I have placed an order for a cover for one plus 6 on august 12 2018
Payment of rs 199 was completed using razorpay and received a confirmation email from you as well
The email was from razorpay and i had done a upi transaction
Money was deducted from my account
On logging into stay classy.in they show pending payment of 12 august
I called and emailed and raised a ticket but no reply
Why is my order showing pending payment and
I need a reply asap
Even your calling service is unavailable and did not get a revert
I need a refund from them or the product
Please revert

It's a fraud online selling dont believe it.once order placed u will get msg infraction of sec but wont get delivery for anytime.i [censored] wont believe me u just give a call to phone numbers given in website it's always switched off for 24×7.

    I placed an order on saturday 11th august for 3 mobile covers and paid 497 rs., got an email from ccavenue that the payment was successful but their site says the order was not placed. I tried contacting on both their numbers but they are switched off.. Have sent them like 10emails but they haven’t responded.. Please take some action against them and help me get back my money..

    I ordered a back cover of Xiomi Mi A1. On 20th July 2018 since that day whenever i go for tracking the product it always shows processing.
    The image of so is attached down.
    Kindly send my cover ASAP or refund the money which i paid against the cover i.e., ₹199.

    I have ordered 2 phone cases for lenovo k8 plus 10 days ago. I havent recieved any SMS, Mail or update yet, and the order is undelivered have being the money paid. Please deliver the product or return the money.

      I had ordered two mobile covers on 9 august 2018 under order no. 387099 and till now it is showing processing and no expected date of delivery is conveyed neither their phone numbers are working nor they are responding to emails. I need the expected product delivery date and also want my order to be delivered soon.
      Also if my order will not be dispatched on time i will take strict actions towards your company.

      Okaay your 7-9 days of completing the process will thereby end in coming week so waiting till the end of week and hoping to get the product soon without any inconvenience . Hoping for further updates regarding the shipping of product soon.

      Ordered a one plus5t cover, paid the amount and haven't received the delivery yet.
      No information on the product and courier and they haven't replied to my emails as well. The number is switched off given on the Website.

        I ordered a phone cover on jul30, 2018. Orderno:- 376615. No update on website. They are not sharing details and procastinating. It's prepaid order. There customer care number is never reachable. They provide everytime same answers in emails that it will reach in 2-3 days. I want my money back or product
        There are lot of complaints on this website this should be immediately brought down for any more cases.

        I have received the product today. I checked the shipment history of FedEx from 1August it started and till 16August there is no data. After that it is having details. Not sure what happened.           I order a mobile cover on 25th july 2018.. It's aug 13 and till now it's showing processing.. Communication with them is not possible since none of the numbers are working. I payed 200 rupees through paytm since cash on delivery wasn't possible. I got to know about the company through instagram so didn't consider it as fraud. I even sent then a email but they did not respond. Please help me.

            Had ordered 1 back cover from stayclassy.in of ₹200 on 31 july 2018. From the day i ordered it is showing"your order is being processed"only.
            The helpline numbers are switched off as expected.
            They replied to mails n said the product will be delivered in 2-3 days but no progress there
            I want my money back as i have payed through paytm as cod option was not there or i want the item delivered asap. This site should be banned asap and should not be socialized in anyway...

                I ordered phone covers twice on 3 August 2018. For 1st order, I did payment via PayTm and for 2nd order, I did payment via Netbanking. Payments were successful & I received mails from CCAvenue & Razorpay respectively. For 1st order I received order confirmation but for 2nd order, I have not received email confirmation from stayclassy & when I contacted on numbers provided on their website, they are switched off. When I track my 1st order on their website, it shows payment is pending and for 2nd order, I am unable to track it as I don’t even have order id. Please take necessary actions on this bogus company who are cheating people. And also I have contacted Razorpay and CcAvenue, they said payment is cleared from our side, we are just payment gateway, we cannot do anything, you have to contact stayclassy only for this. Please take necessary actions on stayclassy for cheating people.

                I have also order a product in stayclassy but there is no confirmation of product and there is no order id even the payment is done and I also received the payment confirmation but there is not any clue of my order in the website, this is very strange, this website is making fool of innocent peoples. This website should be banned so that there is no loss of money of innocent peoples.

                            I purchased a mobile guard from stayclassy.in for which i paid 149 (+50 delivery charges) through razor pay on 02.08.18. I received order confirmation but since then there is no confirmation. Tried to call on its customer care number, but failed.
                            When i checked online, found there are many people like me who are duped by these frauds.
                            This site has its advertisements on popular social media sites like facebook and instagram. I have reported it as scam over there also.

                              I have ordered one cover case for my one plus 5t phone on aug 1st and i received a message with 377191 order number it's been a week i do not have response nor given a tracking number to track the package... Worst part is i paid it online like i always do.. Seems like this is fraud company.. You guys should shed your company.. Give me my cover case else refund my money..                                 I ordered 2 cases for my phone on 28 july 2018, and today is 6 August 2018, but till now I've now received my order and the services of stayclassy are the worst. Helpline numbers are switched off, and they don't even reply on Facebook, Instagram or gmail as well. There was a reply once but after that they have seen the messages and still not replying. It's kinda annoying that they took the money in advance but are not costumer friendly. Who will answer the questions. I just want my orders as soon as possible.

                                  I’ve placed an order of 2 cases for iphone 6s on 18th july and paid an amount of ₹450 on stayclassy.in website. I was given an order no 355506 and the estimation for delivery is given as 5-7days as per the website. Whenever asked about the order status, they would reply that order would be delivered within 1-2days and nothing happened till date. Requesting to resolve the issue either by delivering my order or issuing the refund to my original payment mode.

                                    Hi there, I am surprised everyone is fedup by Ur company services.
                                    I ordered my back case HONOR 7X with tracking number #369270 and worst part comes here u say it will be delivered in 5-9 days.. But but my order my placed on[protected] and till now from 12 days there no response from side..
                                    I don't know what the hell is wrong with your company or should I say a bogus website...
                                    These kinda website must be shut down...
                                    Waiting for response, solve the issue asap!

                                      I ordered 2 phone cases from the company on 26th july. Since then i am waiting for someone to respond on my queries on email but no on responded. Both the phone numbers mentioned are switched off. The company seems to be a bogus compnay. I have raised many concerns but no one responded yet where the order is and the worst part is i paid online as i always prefer to. Can you guys please get the business shutdown at the earliest. Every single customer is annoyed from them.

                                        12 days ago, I've seen a add regarding stay classy.in in Instagram on Mobile Back Covers.So, I have ordered a Redmi Note 4 case, but It still didn't get delivered. I have paid Rs.199/- to them already through payTM. I've attached the proof.
