Given below is the summary of communication done with sbi nodal officer.
Even after clearing my o/s dues in 2012, i am being harassed for the dues with interest and late payment penalty.
For two years after making the payment there was no call from their side for any o/s. Suddenly after 2 years i started receiving calls and messages.
I have replied to them umpteen no of times and explained to them that there is no o/s. But none of the calling person or the mails written to the nodal officer are able to understand and are forcing me to make the payment.
Every time a new person calls up or a new officer replies to my mail.
Now it has reached such a point that it has become a mental harassement.
As a last resort i am contacting you to kindly help me in the matter.
Request you to please go thru the below mail content written to the nodal officer. This is just, only one of all the mails written to them.
Note : honestly this people are harassing and forcing me and i am fed up and has turned in to mental harassment replying and explaining to them.
Kindly help me in clearing the issue as this is effecting my credit scores too.

However am surprised to note that my no is not reachable as mentioned. I used to receive regular followup calls for the o/s amount from your side on the same no.
Let me reiterate once again that i have always replied to the calls received from your side and explained them the whole past history and informed them that there is some error somewhere and that payment against the cc has already been done in 2012 itself.
I may have received umpteen no of calls from your side and every time a new person used to call up and i used to patiently explained them the whole history, but they some how were not able to either understand and help me in closing the case. They just kept on calling and then when they were not able to give me proper explanation would disconnect the phone.
I have had a tremendous mental torture every time i received their call but still i replied to each and query raised by them and then they would just disconnect the phone. It always seemed that they were just following up to extract the money from me. They were least interested in closing the issue.
So ultimately i had to write this mail to you hoping that you would understand and close the case. But here too it seems the same.
I am ready to reply to any call from you or am also ready to speak on the nos given by you provided you clear that there is no o/s to be received from me.
I would like a promise from you that after speaking the case will be closed. I will not be paying any money that you say is o/s, as i had already cleared my o/s dues in 2012.
After which i had not received any communication from your side for any o/s for 2 years or else the same would have been closed at that time.
Today we are talking on it in the year 2019.
I again repeat there is some mistake on your side while accounting. For proof you can check your records which confirms that o/s against the card has been paid in 2012.
Once again i request you to close the case and stop harassing me for any o/s or else unwillingly i will have to approach the consumer forum and explain them that you are harassing me and not closing the case and that the payment has already been done from my side in 2012, which is reflecting in your records.
Awaiting a closure resolution from your side at the earliest.
