhela, shahdara, delhi. He is saying my reference is given by mr vijender ruhela and now he is defaulter of credit card loan. Neither sbi taken any consent from me before giving cc to him nor before loan. Now, they are calling with new numbers and forcing me to connect mr vijender ruhela. Due to some dispute, i don't have any contact with mr vijender ruhela. We don't even talk to each other.

                                      Now, on the basis of reference without my consent/permission, instruct to your staff/recovery agent, not to call me directly or indirectly. Contact to mr vijender only.
