Have ordered a vivo v9 back cover on 2nd march 2019 and the order is still saying it is getting processed and their helpline number is switched off and the mail is sending auto generated reply whenever i al raising ticket. There was no cod option as well so i paid ₹199 through razor pay. This site is a fraud one. I want my money back. Also ban this site and their advertisements in various social apps so that it cannot fool other people. Please assist. Please block this site.. Its a fraud one... Y do u cheat us n take money..

    I had placed an order for a phone case for oneplus5t my order number is 1117475 but I still haven't received it... There is no response on their Instagram page as well... Worst of all ... I cannot even track my order.. it says that email and order number doesn't match but I have a confirmation email too... This is extremely upsetting I shouldn't have ordered anything on this website

      I purchased phone covers two days back from stay classy.in and did the payment via razorpay i even got a mail giving me d oder details but wen i check for my order number to know the further details it says invalid order please help me out or else i will lose rs600 will i get my order n wen wud i get it if i don't get it within the next 5 working days i demand to get my money back

        On 25th feb. Ordered a phone cover from stayclassy.in and made a payment of rs. 199. Nd got payment receipt nd conformation email.
        But today showing that your account nd order number doesn't exist. Also when i tried to login it said register instead and when i registered, new id from same email has been created and in new account old order has been lost.
        Now no proof of order is showing on website.
        I want my money back.

          I had ordered a phone cover on 22th feb 2019 from an instagram page named as "stayclassy.in" and as per the website they will deliver the cover within 2-3 days once order is placed but i haven't got the order and the customer care no. Is also switch off. Cover price is Rs. 199/- which i paid through online bank transfer. Order No. #1117319. So I request you to take strict action with them asap because today I got trapped in his hands and I don't want anyone else to be trapped by these fraud businesses.

              Hi,
              1. Asus phone cover doesn't fit the mobile.
              2. Both the mobile covers i order cover flash light.
              Each cover is 150 rs each, plus 50rs delivery. It's the mistake from their end that it doesn't fit mobiles perfectly.
              Return policy is refund of 100rs and we need to deliver package on our own changes. They are ripping customers money.

                  Order #1069412 was placed on february 7, 2019 and is currently processing. I have been still waiting for my ordered item.                             taking too long for delivery

                            I have ordered a phone case from stayclassy.in on 31st of january but haven't received till yet. My order id is 1042692.
                            I have contacted over the company through messenger but they are keep on delaying and said it will more time to ship.
                            This is enough.

                            Tell me what to do.
                            Return my money back or else i have to take serious steps against the company....

                            The phone case looks old and used. The colours also seem to be faded. It looks scratched from inside and something is scribbled on it too.
                            I mailed them about it and asked for a replacement/refund. They asked for pictures as evidence. After i sent them, they didn't respond. I mailed them thrice to know the status of my complaint. It's been a week since i received this order and they are yet to reply to my mails.

                            Updated by archit13                             Are you even reading what I wrote? There are scribbles by black marker pen. Black smudges can also be seen. The look and feel is of an old case. The colour on the case is spluttering out. Most of it is on the back side of the cover. The blemishes on the front face (where the print is) are not immediately visible through photo; you need to hold it in hand to see them.

                            Just because of your ignorance, I had to get the image file size reduced so that I can upload it here.

                              I have ordered a phone case for which i am not even able to track it's deliver date. All it says is that your order is being processed since the last three days.
                              The customer care number is not working and nor do they reply to the mails. How is one supposed to have a clarity and surety that his/her order will be delivered.
                              I have already paid for the cover, because they dont even provide cash on delivery option!!
                              This is very irresponsible on their part!
                              Deliver my order as soon as possible otherwise i will be bound to take further actions against stayclassy!!!
