THIS IS TO BE BROUGHT TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT I, SHABNAM, STATE BANK OF PATIALA A/C NO[protected], MADE A TRANSACTION AT 7:20 P.M., on 6th JUNE, 2009 AT SECTOR 15, VINAYAK PLAZA, GURGAON, ATM ID S1AN00156509 AND ATM ID S1CW2569 FOR Rs. 4000/- EACH SO TOTALLING TO Rs 8000/-. AT THAT TIME, BOTH MACHINES SHOWED A TRANSACTION ERROR AND DID NOT PROCESSED MY TRANSACTION, I DID NOT GET MONEY.
WHEN I WENT TO SBI ATM, ID S1AN00156509, I MADE A TRANSACTION OF Rs. 4000/- THERE, BALANCE IT SHOWED WAS Rs. 2500/- WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN Rs 10, 500/- AS I HAD AN INITIAL BALANCE OF Rs 14, 500/-. I GOT ONLY Rs 4000/- & MY REDUCED MONEY WAS 12, 000/-.
AFTER SOME TIME I WENT FOR MINISTATEMENT, IT SHOWED A BALANCE OF 6500/-. SO, MY Rs 4000/- HAVE NOT BEEN RETURNED. PLEASE TAKE A QUICKER ACTION AS I AM A STUDENT AND NEED MONEY. I SHALL BE VERY THANKFUL TO YOU FOR A QUICK AND FAVOURABLE ACTION AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

i draw it in your kind notice that my name is gurmukh singh having state bank of patiala ac/no [protected].Few months ago i have missed my ATM card.when i go to the bank first time for the disconnection of atm he disconnected the servise and he ask me to write a letter about that...i had written and submit 100 rupees in the account of the bank and attached the reciept to the application and submit to the bank officer i cant know their name ...but he cant do anything on thatapplication...after that second time when i go their he ask me that come after 15 days and your ATM will come at home.i wait but their is no responce from the bank...and the third time he ask me to go and meet the madam... the madam ask me that i have see the past record but their is no data related to my quary...but she fill a online form andsbmit it after that i have got a new ATM at my home and receive password from the bank on dated 13/10/09.when i check it outside in the ATM machine i have found a error and i go to the sir which issued that to me ...he again move me on the other end of the madam and madam says that you cant read it go to the home and read it again and than use the atm card...is that their responcibility to deal with the costmer like that...so i cant use the ATM service... so you are requested please take a action on that issue so that no one treat in future like that...Letter ref no 50087--->ED[protected]IN received with ATM card ...and related to pin 50087 S9956/C13
