Hi!! I have ordered iphone case it’s been a week i haven’t received the case until now!! I did tried reaching to there numbers no one responded.

I think it’s a fraud company how is making money through showing all the items on instagram.

Kindly let me know what to do or else will take an action on the company

    We ordered 6 phone covers out of which three covers had bad print quality the prints were pixalted and blurry. We complained it to there support they replied asking the reason, which we gave and then we called customer care where they rejected saying the print is nice we like it. Bloodly hell if you like it then you pay for it. # customr care executives they have, worst experience ever..

        I have ordered mobile back cover in stay classy.in on this jan 23rd 2019 and i even made the payment of 199 rs through paytm they have said that my order will take 5 days but it's been a week almost the customer care no. Which is provided it's not working, why you guys are making fraud am not gonna spare you i want my product or money back if not scenario will be tough to you am gonna file a case under consumer rights and you will suffer for this.

            I have order 1 covers on 22th january 2019. I have still not received any update on the delivery status. When i enter the awb shipment number, it show that tracking number doesn't exist. You have taken the money but there is not responsibility of informing from your end.

            Order number - 1008173. Message at the website says that it has been shipped but unable to track. Before the order u take money and then u did not receive call or ur number is switch off or busy.

              I had ordered a phone case from stayclassy.in for which payment of inr 199/- was made but it is not delivered yet and no response from company and customer service number is also switched off. My order number is #987960 was placed on january 17, 2019 and is currently processing. Please help. Even their mail id are not working. When a mail was sent i had got a reply stating no such mail id exists. And i'm getting messages of online purchases which i haven't even made.
              This problem has been reported by many people. Wish i had read these complaints earlier, i had not ordered anything from this website.

                I have ordered phone covers for my vivo v7, but haven't received yet.
                They have mentioned the two numbers in customer care and i am trying to reach both them but when i am trying the both numbers are coming busy.
                i also track my order with expressbees but they are showing that the tracking number is invalid and tried to reach them through message also but they are not replying there also.
                Seems this is fraud site for mobile covers.

                  I have ordered 7 back covers on 26th january 2019 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid 765 through paytm This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist.

                      I have ordered redmi note 6 pro cover on 11th january 2019 and it has been 18 days now, and there is no status of delivery. These people are not replying to my mails. Their costumer care no is also switched off. They have already taken the money and there is no option for cancellation of order. They are simply making money by not delivering the orders and taking the money.
                      Either they deliver my order or give my money back. They are being disrespectful towards their costumer. If no solution been found, I will file a complaint now because it is too much

                        ordered but cannot track my order

                        I have order 2 covers on 24th january 2019. I have still not received any update on the delivery status. When i enter the awb shipment number, it show that tracking number doesn't exist. You have taken the money but there is not responsibility of informing from your end.

                        Order number - 1012282. Message at the website says that it has been shipped but unable to track.

                        Both your number are busy continuously....

                        I placed an order on 27th January with order ID 1026059 however now when I am checking in my account, it says no order placed. I have already made the payment using credit card. Numbers mentioned on their site are continuously busy. I couldn't track my order. I submitted a ticket as well but haven't got any response so far. I might have to take further action if I don't hear from them soon.

                        Updated by Shakti K Patra                         Today after lot of followups I finally got the delivery of my order number 1026059 however to my disappointment, the case I received is not the correct one. I ordered a case for Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 but seems the case I have received is made for Asus Zenfone Max M2. These are 2 different variants and I am using the Max PRO M2 for which I ordered the case. The case is not fitting on the phone and the hole for fingerprint senor is also not at the correct position.                           I order back cover on stay classy. I got very chip print quality and also very loose fitting.

                          I complained about this and they told me to provide video for problem. Even after sending them video they did not respond. Then, i sent them 4 to 5 time for solve the problem. But no response. After 10 days then sent me email and ask for another video by saying they need more clarification for fitting. Very childish excuse from them.

                          Very disappointed from stay classy. Very poor product quality and customer response.
