I have saving bank account in your Dodhapur SPL branch (High Court Campus), my account no is [protected]. I have done the cash transaction from Allahabad Bank ATM machine on 14/03/2017 at 13:37 but I got that the transaction have been cancelled and same massage has also reflected on screen of AMT machine and transition receipt also. But my account has been debited by Rs. 10, 000.00 We have done complain 3 to 4 times in your local branch but nigher said amount credited in my account till date nor getting any satisfactory reply from your local branch. I have done the complain about the wrong transaction to your customer care department and the department has lodge the complain accordingly. The complain no. is as under – 1. [protected] Therefore, your goodself are requested to kindly check the above wrong transaction and credit the amount of Rs. 10, 000/- (Ten thousand only) in my saving account. Kindly provide me to change my exam centre which I opted for po exam as I am unable to reach to Delhi due to unfortunate reasons here in pune.
There must be some provision in application procedure of state bank PO exam for the cases like me where due to some emergency a candidate becomes unable to reach exam centre.
