I order redmi 5a photo print case i did online payment by my credit card it showed me that order has been placed but it was not showing me on my order list i request you to please clarify my problem and refund my payment or place my order by my photo which was uploaded below i expecting good feedback from u so please refund my payment to my account or place my order by my photo...

I have ordered redmi 4 mobile cover worth rs-219 on april 14. But still the product is not delivered. Order no - 1457868 on stayclassy. I have not seen the worst delivery services in my life. The customer service has not proper response about the product. When it is going to delivery???... Poor customer service center there r not even connecting the line....

Actually i was abt to order one phone case for vivo v11. I completed the first step.in payment method, i actually paid for it through phone pe. Amount got deducted in my bank. But order was not placed and it was cmng payment unsuccessful. I need my money back or my order. Such an stupid app. It has taken money and not placed my order. The customer care ppl are fu... Rs who r not giving proper contact no. Pls soon do the needful...

Hi i had recently ordered 1 phone cases with order number 1431394 for which i had also made online payment. Since then there is no update on the order. Neither of their customer care and mail ids are working. There is no communication from their end. It’s a fake site just cheating people.
How can we communicate with them and resolve the issue. Anyone who had gone through this problem please let us know a solution for this....

I called xpressbees customer care...
They informed that your product has been returned to the stay classy company..
If you all can't provide the order so why you all accept it... With online payment...

I had placed an order for redmi y1 back cover on 11/12/2018 in id 847056. I did the payment via netbanking then and there but until now didnt receive the product. I had sent a mail regarding the same on 13/12/2018 but was left unanswered. When i contacted then 3 days back, they told me the payment was not doneeven though i had sent them the online payment receipt. I need my money back....

I have ordered my phone case on 22 march but not yet received any update.. My order i'd is 1381818. Tried to call many times to your customer care number but it says busy, give a proper response to the customer... This is not the write way... Give the proper information to the customer. I have also paid the payment through paytm. Other wise give my money back...

I oder 2 case and after successfully payment they show on website payment failed. But money redeemed from bank account.
They are not show response helpline number is switch off all the time. And provide fake emai id. Please solve issue.
