I placed order for a phone cover on 21.11.21 and I received the Order receipt too. Later on 21.11.21 I received another mail from Stayclassy mentioning that my order is incomplete. But my order was complete and money was deducted from my bank account and I have received a mail about successful payment. Now when I am visiting Stayclassy website but it is not showing my order and I am unable to track it or do anything about it.
I send them emails but received no response and also tried calling the help center but no avail. I want to know if my order has been placed or not because my money has been deducted.

I have placed an order for a pop cover from stayclassy on 19 Nov 2021 but I have still not received any update on the delivery status. When I enter order I'd it shows that there is no order. You have taken the money but there is not responsibility of informing from your end. I have also applied for change of phone number but there is no confirmation email that it has been done.

I ordered 2 tee shirts from them on 9th Nov and its now 16th Nov and they havnt even shipped my item yet. I emailed and called them only to get absolutely no response. the number seems to fake and the other number apparently doesn't receive any calls. my money has gone to waste.

Placed order on 6 Nov 2021 got 2 emails 1 from stayclassy and 1 from ccavenue about payment confirmation, but there is no way to track order customer care email doesn't response and Phone number doesn't work.
Stay away from this website they are looting money.

they are good, just because they are new they don't have everything in their website, but just wait for few days after placing order, you will get email tracking id every thing within 7-8 days.

Ive placed my order and received a mail saying that my order is confirmed. But then theres a problem in tracking my order and did not receive a single mail regarding ghe shipment. And when i tried to contact them through the number viven in that first mail which i reciedved tell that all incoming call for that number are blocked. I already paid ₹548 for it.

I had ordered 4 cases for oppo F15 on 30th October 2021. Today I received the order but only 3 cases were sent. I didn't get the 4th one which was the costliest among the 4 ordered.
Order no is 4042863.
I have sent a mail regarding this to their mail, but there's no reply.
I have the proofs of ordering 4 cases and got only 3.
I want the 4th case or the total refund of not given case.
I have attached here the screenshots of payment and the receipt. The clear mobile case worth 249/- is not sent.
Look into it ASAP.

I placed an order on 3rd November 2021 of a t-shirt on phone pay money is deducted order is not showing on there website as well as I can't track my order. Reading lots of positive reviews about stayclassy from youtube and insta never know this much disappoint from stayclassy. Don't know whether I will get my product or not . They are not replying on instagram also.

I ordered a phone case on 19th. It was prepaid. For first two days when I tried to track it, it said "waiting for pickup" now it says Tracking ID/ Order ID does not exist.
Where is my order. Also if you don't pick up the phone what do you provide with the number. I've sent mail 3 times but no reply.

I have gave order on Oct 18 and the delivery was supposed to happen on Oct 24 but when I tracked the order it is saying customer not available where as I haven't received about a phone call about the delivery . When I tried to acknowledge this issue to stay classy team via email the mail delivery subsystem is saying address not found.i hope you can find a solution to the issue
