today that is 23rd of August again received a call from the number [protected] asking for atm pin . And on telling that the call is being recorded and we will go to the police he started abusing me and cut the phone after that.

Received a call from no. [protected] on 22nd august. telling that he is sbi manager our atm ia blocked if we want to renews it or not. and asked for PIN number. On asking few questions from our side he started abusing and telling all sorts of bad words. plz enquire further on this otherwise this person would repeat it with others too.
Sir I SATISH KUMAR my amount no.is [protected] I reachage RS.220 from include free rewards points (199+21) my balance is cut but my reachage not complete my transactions ID is[protected] and POS no.[protected].Please check my problem and solved it. Thanks
SBI BRANCH OSIAN 5484 Account opening form not available in hindi . Menejar is not percent . कर्मचारी काम में बिना रूची लिए टाइम पास कर रहे है। बैंक के हेल्पलाइन नंबर पर कोई फोन नही उठाता है।

    I am not an sbi customer, someone from my relative has not paid some loan or credit card payment which i am not aware. The recovery agency is calling & harassing me daily on my office landline. I hold a senior position in an mnc & my professional image is at stake. My employer has warned me that at office such calls should not come to office landline & i should deal it personally. I requested the recovery agency to call on my mobile. They are not doing so. Every day i am harassed over phone. Please suggest what should i do. My emial id is [protected]@hotmail.com

      Hi sir/madam, my name is srinivasan a [[protected]; [protected]@gmail.com], from chennai. I have sbi account in taramani branch, chennai.in an emergency situation[protected], i need of money and i requested my father to deposit amount of rs. 50000 [fifty thousand only] to my account from gingee branch. He approached the bank and enquired the bank staff regarding the deposit charge. The staff has replied that "the deposit amount should not exceeds 25000 [twenty five thousand only] per day for an account". He asked many times, but the bank did not accept it and my dad came out from bank and informed me. I was shocked and called to sbi customer service and they clearly said there is no limit to deposit from anywhere (Even from outside of chennai). I stuck with this irresponsible response by the bank [gingee] branch. This is not the first time. Even for many times for any kind of enquiries they [sbi - gingee branch] are not response properly and they set their own rules without obeying government act. I saw lively people are suffering a lot by this irresponsible behaviour by the staff from this branch and i experienced personally many times. So, i request the complaint department should bravely take action against the behaviour of the staffs from this particular branch. Many branches from the rural area are facing this same issues. Please take action. Thanking you.

      आज 26 अगस्त 2017 को सुबह 10.17 को जब मै स्टेट बैंक सरोरा, नगर पालिका बिरगांव जिला रायपुर छत्तीसगढ़ के एटीएम से 2000 रूपये निकाला तो एटीएम से फटा वाला नोट निकला अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि ये फटा हुवा 2000 रूपये का नोट को बदलकर मुझे दूसरा नोट प्रदान करे

        Sir, my account no is [protected], cif no-[protected], ifsc-sbin0017955, at dihadol branch sbi. I opened my account in the home branch of dihadol and received the bank passbook. But when i am transact in the branch they are saying that your account had opened any another centre not in the bank. When i want to know the details of the centre the branch manager says that their have no information to saying us. So what can i do. I was gone to the bank 4 times for any solution but their is no result. Plz resolve my problem.

          My father wants to withdrawal money from my sbi account. My home branch is ghhodeshwar (Solapur) but now i am in kolkata. I am unable to visit my home branch and i do not have an atm card as well as internet banking user_id. Also registered mobile number is missing. Also i do not have a checkbook. Kindly provide the way how to withdrawal money from my sbi account.

          Refund from amazon not received yet.

            I diptimayee sahu having an account in the sbi, kaptipada, odisha account number [protected]

            When i tried to withdraw rs 1000 from my account number [protected] on 25th august around 2.30 pm from the atm cash 5616 +sbi masjid moth new delhi at the time atm machine take long time around 5 munites then after message shows unable to process your transaction and i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.

            But when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.
            State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            State Bankof India Imposing penalties to MOD SB Accounts for non-maintenance of average balance though adequate amounts available in respective accounts which is unjustified. Banking system should by default should take care of required balance by reverse sweep from MOD Credit balance.
            I have cancelled an order placed on amazon.in of a black backpack for which refund of 2990 was processed by them on 8th august but i have not received it yet.The Authorization Code (Refund Reference Number) for the transaction is 499460. I have called on toll free number but there is no response call me on [protected]
            Hello SBI, I purchased a phone from PAYTM and immediately cancelled my order which was refunded to me by PAYTM. But i still haven't received the refund in my bank account and it has been 3 days since they refunded the amount.

Ad from the last 20 days bank employee and manager give me next day every day. Every time bank manager and their employee have rudely behave with us. My father is an old man also he was an govt employee now tell me what i should.

                I am credit card holder with the sbi credit card. I would like to inform you that i have shooped rs. 6950 against my card but the bank debited approx rs. 11500 to my credit card account. I am suprprised & unable to under stand how this amount debited to my account. So please revert & reverse the unnecessary charges debit by the bank.

                  I used bharat qr code in sbi anywhere app to pay recharge for tata sky for an amount of rs. 350 on 19th august 2017. This amount of rs. 350 is deducted from my bank account. But tata sky did not get it.
                  Please return the money as it is not received by tata sky. Please note the qr reference number is 723116a00044, there is no transaction number shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care.
                  State Bank of India [SBI] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  I used bharat qr code in sbi anywhere app to pay recharge for tata sky for an amount of rs. 300 on 3rd September 2017. This amount of rs. 300 is deducted from my bank account. But tata sky did not get it.
                  Please return the money as it is not received by tata sky. Please note the qr reference number is 724619A00052 there is no transaction number shown in account statement due to which i can not file proper complaint with sbi customer care.
                  I used bharat qr code in sbi anywhere app to pay recharge for Tata Sky for an amount of Rs.400 on 7th September 2017. The transaction showed successful and the amount of Rs.400 was deducted from my bank account. As Tata Sky didn't recharge, on contacting Tata Sky have advised me to raise CHARGEBACK request as they didn't receive the amount. Pl look into the matter and credit back the above amount to my A/c.

                  Please note my QR Payment Ref. No: 725019A00035 and was TRANSFER TO[protected] as per the Bank Statement for Rs.400.00. As the Txn Id/UTR No. is not mentioned in the Bank Statement, I am unable to make complaint to SBI Customer Care.

                      There was amount being debited from my account in the past weekz however i haven't made any transactions from a long time and i called the helpine number to ask about it and they tell you have to register to phone banking and when done they tell that my password would be sent to my registered phone number to which the password is never sent to me and when i call the helpline number again they tell me to try registering it again and when i do it for the second time, the voice message tells me that my account is already been registered for the phone banking however i'm still unable to know my password and when i finally speak to your employee he tells to use an alternative way which is tpin and when doing that says your account is already registered and password will be sent to you. So basically i have to wait for ages now to know about my amount being debited inspite of no transactions being done by me right? Because when i call the helpline numbers and speak to employees they don't tell me anything unless i give them my password, please tell me how would i give you the password when i haven't received one yet after numerous tries!

                        I was trying to recharge my tata sky account using sbi bharat qr scan through m visa scan process using online internet banking. The amount has been debited but the same was not credited to tata sky. I have enquired the same from the merchant but they have confirmed not to have received the amount. The recharge was for rs. 1020 and the transaction id is 723820a00004. Date of transaction is 26.08.17 and my account no. Involved in this transaction is [protected] with sbi mithanpura, muzaffarpur, bihar.

                        Arrange for an early refund of the deducted amount.

                            Online transfer of gbp 147.39 (Invoice from publisher for purchasing book) was made on 07.02.2017 from sbi account number [protected] [branch code: 9061]. Since the book not received, after learning from publisher a complaint was registered with sbi. Sms-message had come confirming the payment. But the publisher says that it not a sufficient proof. Publisher wants ‘swift mt103’ as proof.

                              I purchased a mobile phone from dawar international pvt ltd gurgaon using my debit card on 19/06/2017 for 10, 500/-. But, payment was deducted twice.. Sbi is telling that dawar international pvt ltd gurgaon got the money twice. But, dawar is telling that they received only one payment. I talk to dawar accountant daily. Also, i complained sbi bank many times. But, no outcome is there till date. Also, i am trying to go through you. But, your site is also not working... Please take this case at highest priority.

                                  Dear sir, i (Vijaya tripathi) deposited rs 2, 15, 000/= in my saving a/c.in home branch but there rs 59/= debit ni the a/c as excess deposit amount. Bank staff also failed to explain for the deduction as they it is happening "on line". Bank no circular made for that. If any restriction for cash deposit should be know & will take care for excess deposit charges. It charges to be reimburse back in my saving a/c.

                                    I've tried my online personal banking. Inspite of giving true userid n password details, every time they deny access stating wrong uid-pp. Then locked it for a day stating three failed attempts. Insiteof no fault of mine i sbmitted forgot uid-pp & cmpltd all the procedure maticulsly still they locked my profile id. This happns wth this ppl evry now & then. Worser than worst service.

                                      I bring to your kind notice that i made transaction on jio.com website through sbi net banking using user id and password for rs 99.00 (For jio membership) on 01.03.2017.
                                      The above said amount deducted from my sb account but not transaction successful.
                                      I filed online complaint.
                                      Bank give online sbi complaint/ resolution status against my ticket no. Pt[protected] date 30.7.2017 as follows:
                                      “ as confirmed with merchant transaction id igaawrprq5 has been successful and settled on 02.3.2017 with ref. No. Du68206248. For further details kindly contact your merchant”.
                                      But, the merchant jio.com against my service request no. Sr00000byua1 stated that
                                      We couldn’t trace your transaction as per our records. Also the jio advised me to contact the payment source for the clarification in case declined.

                                        I was filling up form of d. El. Ed teacher training form at dled. Nios.ac.in and had made a payment of rs 4511.80 by using my sbi net banking and through citrus payment gate way while making payment. It said that"your transaction not be accepted due to following reasons" "transaction succesful".

                                        The payment at sbi was successful but at nios failed.

                                        So i request you to please refund it to my account

                                        I am giving details kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.
