Ordered a back case on[protected].. I ve not yet received the product.. Even the helpline is not reachable... No option for cash on delivery so paid through paytm.. My order id is 1439251.. I ve not received any notification about the tracking of the order... I ve not received any mail regarding this.. Fake website... I want my money back or the product that was ordered to be delivered...

    Hi i had recently ordered 1 phone cases with order number 1431394 for which i had also made online payment. Since then there is no update on the order. Neither of their customer care and mail ids are working. There is no communication from their end. It’s a fake site just cheating people.
    How can we communicate with them and resolve the issue. Anyone who had gone through this problem please let us know a solution for this.

        I had placed an order for redmi y1 back cover on 11/12/2018 in id 847056. I did the payment via netbanking then and there but until now didnt receive the product. I had sent a mail regarding the same on 13/12/2018 but was left unanswered. When i contacted then 3 days back, they told me the payment was not doneeven though i had sent them the online payment receipt. I need my money back.

                  Order# - 1286654

                  I had ordered 4, iphone 5s covers for rs.596/- on 27th feb 2019. Received the same on 11th mar 2019. When i received the product itself, the covers were bent and it is not possible to fit in the phone. Also i am not satisfied with the quality of the product.

                  Now i want to request a return and refund for the product. I called up the customer care number [protected] and i am told that i cannot return the product since it crossed 7 days after delivery. I am not aware of the number of days restriction as it is not mentioned anywhere in the return and refund policy page in the website.

                  Can you please let me know how to initiate the return and refund policy.

                          I have placed an order for Asuse zenphone max m2 mobile back cover.I got the link on Instagram.COD option was not there so I paid through netbanking.It's been 4 days and no any update about the product! I tried calling them but the customer care numbers were switched off .No response for the mails.Yesterday I have given the complaint regarding this issue, I thought this would be solved earlier . Now this has became more hectic for me! Few minutes back I got call from Stayclassy.in person saying that the item is not available . Firstly if the item is not available why did they accept the order . Second thing they said they will refund the amounts but they were asking for my debit card number and netbanking user id which is not needed.I just went through the reviews.There are a lot of complaints about them..!This is absolutely fraudulent.Please take immediate action against them .
