I had ordered 4 cases for oppo F15 on 30th October 2021. Today I received the order but only 3 cases were sent. I didn't get the 4th one which was the costliest among the 4 ordered.
Order no is 4042863.
I have sent a mail regarding this to their mail, but there's no reply.
I have the proofs of ordering 4 cases and got only 3.
I want the 4th case or the total refund of not given case.

I placed an order on 3rd November 2021 of a t-shirt on phone pay money is deducted order is not showing on there website as well as I can't track my order. Reading lots of positive reviews about stayclassy from youtube and insta never know this much disappoint from stayclassy. Don't know whether I will get my product or not . They are not replying on instagram also....

I have ordered a case on 28th of October.I received a mail of my order that is being processed. But after that I couldn't track my order and I have not received any response from their side. It's a paid order. I need it to be delivered as soon as possible. I don't want my money to be wasted....

I ordered a phone case on 19th. It was prepaid. For first two days when I tried to track it, it said "waiting for pickup" now it says Tracking ID/ Order ID does not exist.
Where is my order. Also if you don't pick up the phone what do you provide with the number. I've sent mail 3 times but no reply....

I have gave order on Oct 18 and the delivery was supposed to happen on Oct 24 but when I tracked the order it is saying customer not available where as I haven't received about a phone call about the delivery . When I tried to acknowledge this issue to stay classy team via email the mail delivery subsystem is saying address not found.i hope you can find a solution to the issue...

Kindly try and understand the issue that I'm facing. I placed an order for the phone cases on 27th September 2021.

I got an email from your delivery company saying the order has been delivered, when I checked, it showed that it has been dropped at some other state. After seeing that, I have tried contacting your customer support services so many times but still haven't received any convincing response....

Order ID #[protected]_2709 was placed on 27 September 2021.It was supposed to reach by 5 October but it was delayed for more than 1 week and when enquired delivery agency told that they lost it on their way .So I need a refund as soon as possible...

I had previously mailed the company regarding my order but have recieved no updates from their side and also I am not able to contact anyone from the phone number that is given on stayclassy.in website and it is a fake number.

They are not giving my refund. They are showing that they had refunded but it hasn't initiated in my account....
